Description
The present invention relates to a combination weigher, and more particularly, to an article supply means, such as a supply hopper, that supplies articles to a weighing hopper.
Many combination weighers have also been proposed in which a weighing means is also provided in the supply hopper. For example, in the combination weigher disclosed in Patent Document 1, a plurality of supply hoppers provided corresponding to weighing hoppers each provided with weighing means are also provided with weighing means, a pattern for only the weighing hopper, and a supply hopper A combination calculation is performed by using a pattern for only the weighing hopper and the supply hopper as a pair, and a pattern for the pair of weighing hopper and the supply hopper.
In such a combination weigher, the weighing hopper and the supply hopper are provided with an article discharge gate, and a driving device for driving these gates is also provided. Also, the articles weighed in this combination weigher have various physical properties. Depending on the nature of the article, the zero point of the weighing signal may be shifted due to the article adhering to the weighing hopper, or the article may be caught in the discharge gate. Further, the drive device is a consumable item, and the discharge gate cannot be opened / closed normally due to deterioration over time. When such measurement errors such as deviation of the zero point, biting of articles into the discharge gate, abnormality of the discharge gate, etc. occur, it is necessary to quickly detect and deal with it. As a countermeasure, there is a case where only the adjustment of the gate or the like or the calibration of the measuring means is required, or there is a case where replacement of the parts is necessary. When the parts need to be replaced, if the parts are not present, it is not preferable that the combination weigher stops until the parts are in hand, and it is desirable that the combination weigher can be operated as an emergency measure.
The present invention provides not only a weighing hopper but also a weighing means provided in an article supply means to the weighing hopper, and provides a combination weigher that can quickly detect and deal with the above-described weighing failure. Objective. Another object of the present invention is to provide a combination weigher capable of operating as an emergency measure.
One aspect of the combination weigher according to the present invention includes a plurality of weighing hoppers. These weighing hoppers are provided with first weighing means for weighing the articles supplied to these weighing hoppers. These weighing hoppers are preferably provided with discharge means, such as a gate, for discharging the supplied articles. It is also desirable to have a drive means for driving these discharge means. Corresponding to these weighing hoppers, a plurality of article supply means, for example, supply hoppers are provided. These article supply means supply articles to the corresponding weighing hopper. When the article supply means is the above-described supply hopper, each supply hopper is preferably arranged above the corresponding weighing hopper, and has a discharge means, for example, a gate, for discharging articles to the corresponding weighing hopper. It is also desirable to provide a driving means for driving the discharging means. In addition to this, a conveyor or the like can also be used as the article supply means. The control means variously combines the weights of the weighing hoppers obtained by the first weighing means, and selects a combination in which the total weight is equal to or close to a predetermined target weight from the combinations. The article is discharged from the weighing hopper constituting the combination, and the weighing hopper that has become empty is repeatedly supplied with the article from the article supply means corresponding thereto and weighed. Each article supply means is provided with second weighing means for weighing articles contained in each article means. It is desirable to store the measurement value of the second measurement unit in the storage unit. After an article is supplied to the weighing hopper from each article supply means corresponding to each weighing hopper, for example, after the articles in the weighing hopper are selected as a combination and discharged, the first weighing means of the corresponding weighing hopper The comparison means compares the measurement value with the measurement value already obtained by the second measurement means of the article supply means. That is, the weighing values of the first and second weighing means for the same article are compared. It is desirable that the measurement value of the first measurement unit is also stored in the storage unit. When it is determined by the comparison result of the comparison means that, for example, the measurement values for the same article by the corresponding first and second measurement means stored in the storage means are substantially inconsistent, the first accuracy determination means 1 The accuracy of the weighing means is determined. For example, the accuracy can be determined by determining whether the zero point of the measurement signal is fluctuating or whether the span of the measurement signal is fluctuating. When the first accuracy determining means determines that the accuracy is poor and the measuring hopper is empty, the first calibration means performs calibration of the first measuring means.
