Description

The present invention also relates to Dekkibo de automotive.

In hatchback type cars, the space from the back of the rear seat to the back door is used as a deck for accommodating passengers' luggage. In order to enhance the storage capacity and convenience, in the deck section, a flat deck board is arranged in the middle of the height direction to partition the space up and down. In order to improve the storage property, the partition provided in the deck portion is structured to be removable in some form. In addition, it is inconvenient to store the removed partition outside the car, and standing up along the wall of the deck section sacrifices the luggage storage space, so the deck laid on the deck floor A board is disposed at a predetermined height from the deck floor and is also used as a partition in the height direction.

In the second column, left column, lines 14 to 21 and FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1, the support bar having a substantially U-shape is projected from the outer wall portion of the pocket of the quarter trim. It is described that the tray is suspended on the left and right support bars by engaging semicircular engaging grooves formed on the lower edges of both sides with both sides of the support bar from above.
In paragraphs 0014 to 0016 of Patent Document 2, the rear package tray is configured by connecting the first tray on the vehicle front side and the second tray on the vehicle rear side by a hinge portion so as to rotate in the vehicle front-rear direction. Fasteners that are detachably fitted to the vehicle front side short portion of the rod-shaped support body are inserted on the vehicle front-side back surface of the first tray, and the rod-shaped support vehicle is mounted on the vehicle rear-side back surface at both ends in the vehicle width direction of the second tray. It is described that a second fitting recess that is detachably fitted to the rear short portion is formed. As shown in FIG. 7, the second fitting recess is a groove wider than the diameter of the short portion of the rod-like support.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-18742 JP 2003-246241 A JP 2001-315672 A JP 11-129322 A JP 2003-127779 A

The deck board is attached and detached from outside the vehicle in the direction of the back door with the back door opened. The user cannot easily reach the front side of the deck, so the user can grab the rear edge of the deck board and engage the engagement tool on the back of the deck board with the support formed on the side wall of the deck. However, it was difficult to align the deck board engagement tool with the target support tool. As the area of the deck floor increases, the deck board becomes heavier, and it tends to be difficult to attach and detach the deck board to an engagement position higher than the deck floor. Therefore, there has been a demand for smoother deck board attachment / detachment operations.

In the technique described in Patent Document 1, since the engaging groove formed on the lower edge of both sides of the tray is semicircular, the engaging groove is dropped from the support bar when the tray is tilted from the horizontal. Therefore, in order to suspend the tray on the left and right support bars, keep the large tray extended, and maintain semi-circular engagement grooves on both sides of the left and right support bars while keeping the tray horizontal. It was necessary to match from above, and the tray could not be hung smoothly.
In the technique described in Patent Document 2, the package tray is configured by connecting the first tray in which the first fitting recess is formed and the second tray in which the second fitting recess is formed by the hinge portion. It was difficult to smoothly perform the operation of fitting the first fitting recess on the front side of the first tray into the short portion of the rod-like support on the vehicle front side. Further, the path Kkejitorei to the removed from the first fitting recess must be removed from the short section of the vehicle front side of the rod-like support Reach to the first fitting recess, when the package tray is large package tray for easy to get the effect of the expansion and contraction caused by the ambient temperature is less likely to escape.

In paragraphs 0012 to 0015 of Patent Document 3, a bar striker is attached to the opening front edge of the storage box, and leaf spring members are attached to positions near the left and right ends of the front end on the back of the deck board. It is described that the tip of the striker is held so as to be relatively rotatable when the tip of the striker is pushed between the portion and the leaf spring member. The technique described in Patent Document 3 is a technique for a deck board placed on a storage box, and is not a technique for engaging the deck board with a support tool formed on the side wall of the deck unit. The problem of smooth attachment / detachment of a large deck board cannot be solved. When attaching the deck board to the storage box by pushing the tip of the striker between the leaf spring mounting portion and the leaf spring member, it is necessary to apply a force to deflect the leaf spring member. It cannot be smoothly attached to the storage box, and the same can be said when it is removed. Furthermore, since the leaf spring member is the center of the rotation operation, it is necessary to improve durability when the deck board is repeatedly opened and closed.

In Patent Document 4, a straight pipe is disposed in a hollow portion formed between a front wall and a back wall by blow molding a thermoplastic resin, and the periphery of the pipe is continuous with at least the back wall. A hollow double-wall structure is described which is surrounded by an enclosing wall and has a recess that holds a play interval with respect to the end face of the pipe at a portion corresponding to the end of the pipe on the back wall. As described in Paragraph 0005, the technique described in Patent Document 4 is based on the fact that the length of the pipe relatively increases in the process of cooling shrinkage after blow molding in the recess of the back wall. This is a technique for obtaining a hollow double-walled structure that does not cause deformation distortion due to cooling shrinkage after molding by escaping. Conventionally, when a deck board is formed from this hollow double-wall structure, an engagement tool that engages with a support formed on the side wall of the deck portion is attached to the surrounding wall made of thermoplastic resin. However, when the engaging tool is attached to the surrounding wall of the hollow double wall structure, the engaging tool is displaced due to the effect of cooling shrinkage after molding, and the deck board cannot be attached and detached smoothly. Sometimes.
In Paragraph 0008 and FIG. 1 of Patent Document 5, a plurality of holes are provided in a straight line on a resin board, and a plurality of substantially U-shaped reinforcing member receiving portions are formed below the holes. It is described that a reinforcing member is inserted and assembled in a space formed by the member receiving portion and the board .

The present invention aims to attachment and detachment manipulation of the de Kkibodo more smoothly.

Means for solving the problems and their actions and effects

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pair of first support portions and a relatively rear side that are erected inward in the vehicle width direction on the relatively front sides of both side walls of a cargo compartment formed at the rear of a vehicle seat. A deck board for an automobile that is detachably attached to a pair of second support portions erected inward in the vehicle width direction, and the deck board body that divides the cargo compartment up and down when installed, and the deck board It is fixed to the main body and is detachably engaged by being sandwiched between the pair of first support parts, and can be rotated about a vehicle width direction passing through both of the pair of first support parts at the time of engagement. a pair of first engaging member, the pair of second support portion close wearing detachably engaged from above with attached to the deck board body at the rear side than the pair of first engaging Gogu A pair of second engaging tools The with the side walls of the luggage compartment the third supporting portions of the pair of mounting a vehicle widthwise edges of the deck board body at the rear side than the pair of second support portions are formed, each of the An engagement hole opened upward is formed in the three support portions, and a pair of recesses recessed upward at the rear edge portion is formed on the lower surface of the deck board body. A pair of third engagement tools that are attached to the recesses and that are detachably engaged with the engagement holes of the pair of third support parts from above are provided. A movable member that is inserted from above into the engagement hole of the third support portion with respect to the third support portion, and is detachably engaged after elastic deformation, with reference to the position at the time of mounting the deck board for automobile. The position of the movable member fixed in the recess is changed in the front-rear direction within a predetermined range. Characterized by a holding member for holding the capability.

