Description
在下に反応させてプロピレンを製造し、かつ反応に使用するエチレンのモル数を、ジメチルエーテルのモル数の1/2とメタノールのモル数の両者の合計モル数に対して1超過とすることを特徴とするプロピレンの製造方法、を要旨とする。更には、本発明は、メタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルからの低級オレフィン類製造設備で得られたエチレンと、メタノール又は/及びジメチメエーテルを含むガスとを、触媒の存在下に反応させてプロピレンを製造し、かつ反応に使用するエチレンのモル数を、ジメチルエーテルのモル数の1/2とメタノールのモル数の両者の合計モル数に対して1超過とすると共に、得られた反応生成物を、前記低級オレフィン類製造設備の分離・精製系にリサイクルするプロピレンの製造方法、を要旨とする。
以下に記載する構成要件の説明は、本発明の実施態様の一例であり、これらの内容に特定されない。
Claims (5)
- メタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルからの低級オレフィン類製造設備で得られたエチレンと、メタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルを含むガスとを、触媒の存在下に反応させてプロピレンを製造し、かつ反応に使用するエチレンのモル数を、ジメチルエーテルのモル数の1/2とメタノールのモル数の両者の合計モル数に対して1超過とすることを特徴とするプロピレンの製造方法。
- メタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルからの低級オレフィン類製造設備で得られたエチレンと、メタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルを含むガスとを、触媒の存在下に反応させてプロピレンを製造し、かつ反応に使用するエチレンのモル数を、ジメチルエーテルのモル数の1/2とメタノールのモル数の両者の合計モル数に対して1超過とすると共に、得られた反応生成物を、前記低級オレフィン類製造設備の分離・精製系にリサイクルすることを特徴とするプロピレンの製造方法。
- エチレンとメタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルを反応させてプロピレンを製造するにおいて、触媒を固体酸触媒とする請求項1又は2に記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
- 固体酸触媒を、結晶性燐酸アルミニウム類、SiO2/Al2 O3 のモル比が10超過の結晶性アルミノシリケート類、及びメタロシリケート類からなる群より選択されたいずれかとする請求項3に記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
- エチレンとメタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルを反応させてプロピレンを製造するにおいて、反応系中に、エチレンのモル数に対するモル比で0.025以上の水分を存在させる請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
