Description
プリマー(H.Plimmer)らによるBrit. Pat. Appl. 604/49、Imperial Chemical Industries Ltd. (1949)、ガブラー(R. Gabler)によるCH-A-280 357, Inventa AG (1949)、レビンおよびテミン(M. Levin and S. C. Temin)によるJ. Polym. Sci. 49, 241-249(1961)、サカシタ(T. Sakashita)らによるUS 4,607,073, Mitsui Petrochemical Industries Ltd. (1985)、ヤマモトおよびタカタ(S. Yamamoto and T. Tataka)によるEP 0 449 466 B1, Mitsui Petrochemical IndustriesとさらにBrit. Pat. Appl. 766 927, California Research Corporation (1954)。それらの組成の特定の範囲においてアモルファス構造を有することのできる非イソモルファスコポリアミドに関する知見は、上記の文献の一部、およびユウおよびエバンス(A. J. Yu and R. D. Evans)によるJ. Am. Chem. Soc., 20 5261- 5365(1959)、さらにクラマーおよびビーマン(F. B. Cramer and R. G. Beamann)によるJ. Polym. Sci , 21, 237 - 250 (1956)にも見いだされる。
以下の実施例により本発明を説明する。生成物はすべてマルチステージ法により生成された。プレ縮合物の生成は、US 5,708,125に記載の方法にしたがって行われ、溶融物におけるポスト縮合反応は、とくにUS 4,831,108に記載の方法に対応している。

# 温度(ゾーン1〜12):
30/40/100/300/350/370/370/370/370/370/360/330および330℃
# 脱気: N2のもとでのゾーン10
# 粒状物の乾燥: 減圧下の100℃で24時間
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも以下のモノマーの縮合、またはこれらのプレ縮合物により生成可能な、半結晶性の溶融成形可能な部分芳香族コポリアミドであり、
a)テレフタル酸
b)44個までの炭素原子を有する二量体化の脂肪酸の少なくとも1種、
c)式:H2N‐(CH2)x‐NH2の脂肪族ジアミン(式中、xは6を示す)、及び
f)ラウリンラクタムまたはω‐アミノドデカン酸、
これらコポリアミドのDSC(示差走査熱量測定)法で測定される融点が少なくとも255℃であること
を特徴とするコポリアミド。 - 前記コポリアミドの、DSC(示差走査熱量測定)法により測定される融点が、最大で335℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコポリアミド。
- 8〜12個の炭素原子を有するさらなる芳香族ジカルボン酸 d)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のコポリアミド。
- 6〜18個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸 e)が追加で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコポリアミド。
- 前記芳香族ジカルボン酸 d)がイソフタル酸であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のコポリアミド。
- 前記脂肪族ジカルボン酸 e)がアジピン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のコポリアミド。
- 溶融成形方法の手段による成形物の製造に対する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のコポリアミドの使用。
- 前記成形方法が、押出し成形、射出成形、共押出し成形、ブロー成形、深絞り成形、連続共押出し成形、連続押出しブロー成形、3Dブロー成形、共押出しブロー成形、共押出し3Dブロー成形、および共押出し吸引ブロー成形から選択される、請求項7に記載のコポリアミドの使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のコポリアミドから、またはこのコポリアミドを用いて製造された成形物。