When attaching the deck board to the first and second support portions, first, the pair of first engaging tools fixed to the deck board main body is paired with the first pair of firstly erected on both side walls of the cargo compartment on the relatively front side. It is detachably engaged by being sandwiched with respect to the support portion. Here, since the pair of first engagement portions can be rotated about the vehicle width direction passing through both of the pair of first support portions as the rotation axis when engaged with the first support portion, The deck board main body to which the combination is fixed can be rotated with the vehicle width direction passing through both of the first support portions as a rotation axis. Next, the deck board is rotated so as to lower the rear side of the deck board engaged with the pair of first support portions, and the pair of deck boards attached to the deck board main body on the rear side of the pair of first engaging tools. a second engaging member, so close to wear detachably engaged from above with respect to the second support portions of the pair erected on both side walls of the luggage compartment in a relatively rear side. Thereby, a deck board can be smoothly attached with respect to a luggage compartment .
On the other hand, when removing the deck board from the first and second support parts, first, the deck board is rotated so that the rear side of the deck board is raised, and the pair of second engagement tools are pulled from the pair of second support parts. Make it clear. Next, an operation of pulling the deck board in a direction opposite to the direction sandwiched with respect to the first support portion is performed to release the engagement of the pair of first engagement tools from the pair of first support portions. Thereby, a deck board can be smoothly removed from a luggage compartment.
As described above, according to the present invention, Ru can be a removable operation of the deck board more smoothly.

A seat to which the present invention can be applied may be a rear seat, a third seat, or the like, but it may be a seat in which a luggage compartment is formed immediately after another seat is present behind the seat.
The first support part and the second support part may be formed of an integrated member, or may be formed of separate members.
The first engagement tool includes both an engagement tool that sandwiches the first support part only with the first engagement tool and an engagement tool that sandwiches the first support part with the deck board main body.

Formed on the lower surface of the deck board main body is another concave portion that is recessed upward at both edges in the vehicle width direction, and the first engaging tools and the second engaging tools are moved downward from the lower surface of the deck board main body. You may attach to each said another recessed part so that it may not protrude. Since the engagement tool does not protrude from the bottom surface of the deck board main body, it is possible to widen the space of the luggage compartment when the deck board is placed on the deck floor. Even if the deck board is placed on the deck floor, such as on the deck floor with the back side up, the deck board is suitable as a luggage storage area, so the deck board can be used with the front and back reversible. Can be improved.
Here, it is more preferable that the lower surface of the deck board main body and the lower surfaces of the first and second engaging tools are flush with each other.

Said first engagement Gogu, based on the position at the time of installation of the deck board the motor vehicle when attached to the another recess, the first to form an opening on the front side between the further recess The support portion may be inserted rearward from the opening and sandwiched between the other recesses without elastic deformation, so that the support portion can be detachably and rotationally engaged with the first support portion. . Then, the deck board is slid obliquely downward from the front to engage with the first support part so as to be rotatable, and the rear side of the deck board is rotated downward to engage with the second support part. Since the deck board can be attached to the support portion by a simple operation of only combining them, it is possible to make the deck board attachment / detachment operation smoother. Further, since the first support part is sandwiched between the deck board body and the first engagement tool without elastic deformation, less force is applied when the deck board is engaged with the first support part. Furthermore, since the first engagement tool forms an opening in the front, even if the deck board body has a dimensional variation, the dimensional variation is absorbed depending on the position of engagement with the first support portion.

Between the first engaging tool, a base portion that is inclined downward as the lower surface becomes the front side, and a lower surface that is aligned with the inclined surface and extends forward from the base portion to the another recess. You may form the front extension part which forms the said opening in the front side. When the inclined surface of the first engagement tool is placed on the second support portion and slid forward, the first support portion naturally enters the opening, so that the operation of attaching the deck board to the cargo compartment is easy. Become.

Each of the second engagement tools may include a pair of elastic portions that form an opening on the lower side and insert the second support portion upward from the opening to be clamped after elastic deformation. Then, it becomes possible to attach the deck board to the support portion by a simple operation of fitting the pair of elastic portions from above with respect to each second support portion.

A pair of third support portions for mounting both edges in the vehicle width direction of the deck board body on the rear side of the pair of second support portions are formed on both side walls of the cargo compartment. An engagement hole opened upward is formed in the support portion, and a pair of recesses recessed upward at the rear edge portion is formed on the lower surface of the deck board body, and the pair of recesses are attached to the pair of recesses and the pair of recesses further comprising a pair of third engagement Gogu that detachably engage close from above the engagement hole of the third support section. Each said 3rd engaging tool is fixed to the said recessed part with the movable member which inserts into the engagement hole of the said 3rd support part from the upper direction with respect to the said 3rd support part, and is detachably engaged after elastic deformation. has been to have a holding member for holding and changing the position in the front-rear direction said movable member in a predetermined range.
Since three types of engagement tools are attached to the deck board body in the front-rear direction, when placing on the high position of the luggage compartment from the outside of the vehicle in the back door direction, the deck board is heavy or the hand up to the front edge of the deck board Even if it does not reach, each engagement tool can be engaged in order, and the burden of the mounting operation is reduced. Moreover, even if a dimensional error occurs in the front-rear direction of the deck board body, the deck board can be securely attached to each support portion.

The holding member, when mounted in the recess, with reference to the position at the time of installation of the deck board the motor vehicle, longer towards the front and rear direction than the vehicle width direction to form a gap between said recess You may have the made through hole. The movable member has a head that is larger than the length of the through hole in the vehicle width direction and is slidable in the front-rear direction between the recess and the holding member, and extends downward from the head. You may have the engagement piece which penetrates the said through-hole and is inserted in the said engagement hole from upper direction, and engages with the said 3rd support part after elastic deformation.
When the engaging piece of the movable member is passed through the through hole and the holding member is attached to the concave portion , the head of the movable member is sandwiched between the concave portion and the holding member, so that it is not necessary to separately provide a structure for preventing the movable member from coming off. .

The deck board body is formed of a double wall molded body formed into a double wall structure having a hollow portion by molding a material having at least a resin, and a material not related to shrinkage after molding of the double wall molded body. And a reinforcing member that is inserted into the hollow portion of the double wall molded body with its longitudinal direction facing the vehicle width direction and supported so as to be slidable only in the vehicle width direction with respect to the double wall molded body. May be. Both ends of the reinforcing material may be exposed from the double wall molded body, and the first engaging tools may be attached to the both ends.
Since the reinforcing material is inserted into the hollow part, the back of the deck board can be made substantially flat, and when the deck board is placed on the floor of the cargo compartment, the deck board is placed with the back side up. The deck board is also suitable as a luggage storage place. In addition, even if the double wall molded body shrinks after molding, there is no displacement in each first engagement tool attached to both ends of the reinforcing material made of a material not related to the shrinkage. It is possible to prevent the smoothness of the deck board attaching / detaching operation from being reduced due to the dimensional error of the molded body.
Although various shaping | molding can be considered for the said shaping | molding, blow molding is suitable from a viewpoint of forming a hollow part. In this case, the resin is preferably a synthetic resin, and more preferably a thermoplastic resin.
The reinforcing material is made of a material that is not related to shrinkage, and is arranged in a series from one peripheral wall of the hollow double-walled molded body to the other peripheral wall facing it. In addition, various reinforcing materials such as a round tube, a square tube, and a rod-shaped member such as an H steel mold can be considered, but from the viewpoint of strength and weight reduction and attachment of each engagement tool, it is flat on the engagement tool side. A rectangular pipe-shaped metal pipe having a surface is preferable, and a straight pipe is preferable from the viewpoint of insertion. Here, the material not related to shrinkage means that the reinforcing material inserted into the hollow portion does not shrink relatively while the hollow double wall molded body shrinks after molding. It is sufficient that the hollow double wall molded body is not deformed due to the shrinkage, and includes those in which the shrinkage due to the passage of time or after the reinforcement of the reinforcing material is relatively small.
The reinforcing material can be slid only in the longitudinal direction with respect to the double wall molded body at a portion not fixed to the double wall molded body in the reinforcing material even if one portion is fixed to the double wall molded body. Therefore, it is supported to be slidable only in the vehicle width direction with respect to the double wall molded body.

