Claims (3)
- 板材に直角三角形の3頂点となる位置に位置決めマークを付し、面取装置に当該板材の送り方向と直交する方向に2個のカメラを搭載し、当該2個のカメラで読取った前記マークの位置を基準にして、前記板材の四辺を面取加工する面取装置における面取寸法の計測方法であって、
工具に対する板材の相対送り方向と直交する方向に付された2個の前記マークを前記2個のカメラで読取って前記板材の送り方向に対する方向を定めて当該送り方向と平行な側縁の加工を行い、第1計測工程で当該板材を送り戻し方向に送って前記2個のカメラの一方で送り方向に付された2個の前記マークを読取って当該2個のマークの送り直角方向の位置の差を検出し、第2計測工程で前記カメラを当該板材の側縁を読取る位置に移動したあと当該板材を送って前記2個のカメラで当該側縁の加工寸法を検出することを特徴とする、面取装置における面取寸法の計測方法。 - 前記板材の側縁下面を読取る2個の下カメラ(6)を、前記2個のカメラの直下の位置に移動可能に設置し、前記第2計測工程で当該下カメラを前記板材の側縁を読取る位置に移動したあと当該板材を送って2個の前記カメラと2個の前記下カメラで側縁上下の加工寸法を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の面取装置における面取寸法の計測方法。
- 板材に直角三角形の3頂点となる位置に位置決めマークを付し、面取装置の板材載置テーブルの上方に、当該テーブルの送り方向と直交する方向に2個の上カメラを配置し、当該2個の上カメラで読取った前記マークの位置を基準にして、前記板材の四辺を面取加工する面取装置における面取寸法の補正方法であって、
前記板材の側縁下面を読取る2個の下カメラ(6)を、前記2個の上カメラの直下の位置に移動可能に設置し、工具に対する板材の相対送り方向と直交する方向に付された2個の前記マークを読取って前記板材の送り方向に対する方向を定めて当該送り方向と平行な側縁の加工を行い、第1計測工程で当該板材を送り戻し方向に送って前記2個の上カメラの一方で送り方向に付された2個の前記マークを読取って当該2個のマークの送り直角方向の位置の差を検出し、第2計測工程で前記上カメラと下カメラとを当該板材の側縁を読取る位置に移動したあと当該板材を送って前記2個の上カメラと2個の下カメラで当該側縁上下の加工寸法を検出し、
第1計測工程で検出された2個のマークの送り直角方向の位置の差から前記テーブルの角度誤差を演算し、前記第2計測工程で検出された側縁上下の加工寸法の差から工具の高さ誤差を演算し、
上記演算された角度誤差でテーブル角度の指令値を補正し、上記演算された高さ誤差で工具高さの指令値を補正することを特徴とする、面取装置における面取寸法の補正方法。
