Description
The present invention relates to a falling weight body for an impact test. Specifically, the present invention is suitable for performing an impact test using a falling weight type impact tester for parts that are used in, for example, automobiles, railway vehicles, and ships and that require collision safety. The present invention relates to a falling weight body for impact test.
As is well known, the body of many current automobiles is constituted by a monocoque body that supports the load by the entire body integrated with the frame in order to achieve both weight reduction and high rigidity. The body of an automobile must have a function of suppressing damage to the functions of the vehicle and protecting the lives of passengers in the cabin in the event of a vehicle collision. For this reason, the new car body reduces the damage to the cabin as much as possible by absorbing the energy at the time of the collision and mitigating the impact force on the cabin based on various data obtained from the vehicle crash test conducted at the time of development. Designed so that you can.
Non-Patent
The collision tests according to these inventions are performed by causing a vehicle or a test stand, which is a device under test, to travel relatively in the horizontal direction and collide with a collision wall. For this reason, the installation area of the collision test apparatus used is inevitably large, and this collision test apparatus becomes expensive. Therefore, performing a collision test is naturally accompanied by a cost limitation, which is a cause of hindering a sufficient number of collision tests when developing a new vehicle.
In addition, the test object in these inventions is a completed vehicle equipped with all the equipment such as an engine, a transmission, and a tire, and a pseudo vehicle using only necessary parts such as a floor and a seat. For this reason, for example, side members and crash boxes for reinforcing the underbody (for example, between the front bumper reinforcement and the front side member of an automobile or between the rear bumper reinforcement and the rear side member) Then, when an impact load is applied in the axial direction from one end in the axial direction, the cylindrical body absorbs collision energy by buckling preferentially in a bellows shape in as many regions as possible in the longitudinal direction. In addition, it is not possible to conduct impact tests on individual automobile parts such as engine compartments.
Therefore, in Non-Patent
In the invention disclosed in Non-Patent
Generally, in this type of impact test, the test cost is greatly increased due to the use of extremely expensive prototype parts for the object to be tested. Therefore, the impact test due to the early damage of the falling
An object of the present invention is to provide an impact test used when an impact test is performed using a falling weight type impact tester on a part which is required for collision safety, for example, used in an automobile, a railway vehicle, or a ship. By suppressing early damage to the falling weight body and improving its durability, both the increase in test cost for replacement of the falling weight body and the decrease in the operating rate of the falling weight impact tester are suppressed. This is to increase the practicality of the drop weight type impact tester.
The present invention includes a support unit including a traveling mechanism for traveling downward, for example, vertically below, and a collision unit disposed below the support unit and colliding with a vehicle component disposed below. parts are by vertically upward impact test drop weight body, characterized in Rukoto which having a through hole provided at a position including the vicinity of the outer edge of the connecting portion between the support portion and the collision portion are in contact. According to the present invention, the collision part that collides with a part to be tested, which constitutes the drop test body for the impact test, is arranged separately in the lower part of the support part that supports the traveling mechanism. It is possible to extend the life of the falling weight body compared to the disclosed invention, thereby suppressing an increase in impact test cost and a decrease in operating rate of the falling weight impact testing machine, and a falling weight impact testing machine. It becomes possible to improve the practicality of the.
In the falling weight body for impact test according to the present invention, it is desirable that the through hole is further provided from a position including the vicinity in the vertical direction of the outer edge of the connection portion toward the outside in the horizontal direction of the support portion.

In these impact test drop weight bodies according to the present invention, it is desirable that the connection portion is provided so as to protrude downward from the support portion.
In these impact test drop weight bodies according to the present invention, it is desirable that the dimension of the connecting part in the horizontal direction is smaller than the dimension of the collision part in the horizontal direction.
In these impact test drop weight bodies according to the present invention, the support portion is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by a combination of two substantially rectangular plate members spaced apart by a predetermined distance, or one substantially rectangular plate material. It is desirable that
In these falling weight bodies for impact testing according to the present invention, the support portion is arranged in such a manner that a plurality of sets of substantially rectangular plate materials arranged opposite to each other at a predetermined distance are arranged in a plurality of sets or arranged in parallel. Or a plurality of substantially rectangular plate members arranged in a crossing manner or in parallel.
Furthermore, in these falling weight bodies for impact testing according to the present invention, it is desirable that the support portion be provided integrally with the collision portion or detachably from the collision portion.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress early damage of an impact test drop weight body used when performing an impact test on a part which is used in, for example, an automobile, a railway vehicle, and a ship and requires collision safety. Thus, durability can be improved, and an increase in test cost for replacing the falling weight body and a decrease in the operating rate of the falling weight impact tester can be suppressed.
For this reason, according to the present invention, it is possible to truly realize an impact test by dropping a large drop weight body and causing it to collide with a vehicle component that is a device under test.
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the impact test drop weight body according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the embodiments, the case where the vehicle part is a crash box which is one of the automobile parts is taken as an example, but this is an example of the present invention, and the present invention is limited to the automobile part. It is not a thing. The present invention is similarly applied to parts other than automobile parts as long as they are parts that are used in, for example, railway vehicles and ships and require collision safety.
FIG. 1 shows a crash box as a device under
Since the falling
[Supporting part 12]
The
Further, between the
The falling
In this example, the
At the top and bottom of the
A disk-shaped
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The falling weight type
Further, in the portions existing in the regions B and C of the
By drilling the through
In the present embodiment, the shape of the through
Further, the inner portion of the
The reason why the connecting
From this point of view, the corner E, which is the intersection of the vertical surface of the
Further, as described above, the
Thus, (the region B in FIG. 1, C) the horizontal
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A, the
Furthermore, it is more desirable for the connecting
Provided between the
Thus, the
[Collision 13]
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 (a) and FIG. 2 (b), the
Note that the total weight of the falling

Next, the falling weight
[Drop mechanism 31]
The dropping
When the
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the falling

As described above, the falling weight type

The device under

In this embodiment, the case where the falling

First, prepare for the impact test.
The
The
The falling weight
First, the falling
While the falling
Detection members such as an acceleration sensor and a strain gauge are attached to predetermined positions of the
In this way, after the preliminary preparation is completed, the falling
First, the
Next, by releasing the adsorption of the
The falling
In this collision, the acceleration obtained by the collision is detected by the acceleration sensor, the load is detected by the load cell, the strain is further detected by the strain gauge, and these detected values are input to the arithmetic unit 24. In this way, various data are collected by the detection member described above. Further, the deformation state at the time of collision of the
In this way, in the present embodiment, the falling
In the drop weight impact test performed in this manner, the
(I) Since the colliding
(Ii) The opening amount in the vertical direction increases toward the outside in the horizontal direction of the
In the present embodiment, of the vertices of the through
For this reason, the shape of the through
(Iii) The connecting

(Embodiment 2)
Next, a second embodiment will be described. In the following description, portions that are different from the above-described first embodiment will be described, and overlapping descriptions will be omitted by using the same reference numerals for common portions.
FIGS. 6A and 6B are top views of the falling weight bodies 11-5 and 11-6 of the present embodiment, respectively.
The falling weight bodies 11-5 and 11-6 of the present embodiment are essentially different from the falling
The shape of the mounting
The difference between the falling weight body 11-5 in FIG. 6A and the falling weight body 11-6 in FIG. 6B is that the mounting direction of the
According to the present embodiment, the two
Moreover, in this Embodiment, since the support part 12-1 and the