In addition, the present invention provides a pair of first support portions erected inward in the vehicle width direction on the relatively front side on both side walls of the cargo compartment formed at the rear of the seat of the automobile, and the vehicle width direction inner side on the relatively rear side. It is an automotive deck board that is detachably attached to a pair of second support parts that are erected to the deck board body, and is fixed to the deck board body that partitions the cargo compartment up and down at the time of installation, A pair of first engagements that are detachably engaged by being sandwiched between the pair of first support portions and that can rotate about the vehicle width direction passing through both of the pair of first support portions as a rotation axis when engaged. A pair of second fittings that are attached to the deck board body at a rear side of the pair of first engaging tools and that are detachably engaged with the pair of second supporting portions in proximity to the upper side from above. An engagement tool, and the deck board The lower surface of the main body is formed with concave portions that are recessed upward at both edges in the vehicle width direction, and each of the first engagement tools and the second engagement tools protrudes downward from the lower surface of the deck board main body. A double wall molded body formed in a double wall structure having a hollow portion formed by molding a material having at least a resin, and the deck board body is attached to each of the recesses, and the double wall molded body It is made of a material that is not related to shrinkage after molding and is inserted into the hollow portion of the double wall molded body with its longitudinal direction facing the vehicle width direction and slides only in the vehicle width direction with respect to the double wall molded body. A reinforcing member supported in such a manner that both ends of the reinforcing member are exposed from the double wall molded body, the first engaging tools are attached to the both ends, and the both ends are The vehicle width direction from both side edges of the double wall molded body The first engagement tool is opened to the upper side with respect to the position at the time of mounting the deck board for the automobile when attached to the respective recess. A reinforcing material fitting portion for inserting the end portion of the reinforcing material through the opening and fitting with the end portion of the reinforcing material, and forming an opening on the lower side to move the first support portion upward from the opening. And a pair of elastic portions that are inserted in the direction of and clamped so as to be capable of rotating after elastic deformation .
Simply move the front side of the deck board downward to engage the first support part so that it can rotate, and simply rotate the rear side of the deck board downward to engage the second support part. Since the deck board can be attached to the support portion with a simple operation, the deck board can be attached and detached more smoothly. Further, since the first engagement tool also serves as a lid for preventing the reinforcing material from being removed, it is not necessary to prepare the lid separately, and the first engagement tool fitted to the reinforcing material is used for the rotation operation of the deck board. Since it becomes an axis, the durability of the deck board when the rotation operation is repeated can be improved.

There is a motor vehicle in which a luggage compartment is formed.

The cargo compartment structure of the automobile according to the present embodiment has a U-shaped support member 82 and 82 and a third support that are erected in the vertical direction on both side walls 94 and 94 of the cargo compartment SP1 formed behind the rear seat 92. The vehicle deck board 10 is detachably attached to the portions 86 and 96, and the deck board 10 can be placed on the deck floor 96 in a reversible manner, front and back. When the deck board 10 is attached to the support members 82 and 82 and the support portions 86 and 86, the cargo compartment SP1 is divided into upper and lower parts, and the cargo compartments SP2 and SP3 divided into two are formed. As a result, another luggage can be placed in the luggage compartment SP2 on the deck board while accommodating the luggage in the lower luggage compartment SP3, and the luggage compartment space can be used effectively. Further, by placing the deck board 10 on the deck floor 96, a large luggage can be placed on the deck board in the large luggage room SP1, and the present luggage room structure is convenient.

The pair of U-shaped support members 82, 82 are formed by bending, for example, a metal columnar member into a U shape, and as shown in FIG. 3, the heights at the front portions of the side walls 94, 94 of the cargo compartment In the middle of the direction, a pair of first support portions 83 and 83 erected inward in the vehicle width direction on the relatively front side with the longitudinal direction facing the vehicle width direction, and a relatively rear side with the longitudinal direction facing the vehicle width direction A pair of second support portions 84, 84 erected inward in the vehicle width direction on the side, an end portion on the vehicle width direction inner side of the first support portion 83 and the second support portion 84 with the longitudinal direction directed in the front-rear direction. It has bridging parts 85 and 85 that bridge the inner end in the vehicle width direction. Of course, the support member may be a member formed by bending a pipe-shaped member into a U-shape. The support members 82 and 82 are members that support the two edge portions 20g and 20g in the vehicle width direction on the front edge portion 20e side of the deck board main body 20 from the lower side. The support members 82, 82 may be fixed so as not to move with respect to the side walls 94, 94 of the luggage compartment, or may be attached to the side walls 94, 94 so as to be able to advance and retract.
Further, in the middle of the height direction of the rear portions of the both side walls 94, 94 of the cargo compartment, both sides in the vehicle width direction on the rear edge portion 20f side of the deck board body 20 on the rear side of the pair of second support portions 84, 84 are provided. A pair of step-shaped third support portions 86, 86 for mounting the edges 20g, 20g on the upper surface is formed. Engagement holes 87 and 87 opened upward are formed in each third support portion. The engagement hole 87 is a through-hole penetrating in the vertical direction, and is formed in a counterbore shape that becomes the lower side toward the center side.

(2) Configuration of car deck board:
An automotive deck board (resin hollow double wall structure) 10 has a deck board main body 20 that divides the cargo compartment SP1 up and down when attached, and connects the deck board main body 20 to a support member 82 and a third support portion 86. Engagement tools 30, 40, and 50. The deck board main body 20 is formed of a double wall molded body 22 formed by molding a material having a resin into a double wall structure having a hollow portion HO1, and a double wall molded body with the longitudinal direction directed in the vehicle width direction. Reinforcing members 28 and 29 inserted into the hollow portions HO1 and HO2. The deck board main body 20 has a hinge in which the front board 20a in which the reinforcing material 28 is inserted into the hollow portion HO1 and the rear board 20b in which the reinforcing material 29 is inserted into the hollow portion HO2 have the vehicle width direction as the central axis of the rotation operation. The shape is connected by the portion 20c, and the rear board 20b can be rotated and overlapped on the front board 20a so as to bend the hinge portion 20c. If the rear board 20b is folded back onto the front board 20a with the deck board 10 mounted in the luggage compartment SP1, the luggage below the deck board 10 can be taken out, which is convenient.

