Description

The present invention relates to a cargo compartment of an automobile in which a thermoplastic synthetic resin board (so-called cardboard plastic) integrally molded with a vertical wall member having a periodic shape between upper and lower sheet bodies is used as a cargo compartment bottom member. Concerning structure.

The so-called corrugated plastic board made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin integrally molded with the vertical wall member having a periodic shape between the upper and lower sheet bodies in the above example is a plate-like material excellent in strength and low mass, What stuck the nonwoven fabric on the upper surface is widely adopted as a luggage floor board for automobiles.

However, the above-mentioned corrugated plastic has a predetermined thickness, so that the end portion (that is, the cross-sectional portion) is not shown and the step caused by the end portion does not appear on the bottom surface of the cargo compartment. In most cases, however, the flat shape of the corrugated cardboard plastic is devised so that it substantially matches the peripheral edge of the bottom of the luggage compartment of the sedan type vehicle.
On the other hand, in a wagon-type vehicle, when the rear seat is folded forward and the cargo compartment is enlarged, the rear seat can be opened and closed for the purpose of ensuring flattening of the bottom of the cargo compartment. A lifting member is provided between the cargo floor board.

In order to reduce the weight of a raised member that is a resin blow molded product, the inventors of the present invention formed a raised member with a polystyrene / polyolefin composite resin foam that has been attracting attention in recent years. Since the mechanical strength of the surface is weak, it was studied to cover the upper surface of the raised member made of polystyrene / polyolefin composite resin foam with corrugated cardboard plastic.
However, in this configuration, since the end of the corrugated plastic crosses the bottom of the cargo compartment, it becomes a problem how to eliminate the step at the end of the corrugated plastic.

By the way, Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which a resin raising member (refer to a loading board) is provided in a wagon luggage compartment. However, Patent Document 1 discloses a combination of a raising member and corrugated plastic. Is not disclosed at all, nor is it suggested.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a structure in which a blow molded board (refer to a base material) and a corrugated cardboard plastic (refer to a skin material) are combined, but in Patent Document 2, corrugated plastic is used as a blow molded board itself. The basic structure is completely different from that of the present invention.

Accordingly, the present invention includes a raised member made of a resin foam and a thermoplastic synthetic resin board (so-called corrugated cardboard plastic), and raises the end bent downward of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board. Utilizing the elastic properties of the member, it is inserted into the narrow groove portion of the upper opening and engaged with the thermoplastic synthetic resin board and the lifting member, so that the structure for raising the cargo space is lightweight and has excellent surface strength. The body can be obtained, the assembly of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board and the raising member can be facilitated, and the end of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board can be concealed and the normal end processing can be omitted. The purpose is to provide a cargo compartment structure for automobiles.

An automobile luggage compartment structure according to the present invention is placed on a rear floor panel of a vehicle body, and is disposed so as to coincide with a raised member made of a resin foam whose upper surface is planar, and the upper surface of the raised member. A thermoplastic synthetic resin board formed integrally with a vertical wall member having a periodic shape between upper and lower sheet bodies, and a linear narrow groove portion opened upward on the upper surface portion of the raising member The thermoplastic synthetic resin board is formed and has an end portion bent downward, and the end portion is inserted into the narrow groove portion, whereby the thermoplastic synthetic resin board and the raised member are engaged. are engaged, the upper surface of the board made the thermoplastic synthetic resin to forming a luggage compartment bottom portion, the upper surface portion of the manufactured thermoplastic synthetic resin board, to the end of the mat material is bent to the downward Affixed to the end It is inserted into the narrow groove portion of the raising member together with the mat member, and a floor board that forms the bottom surface portion of the cargo compartment at the rear of the cargo compartment is disposed behind the raising member, and the raising member is disposed at the rear end portion thereof. A shelf part extending in the vehicle width direction at a predetermined height lower than the upper surface part and mounting the front end part of the floor board; the narrow groove part is formed immediately before the shelf part; The height of the upper surface part of the insertion part of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board to which the mat material is adhered is set lower than the height of the upper surface part of the floor board when placed on the part .
As the resin foam for forming the above-described raising member, a polystyrene / polyolefin composite resin foam can be used.

