Description
前記冷媒通路は、トーピードの一端側に形成された冷媒入口に連続する往路がトーピードの軸方向に対して捩れを生じてトーピードの他端側に向かって旋回して形成され、トーピードの他端側に形成された凹部である冷媒流反転部を介して反転して復路となり、該復路は前記往路と並行状態で一端側に向かって捩れを生じて旋回して形成され、トーピードの他端側に形成された冷媒出口に連続する二重螺旋状を有する構成であり、
前記冷媒通路は、トーピードの一端側に形成された前記冷媒入口と他端側に形成された前記冷媒出口を結ぶ構成であることを特徴とするバルブノズル。
図1は本発明に係るバルブノズルの一実施例を示す断面図、図2は樹脂流路及び冷媒通路を示す要部断面図、図3はトーピードの正面図、図4はゲート閉鎖状態を示す説明断面図、図5はゲート開放状態を示す説明断面図である。
樹脂流路3を通ってゲート開閉機構2内へ導かれた樹脂は、トーピード22の内周面とピストン21の軸部21B外周面との間隙21Eである樹脂流路3を通り、ノズルヘッド12のゲート13内壁とピストン21のヘッド部分21Aとの間を通り、ゲート13まで充填される。ゲート13が閉鎖の状態(図4に示す状態)では樹脂は射出されることなく、この位置で留まり、ゲート13が開放(図5に示す状態)された後、該ゲート13から金型のキャビティ内へと射出されることになる。

Claims (4)
- ノズルホルダー及び該ノズルホルダーの先端に取付けられたノズルヘッドを有して成るバルブノズル本体の内部空間乃至は後方空間には、該バルブノズル本体の内部空間に配設されると共に、冷媒通路が設けられているトーピードと、前記ノズルヘッドのゲート内部に配設されるヘッド部分と、該ヘッド部分から連続して形成されると共に前記トーピードの内部空間に樹脂流路となる間隙を外周面に設けて配設される軸部と、該軸部の後端に接続されて樹脂流路内で樹脂の受圧面となるテーパー面を有する後端部と、を有して成るピストンと、前記トーピードの後方の樹脂流路外に配設されて前記ピストンの後端部をゲート方向に付勢するコイルバネと、を組込構成して成るゲート開閉機構が配設されており、樹脂の圧力が一定値以下である時には前記ピストンが前記コイルバネによりゲート方向に付勢されて前記ピストンのヘッド部分の断面円形の全周がノズルヘッドのゲート内壁に当接して樹脂流路が閉となり、樹脂の圧力が一定値以上になると前記コイルバネの付勢力に打ち勝って前記ピストンのヘッド部分がノズルヘッドのゲートから後退してゲートを解放する構成であるバルブノズルであって、
前記冷媒通路は、トーピードの一端側に形成された冷媒入口に連続する往路がトーピードの軸方向に対して捩れを生じてトーピードの他端側に向かって旋回して形成され、トーピードの他端側に形成された凹部である冷媒流反転部を介して反転して復路となり、該復路は前記往路と並行状態で一端側に向かって捩れを生じて旋回して形成され、トーピードの他端側に形成された冷媒出口に連続する二重螺旋状を有する構成であり、
前記冷媒通路は、トーピードの一端側に形成された前記冷媒入口と他端側に形成された前記冷媒出口を結ぶ構成であることを特徴とするバルブノズル。 - 前記冷媒通路が、トーピードの外周面に形成された凹条溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブノズル。
- 前記冷媒通路が、トーピードに形成された貫通孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブノズル。
- 前記冷媒通路が、トーピードの外周面とバルブノズル本体の内周面との間に形成された間隙であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブノズル。