In the combination weigher configured as described above, when no article is present in the weighing hopper and the article is supplied from the corresponding article supply means, the measured value of the article that has already been weighed in the article supply means, The measured value in the weighing hopper is compared. In the case where they do not match, it may be caused by, for example, a defect in the first weighing unit, stagnation of articles in the article supply unit, or the like. Therefore, in the state where the article is discharged from the weighing hopper, the accuracy of the first weighing means of the weighing hopper is determined to determine whether the accuracy of the first weighing means is defective. If the accuracy of the first weighing unit is poor, the first weighing unit is calibrated by the first calibration unit.
When the first accuracy determining unit determines that the accuracy is good, the second accuracy determining unit can determine the accuracy of the second measuring unit corresponding to the first measuring unit determined by the first accuracy determining unit. . In this case, the second calibration unit calibrates the second weighing unit when the second accuracy determination unit determines that the accuracy is poor and the article supply unit is empty.
With this configuration, when the first weighing unit is normal, the quality is determined based on the accuracy of the second weighing unit provided in the article supply unit. The second weighing means is calibrated.
Furthermore, when the second accuracy determination unit determines that the accuracy is good, a notification unit that notifies the corresponding weighing hopper and the article supply unit as defective can be provided. The notification means can be notified visually or audibly.
With this configuration, when the second accuracy determining unit determines that the accuracy is high, the second measuring unit is normal, and the first accuracy determining unit already determines that the first measuring unit is normal. Therefore, both the first and second weighing means are normal, and the reason why the measured values of the first and second weighing means are inconsistent is in the mechanism of the weighing hopper or the article supply means. In this case, since inspection by maintenance personnel is necessary, display means for urging inspection is provided.
Further, the first and second calibration means can be zero point calibration means. In this case, when it is determined that the second weighing unit of the article supply unit is defective as a result of the inspection after the notification unit reports the defect, the article is supplied to the corresponding weighing hopper via the article supply unit. Can be supplied. With this configuration, for example, articles can be supplied to the weighing hopper via the article supply means, so that the corresponding weighing hopper can participate in the combination calculation, and the operating rate of the combination weigher is prevented from being lowered. it can.
Alternatively, when the first and second calibrating means are zero point calibrating means, if the result of the inspection after being notified of the failure by the notification means is determined to be a failure of the first weighing means of the weighing hopper, it corresponds. The measurement value of the second measurement means of the article supply means is supplied to the control unit for combination calculation. If comprised in this way, since an article supply means can be used as a substitute for a measurement hopper, it can prevent that the operation rate of a combination scale falls.
In this case, the article supply means can discharge the article via the corresponding weighing hopper, or is configured to be able to discharge the article to the corresponding weighing hopper and directly to the outside. In the state where it is determined that the corresponding first weighing means of the weighing hopper is defective and the combination is selected by the control unit, the article is directly discharged to the outside. You can also In either case, the articles on the article supply means can be combined.
As described above, according to the present invention, the weighing hopper and / or the article depending on whether or not the weighing value provided in the article supply means and the weighing means provided in the weighing hopper are different in the measured value of the same article. It is possible to easily check whether there is an abnormality in the supply means. Further, emergency treatment can be easily performed according to the result of the check.
The combination weigher according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of weighing
Article supply means, for example, a
In these
Each
The analog weighing signals from the
The
In this combination weigher, a
Therefore, in this combination weigher, the
First, the digital weighing signal of the weighing
Subsequent to step S2, in order to determine whether or not the accuracy of the load cell 4 of the weighing
If it is determined in step S6 that there is no zero point deviation, this time, in order to determine whether the
If it is determined in step S12 that no zero point deviation has occurred, it can be determined that there is an abnormality in the mechanisms of the weighing
As a result of the maintenance inspection by the maintenance inspector, for example, parts replacement or the like is necessary, and the emergency process for operating the combination weigher is performed as shown in FIG. 3 until the parts arrive.
First, a maintenance inspector checks whether or not the
If it is determined in step S20 that there is no failure other than the zero point deviation of the
If it is determined in step S24 that the
If it is determined in step S18 that the weighing
If it is determined in step S32 that the
In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Since the articles can be discharged directly from the