According to the above configuration, the end portion bent downward of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board is inserted into the narrow groove portion of the upper opening using the elastic property of the raising member, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin board is inserted. Because it engages with a raised member, a lightweight and superior surface strength structure for the luggage compartment (combined with a raised member and a thermoplastic synthetic resin board) is obtained, and a thermoplastic synthetic resin is obtained. The assembly of the board made and the raising member can be facilitated, and the end of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board can be concealed and the normal end processing can be omitted.

In addition , the mat material is stuck to the above-mentioned bent end portion on the upper surface portion of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board, and the end portion is attached to the narrow groove portion of the raising member together with the mat material. all SANYO plugged, according to this configuration, by adhering a mat material to its end on the upper surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board, by bending the thermoplastic synthetic resin board downward with the mat material The bent corner can be made of mat material, and the surface of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board is smooth and has a small insertion force. The engagement force with respect to the narrow groove portion can be increased, and both (the raised member and the thermoplastic synthetic resin board) can be integrated.

Furthermore , a floor board that forms the bottom of the cargo compartment at the rear of the cargo compartment is disposed behind the raising member, and the raising member extends in the vehicle width direction at a rear end portion lower than the upper surface by a predetermined height. A shelf portion for placing the front end portion of the floorboard; the narrow groove portion is formed immediately before the shelf portion; and when the floorboard is placed on the shelf portion, the height of the upper surface portion of the floorboard is increased. than of state, and are not the height of the upper surface portion of the insertion portion of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board which the mat member is adhered is set low, according to this configuration, the heat mat member is adhered Since the height of the top surface (so-called corner) of the insertion part of the plastic synthetic resin board is set to be lower than the height of the top surface of the floor board, the luggage is slid into and out of the bottom of the luggage compartment in the wagon vehicle. Even if the thermoplastic on the bottom of the luggage The corner portion of the synthetic resin board can be prevented from being damaged by the sliding force.

According to the present invention, a raised member made of a resin foam and a thermoplastic synthetic resin board (so-called corrugated cardboard plastic) is included, and the end portion bent downward of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board is raised. Utilizing the elastic properties of the member, it is inserted into the narrow groove of the upper opening and the thermoplastic synthetic resin board and the raised member are engaged, so that the cargo room raised structure is lightweight and has excellent surface strength. As a result, the assembly of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board and the raised member can be facilitated, and the end of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board can be concealed and the normal end processing can be omitted. There is.

A light weight and excellent surface strength structure for raising the luggage compartment can be obtained, and the assembly of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board and the elevated material can be facilitated, and the end of the thermoplastic synthetic resin board can be easily assembled. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 14, the above-described hanging hook 50 is provided in the hook base 50 </ b> B or the hook storage box 51 through a support shaft 52 that is oriented in a substantially horizontal direction (vehicle longitudinal direction). The suspension hook 50 is supported so as to be able to rotate between a use state of the hanging hook 50 and a non-use state (hook storage state) indicated by a virtual line α in FIG.

In the hook storage state indicated by the phantom line α in FIG. 14, the cargo compartment facing surface 50b of the hook base 50B does not protrude from the hook storage box 51 to the cargo compartment side, and the cargo compartment side opening end of the hook storage box 51 In the hook use state shown in a solid line in FIG. 14, the hook portion 50A protrudes from the luggage compartment side opening end of the hook storage box 51 to the cargo compartment 21 side, and the hook portion 50A The base end portion 50a is in contact with the lower lip of the hook storage box 51, and is configured to prevent the hook 50 from over-rotating even when a bag X (see FIG. 4) described later is hooked.

The above-described hanging hook 50 suspends and supports a bag X such as a shopping bag or a handbag shown in FIG. 4, or lifts the rear end of the floor board 25 when accessing the partition tray 40 as shown in FIG. In the case where the floor board 25 is held in an inclined state of a front, low, and high shape, the back recess 25a of the floor board 25 is supported.
Although only the hanging hook 50 on the right side of the vehicle is shown in the drawing, the hanging hook 50 and the elements 28a and 33 having a substantially symmetrical structure are also provided on the left side of the vehicle.