The double wall molded body 22 closes the front wall 22a and the back wall 22b opposed to each other at an interval and the peripheral portions of the front wall 22a and the back wall 22b by blow molding a material having resin. The surrounding wall 22c which forms the hollow parts HO1 and HO2 is formed, and it is formed in the double wall structure which has a hollow part. A material having at least a resin can be used as a material for forming the double wall molded body 22, and a thermoplastic resin (a kind of synthetic resin) such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (ABS resin) or polypropylene (PP). ), Various thermosetting resins (a kind of synthetic resin), materials obtained by adding fillers to these resins, and the like. The double-wall molded body 22 of the present embodiment inserts the reinforcing material 28 while forming the hinge portion 20c in which the front wall 22a and the back wall 22b are welded and thinned by blow molding a thermoplastic resin. The front board before the insertion and the rear board before inserting the reinforcing member 29 are integrally formed. When the hinge is formed by thinning the resin, it is not necessary to attach new parts for folding the front and rear boards 20a and 20b, so that the manufacturing cost of the deck board can be reduced.

The double wall molded body 22 is formed with a plurality of inner ribs connecting the inner wall of the front wall 22a and the inner wall of the back wall 22b simultaneously with the blow molding, and is provided in a plurality of rows in the vehicle width direction. The inner rib can be formed by a technique described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-235720. When the inner rib is formed in the double wall molded body, the resistance to compressive load of the deck board can be enhanced. In addition, inner ribs 22d and protrusions 22e are formed in the hollow portion HO1 of the front board so as to be slidable only in the vehicle width direction with the reinforcing member 28 sandwiched between the front and rear sides. Protrusions 22f and inner ribs 22g that support the material 29 so as to be slidable only in the vehicle width direction are formed.

Furthermore, a pair of recesses 24 and 24 are formed on the back surface of the double-wall molded body 22 (the lower surface 20d of the deck board body) and are recessed upward at both edges 20g and 20g in the vehicle width direction on the front edge 20e side. A pair of second recesses 26, 26 are formed that are recessed upward at both edges 20g, 20g in the vehicle width direction on the rear edge 20f side. On the rear side of the recesses 24, 24, screwing holes for screwing the second engagement tools 40, 40 are formed. Openings 24 a and 24 a are formed on the inner surfaces of the recesses 24 and 24 in the vehicle width direction so as to project both ends 28 a and 28 a of the reinforcing member 28 from the double wall molded body 22 and expose them. Further, openings 26 a and 26 a are formed on the inner surfaces in the vehicle width direction of the second recesses 26 and 26 so that both end portions 29 a and 29 a of the reinforcing material 29 protrude from the double wall molded body 22 and are exposed.
For the deck board body, a resin molded body by injection molding, a resin molded body by press molding, a wood board, a honeycomb board, or the like may be used instead of the double wall molded body.

The reinforcing members 28 and 29 reinforce the strength of the deck board 10. For example, the reinforcing members 28 and 29 are straight rectangular tube-shaped metal pipes, and the longitudinal direction is directed in the vehicle width direction after the double wall molded body 22 is blow-molded. Are inserted into the hollow portions HO1 and HO2 of the double wall molded body. The reinforcing members 28 and 29 are supported by the inner ribs 22d and g and the protrusions 22e and f so as to be slidable only in the vehicle width direction with respect to the double wall molded body 22. The reinforcing members 28 and 29 are formed of a material that is not related to shrinkage after the molding of the double-wall molded body 22, and may be a square pipe or a round pipe made of steel or aluminum. In the case of a square pipe, the reinforcing material is a pipe whose vertical thickness is slightly smaller than the distance between the inner surface of the front wall 22a and the inner surface of the back wall 22b of the double wall molded body. A pipe having a diameter slightly smaller than the distance between the inner surface of the body front wall 22a and the inner surface of the back wall 22b may be used as the reinforcing material.

When the reinforcing material 28 is disposed in the front board 20a, one end 28a of the reinforcing material is inserted into the double wall molded body 22 from one opening 24a of the recesses 24, 24, and the inner rib 22d and the protrusion 22e are inserted. The reinforcing material 28 may be penetrated to the opening 24a on the opposite side and disposed at a predetermined position. Both ends 28a, 28a of the reinforcing material are formed with screw holes for screwing the first engaging tools 30, 30, and more than both side edges (20g, 20g) of the double wall molded body. The inner side in the vehicle width direction is exposed at each of the recesses 24 and 24. Further, when the reinforcing member 28 is disposed in the rear board 20b, one end 29a of the reinforcing member is inserted into the double wall molded body 22 from one opening 26a of the second recesses 26, 26, and the inner rib What is necessary is just to penetrate the reinforcement material 29 to the opening 26a of the other side along 22g and protrusion 22f, and to arrange | position to a predetermined position. Both ends 29a and 29a of the reinforcing material are formed with screw holes for screwing the third engagement tools 50 and 50, and more than both side edges (20g, 20g) of the double wall molded body. It is the inside in the vehicle width direction and is exposed at each of the second recesses 26 and 26.
Here, the distance between the inner surface of the front wall 22a and the inner surface of the back wall 22b is slightly narrower than the height of the reinforcing members 28 and 29 at the portions of the protrusions 22e and f, and the inner ribs facing the protrusions 22e and f. The reinforcing members 28 and 29 are pressed against 22d and g to be fixed so as not to move in the front-rear direction. The reinforcing members 28 and 29 do not normally shift in position with respect to the resin-molded double wall molded body 22, but when the molded body undergoes a dimensional change due to the influence of heat or the like, the rigidity to overcome this Therefore, relative displacement (floating) occurs. Thereby, the length between the both ends of the reinforcing materials 28 and 29 does not change. Then, the pair of first engaging tools 30, 30 are attached to both end portions 28 a, 28 a of the reinforcing material 28, and the pair of third engaging tools 50, 50 are attached to both end portions of the reinforcing material 29. Yes.
As described above, since the reinforcing members 28 and 29 are inserted into the hollow portions HO1 and HO2, the back surface of the deck board can be made substantially flat. Accordingly, when the deck board is placed on the deck floor 96, not only the front side but also the back side of the deck board 96 is placed on the front side. Both are suitable as luggage storage locations. Further, even if the double wall molded body contracts after molding, the first engaging tools 30 and 30 or the third engaging tools 50 and 50 are attached to both ends of the reinforcing material made of a material not related to the contraction. Since no displacement occurs between them, it is possible to prevent the smoothness of the deck board attaching / detaching operation from being reduced due to the dimensional error of the double wall molded body.

