Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system for molding a retread tire by attaching a vulcanized tread member to a base tire via a cushion rubber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional procedure for winding and molding a vulcanized tread member around a base tire is to attach the base tire to a rim stand, attach cushion rubber to the base tire (cushioning), and vulcanize the length of about three molded tires. Supply the finished tread member to the base tire, wrap the vulcanized tread member around the base tire to some extent via cushion rubber, cut the remaining length, and apply cement to the end face of the vulcanized tread member The joint preparation work is performed, the front and rear ends of the vulcanized tread member are joined (joint work), stitched to form a molded tire, and taken out from the rim stand.
[0003]
The joint preparation work is an operation of applying a cement to the front end surface of the vulcanized tread member and drying and attaching the sheet, and an operation of applying a cement to the rear end surface after cutting and drying.
The above operations were sequentially performed by a set of tread supply means, a rim stand, and a cushion rubber extruder to form a molded tire.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to improve productivity, multiple sets of this tread supply means, rim stand, and cushion rubber extruder may be installed, but the cushion rubber extruder used for cushioning is particularly expensive as a rehabilitation equipment price. The equipment cost will be significantly higher.
[0005]
In cushioning, filling a skive hole in which a scratch or the like of a base tire has been cut is also performed at the same time as the cushion rubber is applied, and as the time is spent, the hole filling rate improves, which is in conflict with productivity.
[0006]
Therefore, it is desirable to perform cushioning in a short time using a high-performance cushion rubber extruder as much as possible to improve productivity while ensuring a high filling rate.
However, the higher the performance of the cushion rubber extruder, the more expensive.
[0007]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, The process made into the objective exists in the point which provides the retreaded tire shaping | molding system which can aim at the improvement of productivity, suppressing installation cost.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems and effects]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
[0009]
One cushion rubber extruder moves to the set of rim stands and tread member supply means arranged in parallel, and the cushion rubber is pushed out to face the tires supported by each rim stand. Since it is affixed to the tires, the cost of rehabilitation equipment is one of the most expensive cushion rubber extruders and the equipment cost is reduced, and the timing of cushioning is shifted with each other, and the cushion rubber extruder is moved to the group that enters the cushioning work. By performing cushioning, the same productivity can be maintained even if one cushion rubber extruder is provided with a cushion rubber extruder in each set.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the retreaded tire molding system according to the first aspect, the tread member supply means includes an automatic cutting means for automatically automatically cutting a strip-like long vulcanized tread member into one tire. It is provided.
[0011]
Since it is not necessary to cut the remaining length when the vulcanized tread member is wound around the base tire to some extent, the cutting operation can be performed efficiently and appropriately without bothering the operator and vulcanized. Work such as cement application on the front and rear end surfaces of the tread member can be performed efficiently.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the retreaded tire molding system according to the second aspect, the reel device that winds the belt-shaped vulcanized tread member over a length of 30 m or more is provided upstream of the tread member supply means. Are provided respectively.
[0013]
Conventionally, the vulcanized tread member of about 10m was supplied, so it was equivalent to three molded tires, and it was necessary to replenish the vulcanized tread member frequently. By making the reel device around which the vulcanized tread member is wound, the replenishment operation time of the vulcanized tread member is shortened, which can contribute to the improvement of productivity.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the retreaded tire molding system according to the first aspect, two sets of the rim stand and the tread member supplying means are arranged in parallel, and the two opposing rim stands are opposed to each other. The base tire can be attached and detached from the inside.
[0015]
If an operator enters between the two sets of rim stand and tread member supply means arranged in parallel, the mounting and dismounting of the base tire on both rim stands facing each other can be easily performed with little effort. It can be reduced and productivity can be improved.
[0016]