14, the distance in the vehicle width direction between the left and right hook bases 50B and 50B is larger than the width in the vehicle width direction of the floor board 25 in order to allow smooth movement of the floor board 25. The vehicle width direction distance between the left and right hook portions 50A, 50A that is set large and protrudes toward the vehicle interior is smaller than the width of the floor board 25 in the vehicle width direction in order to hold the floor board 25 securely. The floor board 25 is configured to be held in an inclined manner as shown in FIGS. 1, 12, and 13 by left and right hook portions 50A, 50A that are set and protrude toward the vehicle interior.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the bag X is suspended and supported by the hook portion 50 </ b> A of the hanging hook 50, the bag X is accommodated in the accommodating recess 33 a of the cover member 33 positioned directly below the hanging hook 50. In addition, when the contents in the bag X are large, a part of the bag X is also placed on the upper surface of the extension 33b of the cover member 33 as shown in FIG. The bag X can be stably supported, and the space of the storage recess 33a and the side recess 28a can be effectively used.
In the figure, arrow F indicates the front of the vehicle, arrow R indicates the rear of the vehicle, arrow IN indicates the inward in the vehicle width direction, arrow OUT indicates the outward in the vehicle width direction, and arrow UP indicates the upper side of the vehicle. Indicates.

As described above, the cargo compartment structure of the automobile according to the above embodiment includes a raised member 41 made of a resin foam that is placed on the rear floor 2 and has a flat upper surface, and an upper surface of the raised member 41. 41a, and a resin board 42 formed integrally with a vertical wall member 45 having a periodic shape between upper and lower sheet bodies 46 and 47, and an upper surface portion 41a of the raising member 41. The resin board 42 has an end portion 42a bent downward, and the end portion 42a is inserted into the narrow groove portion 41h. And the raising member 41 are engaged, and the upper surface portion of the resin board 42 forms the bottom surface portion of the cargo compartment 21 (see FIGS. 2, 9, and 10).

According to this configuration, the end portion 42a bent downward of the resin board 42 is inserted into the narrow groove portion 41h of the upper opening by utilizing the elastic property of the raising member 41, and the resin board 42 is raised. Since the member 41 is engaged, a raised structure (a combination of the raised member 41 and the resin board 42) of the luggage compartment 21 that is lightweight and excellent in surface strength is obtained, and the resin board 42 and the raised member are obtained. Assembling with 41 can be facilitated, and concealment of the end portion 42a of the resin board 42 and normal end portion processing can be omitted.
Further, the mat member 48 is attached to the upper surface portion of the resin board 42 up to the end portion 42a bent downward, and the end portion 42a together with the mat member 48 of the raising member 41 is attached. It is inserted into the narrow groove portion 41h (see FIGS. 9 and 10).

According to this configuration, the mat member 48 is adhered to the upper surface portion of the resin board 42 up to the end portion 42 a, and the resin board 42 is bent downward together with the mat member 48, so that the bent corner portion is decorated with the mat member 48. In addition, since the surface of the resin board 42 is smooth and the engagement force is small, the engagement force with respect to the narrow groove portion 41h of the resin board 42 can be increased by the frictional force of the mat member 48. Integration of (raising member 41 and resin board 42) can be achieved.
Furthermore, a floor board 25 forming a cargo compartment bottom portion (see cargo compartment floor portion 26) at the rear of the cargo compartment 21 is disposed behind the raising member 41, and the elevation member 41 has an upper surface portion 41a at the rear end thereof. It has a shelf (see the board front placement portion 41b) that extends in the vehicle width direction to be lower than the predetermined height and places the front end of the floor board 25, and the shelf (board front placement portion 41b). When the narrow groove portion 41h is formed immediately before the floor board 25 is placed on the shelf portion (board front placement portion 41b), the mat member 48 is more than the height of the upper surface portion of the floor board 25. The height of the upper surface portion of the insertion portion (see the end portion 42a) of the stuck resin board 42 is set low (see FIGS. 2 and 10).

According to this configuration, the height of the upper surface portion (so-called corner portion) of the insertion portion (see the end portion 42 a) of the resin board 42 to which the mat material 48 is adhered is lower than the height of the upper surface portion of the floor board 25. Thus, even if the load is slid into and out of the bottom of the luggage compartment in the wagon vehicle, the corners of the resin board 42 can be prevented from being damaged by the sliding force on the bottom of the load.
In addition, as disclosed in the above embodiment, when the width in the front-rear direction at the end 42a of the resin board 42 including the mat member 48 is set larger than the width in the front-rear direction at the narrow groove 41h of the raising member 41 ( The engagement force of the resin board 42 with respect to the narrow groove portion 41h can be further increased.