In addition, you may fix only one place of the center side except the both ends of the longitudinal direction in the reinforcing materials 28 and 29 to the double wall molded object 22. FIG. Even in this case, the portions of the reinforcing members 28 and 29 that are not fixed to the double wall molded body 22 are supported so as to be slidable only in the longitudinal direction with respect to the double wall molded body 22. At both end portions 28a and 29a not fixed to the molded body 22, the dimensional change of the double-wall molded body 22 is not missed, and the displacement between the engaging tools does not occur, and the smoothness of the deck board attaching / detaching operation is lowered. Can be prevented.
Moreover, you may affix the skin material, such as a nonwoven fabric, on the surface of the deck board main body 20, and may improve the design property. Here, as described in JP-B-4-53696, the skin material may be attached simultaneously with the blow molding of the double wall molded body, or the skin material is bonded after forming the double wall molded body. May be. In addition, the surface of the deck board is not attached to the back of the deck board. It may be possible to use properly depending on the type.

A pair of first engagement tools (connection members) 30 and 30 attached to the pair of first support parts (external components) 83 and 83 are attached and fixed to the recesses 24 and 24 of the front board 20a. While being detachably engaged by being sandwiched with respect to the one support portion 83, 83, the vehicle width direction passing through both of the first support portions 83, 83 at the time of engagement can be rotated about a virtual rotation axis AX1. Yes. The first engagement tools 30 and 30 can be formed, for example, by molding a synthetic resin such as a thermoplastic resin into the shape of the first engagement tool. The first engagement tools 30 and 30 are attached to the recesses 24 and 24 so as to be substantially flush with the lower surface so as not to protrude downward from the lower surface 20d (general surface) of the deck board body.

As shown in FIG. 7, the first engagement tool 30 is formed such that a reinforcing material coupling portion 32 having a screwing hole 30 a for screwing to the reinforcing material 28 is formed, and the lower the lower surface is the front side. The base 34 formed as an inclined surface 34a and the lower surface 36a are aligned with the inclined surface 34a and extend forward from the base 34 to form an opening AP1 on the front side between the concave portion 24 of the deck board body. A protruding portion 36 is formed. Further, a groove 32a is formed between the reinforcing material connecting portion 32 and the base portion 34 in the front-rear direction so as to receive the bridge portion 85 of the U-shaped support member. The first engagement tool 30 is screwed to the reinforcing material 28 by aligning the screwing hole 30a of the reinforcing material connecting portion 32 with the screwing hole formed in the end portion 28a of the reinforcing material exposed to the recess 24. Fixed. As a result, the first engagement tool fixed to the reinforcing material serves as the axis for the pivoting operation of the deck board, so that the strength is improved and the durability of the deck board when the pivoting operation is repeated is improved. The advantage that the distance between the one engagement tool 30 and 30 is hard to shift | deviate is acquired.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the first engagement tool 30 is attached to the recess 24, an opening AP <b> 1 is formed on the front side between the front extension 36 and the recess 24. Here, the distance between the front extension 36 and the recess 24 is slightly larger than the diameter of the first support 83, and the first engagement tool 30 moves the first support 83 from the opening AP1 to the rear. It is inserted and inserted into the recess 24 without elastic deformation. The first engagement tool 30 is detachably engaged by being sandwiched between the first support portion 83 and the recess 24, and the vehicle passes through both the pair of first support portions 83 and 83 when engaged. The width direction can be rotated about the rotation axis AX1. An extension portion 36b extending upward and narrowing the gap with the recess 24 is formed on the upper surface of the front extension portion 36, and the first engagement tool 30 is separated from the first support portion 83 during the rotation operation. It does not fall off easily.

The pair of second engagement tools 40, 40 attached to the pair of second support portions 84, 84 are attached to the recesses 24, 24 of the front board 20 a on the rear side of the pair of first engagement tools 30, 30. And are detachably engaged with each other after elastic deformation by approaching the pair of second support portions 84, 84 from above. The second engagement tools 40, 40 can be formed, for example, by molding a synthetic resin exhibiting elasticity such as a thermoplastic resin into the shape of the second engagement tool. The second engaging tools 40, 40 are attached to the recesses 24, 24 so as to be substantially flush with the lower surface so as not to protrude downward from the lower surface 20d of the deck board body.

As shown in FIG. 8, the second engagement tool 40 is formed with a main body portion 42 having a screwing hole 40 a for screwing into the concave portion 24 of the deck board main body, and is attached to the concave portion 24. A pair of elastic portions 44, 44 are formed that sometimes form an opening AP2 on the lower side and insert the second support portion 84 upward from the opening AP2 to be clamped after elastic deformation. The center side of the main body portion 42 swells toward the deck board main body 20, and the main body portion 42 and the elastic portions 44, 44 are integrally formed. The elastic portions 44, 44 are connected to the main body portion 42 to be substantially Ω-shaped, are thinly formed to exhibit elasticity, and are part of the second support portion 84 when engaged with the second support portion 84. So as to surround each other. The second engagement tool 40 is fixed by being screwed into the recess 24 by aligning the screwing hole 40a of the main body portion 42 with the screwing hole formed in the recess 24 of the deck board body.

A pair of third engagement tools (connecting members) 50 and 50 attached to the pair of third support portions (external components) 86 and 86 are attached and fixed to the second recesses 26 and 26 of the rear board 20b. Then, they are detachably engaged with the engagement holes 87, 87 of the pair of third support portions in proximity to each other from above. Each of the third engagement tools 50, 50 is a movable member that is inserted into the engagement holes 87, 87 of the third support portion from above with respect to the third support portions 86, 86, and is detachably engaged after elastic deformation. 56 and 56, and holding members 52 and 52 that are fixedly attached to the second recesses 26 and 26 and hold the movable members 56 and 56 so that their positions can be changed in the front-rear direction within a predetermined range. The holding members 52 and 52 and the movable members 56 and 56 can be formed, for example, by molding a synthetic resin such as a thermoplastic resin into the shape of the holding member or the movable member. Each of the third engagement tools 50 and 50 is attached to each of the second recesses 26 and 26 so as to be substantially flush with the lower surface so as not to protrude downward from the lower surface 20d of the deck board body.

