Description
(1)立毛間部分に空隙があり、構造的に燃えやすいこと。
(2)高分子弾性体と熱可塑性合成繊維の難燃化機構が異なること。
(3)難燃剤が、スエード調立毛人工皮革の表面外観・表面品位ならびに耐光性を低下させること。
(4)難燃加工が染色堅牢度の低下や風合い硬化を誘発すること。
(1)表面に起毛または立毛を有するとともにポリウレタン樹脂が含浸されてなる織物、編物または不織布からなる熱可塑性合成繊維布帛の片面に、水に対する溶解度が1%以下の燐酸化合物Aと、燃焼時に炭化骨格のできるビニル基含有樹脂Cと、水不溶性増粘剤Dを少なくとも含んで構成されてなる難燃加工剤が付与されてなることを特徴とする難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(2)燐酸化合物Aが、ポリ燐酸アンモニウム、ポリ燐酸メラミン、燐酸アミド、ホスファゼン化合物から選ばれた少なくとも一つを含むものであることを特徴とする上記(1) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(3)ビニル基含有樹脂Cが、酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルション、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルション、アクリル酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルション、ビニル酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルション、分岐脂肪酸ビニル酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルションから選ばれる少なくとも一種を含むものであることを特徴とする上記(1) または(2) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(4)水不溶性の増粘剤Dが、アルカリ増粘型アクリル樹脂またはエチレンオキサイド高級脂肪酸エーテルであることを特徴とする上記(1) 、(2) または(3) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(5)難燃加工剤が、水不溶性燐酸エステルBを含むことを特徴とする上記(1) 、(2) 、(3) または(4) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(6)水不溶性燐酸エステルBが、縮合燐酸エステル、芳香族燐酸エステルから選ばれた少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする上記(5) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(7)難燃加工剤が、さらにアクリル樹脂を含むことを特徴とする上記(1) 、(2) 、(3) 、(4) 、(5) または(6) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
(8)表面に起毛または立毛を有するとともにポリウレタン樹脂が含浸されてなる織物、編物または不織布からなる熱可塑性合成繊維布帛の片面に、水に対する溶解度が1%以下の燐酸化合物Aと、燃焼時に炭化骨格のできるビニル基含有樹脂Cと、水不溶性増粘剤Dを少なくとも含んで構成されてなる難燃加工剤を付与することを特徴とする難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革の製造方法。
(9)難燃加工剤として、水不溶性燐酸エステルBを含むものを用いることを特徴とする上記(8) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革の製造方法。
(10)難燃加工剤として、さらにアクリル樹脂を含むものを用いることを特徴とする上記(8) または(9) 記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革の製造方法。
(1)燃焼性試験
FMVSS.No.302の自動車内装材燃焼試験規格により、水平燃焼速度を測定した。
(2)際付き性試験方法
ウレタンフォームの上に人工皮革サンプルを置き、表面に水5ccを載せてそのまま放置して風乾させ、表面に輪染み等ができたかを観察した。
(3)耐光堅牢度試験
耐光試験は、JASO M 346−93(自動車内装部品のキセノンアークランプによる促進耐光性試験方法)に従い、使用機器はスガ試験機製SC−700FTを用い、試験片の裏面にはウレタンなどの裏打ちなしで試験した。
(4)霞み度(フォギング度)試験
ウインドスクリーンフォギングテスター(スガ試験機製)を用い、80℃で20時間加熱して、容器下部に設置したサンプルからの昇華物が容器上部のガラス板を曇らす度合いを霞み度として、積分球式測定装置を用い光の透過率を測定して表した。
実施例1
目付360g/m2 のポリエステル基布スエード調人工皮革の裏面に、表1の記載の難燃加工剤をロータリースクリーン法で塗布した後、温度110℃で15分間乾燥してスエード調人工皮革を得た。
実施例2
表1に示したように、ポリ燐酸メラミンおよび難燃助剤として水酸化アルミニウムを使用した以外は、実施例1で用いた芳香族燐酸エステルを用いない処方についての加工と評価を行った結果を表1に示した。
実施例3
表1に示したように、エチレン酢酸ビニル樹脂とアクリル樹脂を併用した処方について実施例1と同様に加工と評価を行った。
比較例1
芳香族燐酸エステルとアクリル樹脂、三酸化アンチモンの配合品を用いて実施例1と同様に加工を行った。
比較例2
表1に示したように、増粘剤として水溶性糊剤を使用した以外は、実施例1と同じ処方の難燃加工剤を実施例1と同様に加工した。
Claims (10)
- 表面に起毛または立毛を有するとともにポリウレタン樹脂が含浸されてなる織物、編物または不織布からなる熱可塑性合成繊維布帛の片面に、水に対する溶解度が1%以下の燐酸化合物Aと、燃焼時に炭化骨格のできるビニル基含有樹脂Cと、水不溶性増粘剤Dを少なくとも含んで構成されてなる難燃加工剤が付与されてなることを特徴とする難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- 燐酸化合物Aが、ポリ燐酸アンモニウム、ポリ燐酸メラミン、燐酸アミド、ホスファゼン化合物から選ばれた少なくとも一つを含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- ビニル基含有樹脂Cが、酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルション、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルション、アクリル酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルション、ビニル酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルション、分岐脂肪酸ビニル酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂エマルションから選ばれる少なくとも一種を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- 水不溶性増粘剤Dが、アルカリ増粘型アクリル樹脂またはエチレンオキサイド高級脂肪酸エーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- 難燃加工剤が、水不溶性燐酸エステルBを含むことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- 水不溶性燐酸エステルBが、縮合燐酸エステル、芳香族燐酸エステルから選ばれた少なくとも一種を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- 難燃加工剤が、さらにアクリル樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5または6記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革。
- 表面に起毛または立毛を有するとともにポリウレタン樹脂が含浸されてなる織物、編物または不織布からなる熱可塑性合成繊維布帛の片面に、水に対する溶解度が1%以下の燐酸化合物Aと、燃焼時に炭化骨格のできるビニル基含有樹脂Cと、水不溶性増粘剤Dを少なくとも含んで構成されてなる難燃加工剤を付与することを特徴とする難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革の製造方法。
- 難燃加工剤として、水不溶性燐酸エステルBを含むものを用いることを特徴とする請求項8記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革の製造方法。
- 難燃加工剤として、さらにアクリル樹脂を含むものを用いることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の難燃性に優れたスエード調人工皮革の製造方法。