As shown in FIG. 9, the holding member 52 has a reinforcing material connecting portion 53 having a screwing hole 50 a for screwing to the reinforcing material 29, and a lower surface 54 b when the second concave portion 26 is attached. A movable member holding part 54 is formed integrally with the lower surface 53a of the connecting part 53 so as to rise one step to the front side and form a gap CL1 with the second recessed part 26. The upper surface of the movable member holding portion 54 is lowered by one step from the lower surface of the second concave portion 26, thereby forming the gap CL1. The movable member holding portion 54 is formed with a through hole 54a that is a long hole that is longer in the front-rear direction than in the vehicle width direction. The movable member 56 is made larger than the length of the through hole 54a in the vehicle width direction in any horizontal direction, and is slidable within a predetermined range in the front-rear direction between the second recess 26 and the movable member holding portion 54. A head 57 provided, extends downward from the head and penetrates the through hole 54a, and is inserted into the engagement hole 87 of the third support portion from above to engage with the third support portion 86 after elastic deformation. The engaging piece 58 is integrally formed. Each engagement piece 58 is formed to be thin and exhibit elasticity, and has a curved surface shape 58a in which the lower end portion becomes the upper side as it becomes the outer side. The diameter when all the engagement pieces 58 are gathered is made smaller than the length of the through hole 54a in the vehicle width direction. When the engaging member 58 of the movable member is passed through the through hole 54a and the holding member 52 is attached to the second recess 26, the head 57 of the movable member is sandwiched between the second recess 26 and the holding member 52, and the gap It is made not to fall off from CL1. This eliminates the need to separately provide a structure for preventing the movable member from falling off. The movable member 56 is held slidable in the front-rear direction within a predetermined range determined by the length in the front-rear direction of the through hole 54a. Thereby, even if a dimensional error in the front-rear direction occurs in the deck board body, the movable member 56 can be engaged with the engagement hole 87 of the third support portion by sliding in the front-rear direction.
Note that the through hole 54a is shorter in the vehicle width direction than in the front-rear direction because the holding members are attached to both ends of the metal reinforcing material regardless of the shrinkage after forming the double wall molded body. This is because the dimension between the third engagement tools is maintained with high accuracy in the vehicle width direction. Thereby, the engagement piece 58 does not shift in the vehicle width direction, but can be smoothly guided and engaged in the front-rear direction when inserted into the engagement hole 87.

The third engagement tool 50 is reinforced in a screwing hole formed in the end portion 29a of the reinforcing material exposed in the second recess 26 with the engagement piece 58 of the movable member inserted into the through hole 54a from above. The screwing holes 50a of the material connecting portion 53 are combined and screwed to the reinforcing material 29 to be fixed. This improves the durability of the deck board when the third engagement tool fixed to the reinforcing material is repeatedly engaged with the third support portions formed on both side walls of the cargo compartment, and the right and left third engagement The advantage that the distance between the tools 50 and 50 is difficult to shift is obtained.

(3) Action and effect of car deck board:
When the deck board 10 is attached to the support member 82 and the third support portion 86, the front and rear boards 20a and 20b can be folded in the initial stage, and the deck board 10 folded while the front board 20a is placed downward. The rear side is slightly lifted and the front edge 20e is brought close to the U-shaped support members 82,82. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the inclined surfaces 34 a and 34 a of the first engagement tool are placed on the second support portion 84, and the deck board 10 is slid forward on the support member 82. Then, the deck board 10 slides on the bridging portion 85 of the support member, and as shown in FIG. 13, the first support portion 83 is naturally located with respect to the opening AP1 formed by the first engagement tool and the recess. Then, when the base portion 34 abuts against the first support portion 83, the base portion 34 is moved forward and positioned. At this time, the first engagement tool 30 guides the first support portion 83 until it abuts against the base portion 34 without elastic deformation. As a result, the first engagement tools 30 and 30 are detachably engaged with each other by smoothly sandwiching the first support portions 83 and 83 that are provided upright on both side walls of the cargo compartment on the relatively front side. Thus, the present deck board can be smoothly attached to the cargo compartment due to the inclined surface 34a. In addition, since the first support part is sandwiched between the recess and the first engagement tool without being elastically deformed, less force is applied when engaging the first support part. Furthermore, since the first engagement tool forms an opening forward, the dimensional variation of the deck board body is absorbed by the position where it engages with the first support part, and even if the deck board is tilted, it will fall off the first support part. do not do.
Here, since the first engagement tools 30 and 30 can be rotated about the rotation axis AX1 in the vehicle width direction passing through both of the first support sections when engaged with the first support section, the first engagement tools The deck board body 20 to which is fixed can be rotated around the rotation axis AX1. As a result, if the deck board 10 is opened and closed with the first support portion as the center, a large object can be taken in and out of the cargo room SP3 under the deck board without completely removing the deck board. A deck board is convenient.

Next, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 13, the deck board 10 is rotated so as to lower the rear side of the deck board 10 engaged with the first support portion, and the rear side of the first engagement tools 30 and 30. Then, the second engaging tools 40, 40 attached to the front board 20a are brought close to the second support portions 84, 84 provided upright on both side walls of the cargo compartment on the relatively rear side. At this time, the bridging portion 85 of the U-shaped support member is inserted into the groove 32a of the first engagement tool. Then, each elastic part 44 having elasticity bends away from each other when the lower end comes into contact with the second support part 84, and then, when the second support part 84 abuts against the main body part 42, it is restored to its original shape by elasticity. The second support portion 84 is engaged. Since the second engaging tools 40, 40 are detachably engaged with the second support portion 84 after elastic deformation, the deck can be easily operated by fitting a pair of elastic portions into the support member 82 from above. The board 10 can be smoothly attached. Further, the recesses 24 and 24 are placed on the bridging portions 85 and 85 of the U-shaped support member, and the deck board 10 is stably placed on the U-shaped support members 82 and 82. And since the 2nd engagement tool 40 shows elasticity and it engages with the 2nd support part 84, the rattling by the vibration during driving | running | working of a motor vehicle is eliminated, and an abnormal noise does not arise.

Further, the rear board 20b placed on the front board 20a is rotated to the rear side, and the third engagement tools 50, 50 attached to the rear board 20b are attached to both side walls of the cargo compartment. It is made to adjoin from the upper part to the 3rd support part 86 of the level | step difference shape formed in this. Here, since the movable member 56 of the third engagement tool can be changed in position in the front-rear direction within a predetermined range, and is formed in a curved surface shape that becomes the upper side as the lower end portion of the engagement piece 58 becomes the outer side, Even if the deck board 20 has a dimensional error in the front-rear direction, the deck board 20 is guided in the front-rear direction with respect to the engagement hole 87 formed in a counterbore shape and is naturally inserted into the engagement hole 87. Then, each of the engaging pieces 58 having elasticity bends in a direction approaching each other, and thereafter, when the lower end portion gets over the engaging hole 87, it is restored to its original shape by elasticity and is engaged with the third support portion 86. . Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the deck board 10 is attached to the luggage compartment SP1.

On the other hand, when the deck board is removed from the support member 82 and the third support portion 86, first, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 6, the rear board 20b is rotated so that the rear side of the rear board 20b is raised. The engagement pieces of the third engagement tools 50, 50 are pulled out from the engagement holes 87, 87 of the third support portion after elastic deformation. At this time, the engagement pieces 58 are bent in directions close to each other and get over the engagement holes 87, and then are restored to their original shapes by elasticity. Then, the rear board 20b is overlaid on the front board 20a. Next, the deck board 10 is rotated so as to raise the rear side of the folded deck board 10, and the second engagement tools 40, 40 are pulled out from the second support portions 84, 84 after elastic deformation. At this time, the elastic portions 44 are bent in directions away from each other and get over the second support portion 84, and then are restored to the original shape by elasticity. Then, an operation of pulling the deck board 10 in the rear obliquely upward direction opposite to the direction sandwiched with respect to the first support portions 83, 83 is performed, and the first engagement tools 30, 30 are moved from the first support portions 83, 83. Release the engagement. Thereby, the deck board 10 is removed from the luggage compartment SP1.
As explained above, since the above-mentioned three types of engagement tools are attached to the deck board body in the front-rear direction, each deck board is heavy or even if it does not reach the front edge of the deck board. The engaging tools can be sequentially engaged, and the attachment operation can be easily performed. Further, dimensional errors are absorbed in the front-rear direction of the deck board body, and the deck board can be securely attached to each support portion. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an automotive deck board that can smoothly attach and detach the deck board, eliminate rattling due to vibration during traveling of the automobile, and can prevent the generation of abnormal noise.

(4) Second embodiment:
FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a part of an automobile provided with a luggage board (car deck board) 110 made of a resin hollow double wall structure according to the present invention. FIG. FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the main part viewed from the back side, FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the luggage board 110 viewed from the position B1-B1 in FIG. 15, and FIG. FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing the external appearance of the engaging members 130 and 140 together with the external appearances of the support portions 183 and 184, and FIG. 19 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the luggage board 110 opened and closed. It is sectional drawing shown.

The luggage board 110 according to the present embodiment has a pair of first support portions (183, 183) which are erected inward in the vehicle width direction on the relatively front side on both side walls of the luggage compartment SP4 formed at the rear of the seat. It is detachably attached to a pair of second support portions (184, 184) that are erected inward in the vehicle width direction on the rear side. The luggage board main body (the part excluding the engagement tools 130, 130, 140, 140 from the luggage board 110) partitions the luggage compartment SP4 up and down when attached, and forms a luggage room SP5 closed below the luggage board 110. To do.
The luggage board 110 includes a front board 120a in which reinforcing members 128 and 129 are inserted into the hollow part HO3 and a rear board 120b in which the hollow part HO4 is formed at a hinge part 120c having a vehicle width direction as a central axis of rotation operation. It has a connected shape and can be folded back and forth by a hinge portion 120c. The double wall molded body (the part obtained by removing the reinforcing materials 128 and 129 from the luggage board main body) is formed by molding a material having at least a resin such as a thermoplastic resin into a shape having a front wall, a back wall and a surrounding wall. The The luggage board 110 is formed by blow molding a thermoplastic resin to form a hinge portion 120c in which a front wall and a back wall are welded to form a thin wall, and a front board and a rear board before inserting a reinforcing material. Are integrally formed.
In addition, a pair of recesses (124, 124) that are recessed upward at both edges in the vehicle width direction on the front edge side are formed on the back surface of the front board 120a, and at both edges in the vehicle width direction on the rear edge side. A pair of recessed parts (125, 125) recessed upward is formed. Openings that project and expose both ends of the reinforcing member 128 are formed on the inner surfaces of the recesses 124 and 124 in the vehicle width direction, and both ends of the reinforcing member 129 are formed on the inner surfaces of the recesses 125 and 125 in the vehicle width direction. An opening that protrudes and is exposed is formed.

Reinforcing members 128 and 129 made of a material not related to cooling shrinkage after the formation of the double wall molded body are inserted through the front board 120a at the front end portion and the rear end portion. The reinforcing members 128 and 129 of the present embodiment are straight square cylindrical metal pipes, respectively. Both ends of the reinforcing material 128 are located inward in the vehicle width direction from both side edges of the luggage board 110 and exposed in the recesses 124, and both ends of the reinforcing material 129 are wider than the side edges of the luggage board 110. The inner side is exposed in the recesses 125 and 125. Therefore, both end portions of the reinforcing members 128 and 129 do not protrude from both end surfaces of the front board 120a. In this embodiment, the reinforcing material 128 and the reinforcing material 129 have the same shape.
An inner rib and a plurality of protrusions are formed in the double wall molded body to support the reinforcing members 128 and 129 so as to be slidable only in the vehicle width direction. It is inserted into the hollow portion HO3 toward the direction, and is supported so as to be slidable only in the longitudinal direction with respect to the double wall molded body.

The pair of first engagement tools (connecting members) 130 and 130 are fixedly attached to the front recesses 124 and 124, and are detachably engaged by being sandwiched between the first support portions 183 and 183 and are engaged with each other. The vehicle width direction passing through both of the first support portions 183 and 183 at the time of the rotation can be rotated about the rotation axis AX2. The pair of second engagement tools (connecting members) 140 and 140 are fixedly attached to the rear concave portions 125 and 125 and are elastically deformed by approaching the second support portions 184 and 184 from above. It engages so as to be detachable later. In the present embodiment, the first engagement tool 130 and the second engagement tool 140 have the same shape, and both are formed by molding a synthetic resin exhibiting elasticity such as a thermoplastic resin into the shape of the engagement tool. Yes.

The first engagement tool 130 is reinforced by forming the opening AP3 on the upper side and inserting the end of the reinforcing member 128 from the opening AP3 with reference to the position when the luggage board is attached when the first engagement tool 130 is attached to the recess 124. A reinforcing material fitting portion 132 fitted to the end of the material 128, a base portion 134 provided on the front side of the reinforcing material fitting portion 132, and an opening AP4 formed on the lower side to open the first support portion 183. A pair of elastic portions (second elastic portions) 136 and 136 that are inserted upward from the AP 4 and clamped so as to be rotatable after elastic deformation are integrally formed.
The second engagement tool 140 includes a reinforcing material fitting portion 142 that forms an opening AP3 on the upper side, inserts an end portion of the reinforcing material 129 from the opening AP3, and fits the end portion of the reinforcing material 129, and the reinforcing material. A base portion 144 provided on the front side of the fitting portion 142 and a pair of elastic portions 146 that form an opening AP4 on the lower side and insert the second support portion 184 upward from the opening AP4 to be clamped after elastic deformation. , 146 are integrally formed.
Conventionally, a lid for preventing the reinforcing material from coming off is attached to the concave portion of the resin hollow double wall structure. However, since the engaging tools 130 and 140 also serve as a lid for preventing the reinforcing material from coming off, Need not be prepared separately. Moreover, since the 1st engagement tool fitted with the reinforcing material becomes the axis | shaft of rotation operation of a luggage board, durability of the luggage board when repeating rotation operation can be improved.

The first engagement tool 130 is fixed to the end portion of the reinforcing material 128 in a holding state by inserting the reinforcing material fitting portion 132 into the end portion of the reinforcing material 128 that is inserted into the concave portion 124 and exposed in the concave portion. And attached to the recess 124. The second engagement tool 140 is fixed to the end portion of the reinforcing material 129 in a holding state by inserting the reinforcing material fitting portion 142 into the end portion of the reinforcing material 129 that is inserted into the concave portion 125 and exposed in the concave portion. And attached to the recess 125.

When installing the luggage board 110, the front and rear boards 120a and 120b can be folded in the first stage, and the rear side of the folded luggage board 110 folded with the front board 120a down is slightly lifted, A pair of 1st engaging tools 130 and 130 are made to adjoin to the 1st support parts 183 and 183 from upper direction. Then, the first support portion 183 is inserted into the opening (AP4) of the second elastic portion 136, and the pair of second elastic portions 136 and 136 hold the first support portion 183 after elastic deformation, so that the first engagement The tools 130 and 130 are detachably engaged with the first support portions 183 and 183, and can be rotated about a vehicle width direction passing through both of the first support portions 183 and 183 as the rotation axis AX2.
Next, the luggage board is rotated so that the rear side of the luggage board 110 is lowered, and the pair of second engagement tools 140 and 140 are brought close to the pair of second support portions 184 and 184 from above. Then, the second support portion 184 is inserted into the opening (AP4) of the elastic portion 146, and the pair of elastic portions 146, 146 sandwich the second support portion 184 after elastic deformation, so that the second engagement tools 140, 140 Is detachably engaged with the second support portions 184 and 184. As a result, rattling due to vibration during traveling of the automobile does not occur, and no abnormal noise is generated.
Then, when the rear board 120b placed on the front board 120a is rotated rearward, the luggage board 110 is attached to the luggage compartment SP4, the luggage compartment SP4 is divided into upper and lower parts, and the luggage room SP5 is Blocked.

Here, if the rear board 120b is rotated forward about the hinge part 120c, the luggage board can be taken in and out of the luggage room SP5 without removing the luggage board 110, so this luggage board is convenient. It is.
Thereafter, the luggage board 110 is rotated so that the rear side of the folded luggage board 110 is raised, and the second engagement tools 140 and 140 are pulled out from the second support portions 184 and 184 after elastic deformation. Furthermore, an operation of pulling the deck board 10 in a rearward and upward direction opposite to the direction sandwiched with respect to the first support portions 83 and 83 is performed, and the first engagement tools 30 and 30 are moved from the first support portions 83 and 83 to each other. Release the engagement. Thereby, the luggage board 110 is removed from the luggage compartment SP4.
As described above, according to the present embodiment as well, the luggage board can be attached and detached more smoothly, rattling due to vibration during traveling of the automobile can be prevented, and abnormal noise can be prevented. In addition, even if the double wall molded body is cooled and contracted after resin blow molding, there is no displacement between the connecting members attached to both ends of the reinforcing material. The smoothness of the luggage board attaching / detaching operation can be prevented from being lowered.

(5) Reference example :
Like the above-described automobile deck board, the resin-made hollow double-wall structure having the double-wall molded body, the reinforcing member, and the pair of connecting members has a double-wall molded body after resin blow molding. Even if it cools and shrinks, no displacement occurs between the connecting members attached to both ends of the reinforcing material.
20 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a storage structure including a lid body 210 made of a resin hollow double wall structure according to a reference example , and FIG. 21 is a perspective view showing the lid body 210 as seen from the back. 22 is a main part perspective view showing the main part of the lid body 210 as seen from the back side, FIG. 23 is a cross-sectional view showing the lid body 210 attached to the receiving step part 293 in a cross-sectional view at the position of C1-C1 in FIG. 24 is a cross-sectional view showing the lid 210 in cross-section at the position C2-C2 in FIG.
The resin-made hollow double wall structure to which this reference example can be applied may be an interior wall of a building, a partition, a door, an automobile headrest, an armrest, a luggage board, and the like.

The lid 210 includes a double wall molded body 222, a reinforcing material 228, and a pair of connecting members 230 and 230.
The double wall molded body 222 is formed by blow molding a material having at least a resin so as to close the front wall 222a and the back wall 222b opposed to each other with a space therebetween and the peripheral portion of the front wall and the back wall to close the hollow portion. The molded body is formed with a peripheral wall 222c that forms HO5.
A pair of recesses 224 and 224 that are recessed upward at both edges are formed on the back surface of the lid 210. Openings that project and expose both end portions of the reinforcing material 228 are formed on the inner surfaces of the recesses 224 and 224 in the width direction.
In the floor body 290 that is an external component, the storage portion 291 is formed in a depressed shape that is lowered from the floor surface 292, and the peripheral portion of the opening of the storage portion 291 is a receiver for dropping and placing the lid 210. A step portion 293 is provided. In the receiving step portion 293, fitting convex portions 294 and 294 projecting upward are formed on the portion where the connecting members 230 and 230 of the lid 210 are placed.

A reinforcing material 228 made of a material that is not related to cooling shrinkage after molding of the double wall molded body is inserted into the double wall molded body 222. The reinforcing material 228 of the present reference example is a straight square cylindrical metal pipe. Both ends of the reinforcing member 228 are exposed in the width direction from both side edges of the lid 210 and are exposed in the recess 224. Therefore, both end portions of the reinforcing material 228 do not protrude from both end surfaces of the double wall molded body 222.
An inner rib and a plurality of protrusions are formed in the double wall molded body 222 to support the reinforcing member 228 so as to be slidable only in the longitudinal direction. The reinforcing member 228 has the longitudinal direction directed in the width direction. It is inserted into the hollow portion HO5 and supported so as to be slidable only in the longitudinal direction with respect to the double wall molded body.

The pair of connecting members 230 and 230 are fixedly attached to the concave portions 224 and 224, and are detachably engaged with the fitting convex portions 294 and 294. The connecting member 230 can be formed, for example, by molding a synthetic resin exhibiting elasticity such as a thermoplastic resin into the shape of the connecting member.
The connecting member 230 is provided on the left side of the reinforcing material fitting portion 232 in FIG. 23, and the reinforcing material fitting portion 232 in which the end portion of the reinforcing material 228 is inserted from the opening and fitted to the end portion of the reinforcing material 228. The base portion 234 and the fitting concave portion 236 formed so as to open in accordance with one of the fitting convex portions 294 are integrally formed. And in order to connect with the floor body 290, the connection members 230 and 230 are attached to the both ends of the reinforcing material 228.
The coupling member 230 is inserted into the recess 224 and fitted into the end of the reinforcing member 228 exposed in the recess so as to be fixed to the end of the reinforcing member 228 in a holding state. 224 is attached.

When the positions of the fitting recesses 236 and 236 are adjusted to the positions of the fitting projections 294 and 294 and the lid 210 is received from above and pushed into the stepped portion 293, the fitting recesses 236 and 236 and the fitting projections 294 and 294 And the lid 210 is attached to the floor body 290. On the other hand, when the lid 210 attached to the floor body 290 is pulled upward, the fitting protrusions 294 and 294 are removed from the fitting recesses 236 and 236, and the lid 210 is detached from the floor body 290.

Conventionally, when a resin hollow double-wall structure is connected to an external component, a connector to be connected to a support of the external component is attached to the surrounding wall made of a thermoplastic resin. However, when the connector is attached to the surrounding wall of the resin hollow double-wall structure, the connector is displaced due to the effect of cooling shrinkage after molding, and the resin hollow double-wall structure is attached and detached. Sometimes it could not be done smoothly. In this reference example , the reinforcing material 228 inserted into the resin double-wall molded body is made of a material such as metal that is not related to cooling shrinkage after the molding of the double-wall molded body. There is no deviation in the relative positional relationship between the fitting recesses 236, 236 and the fitting projections 294, 294 of the connecting member attached to the part. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the connectivity of the resin hollow double wall structure to the external structure due to a dimensional error of the double wall molded body.
As described above, according to the present invention and the present reference example , a useful automobile deck board and a resin hollow double wall structure can be provided according to various aspects.
