BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric furnace for ceramics in which a slot is opened in a front wall on the front side of a box-shaped furnace body, and the slot is opened and closed by a door that opens laterally.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional electric furnace for pottery, for example, in order to ensure safety, an electric furnace on a horizontal table is required not to fall when tilted by a predetermined angle (for example, 15 degrees) with respect to the table. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional pottery electric furnace, when the electric furnace is tilted, it is not limited to a state in which the door body is closed, but also in a state in which the door is opened. When the door body is opened, the electric furnace having the laterally open door body is less stable than the electric furnace having the upwardly open door body, and there is a problem that the tendency to fall is large.
[0004]
In addition, when an inlet / outlet is opened on the front wall on the front side of the furnace body, and the inlet / outlet is opened / closed by a side-opening door, an operation box is provided beside the inlet / outlet to radiate from the inside of the furnace body. When heat is transmitted to the operation box and adversely affects the printed circuit board in the operation box, etc., if an operation box is provided at a place other than the side of the entrance / exit, There is a problem that the operation box is separated from the user who performs a lot of work on the front side of the entrance / exit, the baking operation is difficult, and the usability is not good.
[0005]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such conventional problems, and even in an electric furnace having a laterally open door body, stability is maintained, and the firing operation is easy and easy to use. The aim is to provide a good ceramic furnace.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention for achieving the object lies in the inventions of the following items.
[1] Open / close port (12) is opened in the front wall (111) on the near side of the box-shaped furnace body (11), and the open / close port (12) is opened and closed by a laterally opening door body (20). In the pottery electric furnace
A front leg member (17) provided on the near side of the bottom (112) of the furnace body (11),
The front leg the lower end of the member (17) (171) is characterized in that it is extended to a position on the plane and the same plane which includes the front portion of the front side (201) of the door body (20) Electric furnace for pottery.
[0007]
[2] The lower end (171) of the front leg member (17) has a tray part (172) that opens toward the lower edge of the insertion / exit port (12). The electric furnace for ceramics described.
[0008]
[3] Inner wall grooves (152, 154) are formed on the inner surface of the heat insulating material (151, 153) covering the inner wall of the furnace body (11) so as to be recessed toward the side opposite to the furnace inner side.
At least one of the heating part (31) or the temperature sensor (32) is accommodated in the inner wall groove (152, 154) so as not to protrude from the inner surface of the heat insulating material (151, 153) into the furnace. The electric furnace for ceramics according to [1].
[0010]
[4] Operation for box aside (40) is provided before Symbol furnace body loading and unloading opening (11) (12),
It said front wall (45) of the operation box (40) is formed in the door body (20) the front portion of the (201) and the same on one plane,
The electric furnace for ceramics according to [1], [2] or [3], wherein the front wall (45) of the operation box (40) has an operation means (42).
[0011]
[ 5 ] In the side walls (46) of the operation box (40), the side wall (46) closer to the access port (12) reflects the heat radiated from the inside of the furnace body (11). The electric furnace for pottery according to [ 4 ], wherein the electric furnace is a reflective surface.
[0012]
[ 6 ] Inside the operation box (40), a partition plate (47) is provided along the side wall (46) closer to the access port (12),
A ventilation gap (48) is formed between the near side wall (46) and the partition plate (47),
Ventilation holes (49) for communicating the ventilation gap (48) with outside air are formed in the upper end and the lower end (171) of the ventilation gap (48), respectively. The electric furnace for ceramics according to [ 5 ].
[0013]
Next, the operation of the invention described in each of the above items will be described.
The electric furnace is used on a horizontal table or floor. In firing the work, the door body (20) is opened sideways, a predetermined work is put into the furnace from the entrance / exit (12) of the furnace body (11), and the entrance / exit (12) of the furnace body (11) is opened. It is closed by the door body (20) and firing is started.
[0014]
When the electric furnace is placed on a horizontal table or floor, the center of gravity of the electric furnace is in the center of the furnace body (11) when the door (20) is closed. On the other hand, the electric furnace is required not to fall even if it is tilted at a predetermined angle in every use state.
[0015]
The electric furnace simply changes the door body (20) from the closed state to the open state, so that the center of gravity of the electric furnace moves from the center of the furnace body (11) to the front side (on the front wall (111) of the furnace body (11)). Move to When the door body (20) is in an open state and the electric furnace is tilted by a predetermined angle (for example, 15 degrees) toward the front side (the door body (20) in the open state) on the table, the electric furnace Is inclined with the lower end (171) of the front leg member (17) as a fulcrum. At this time, the center of gravity of the electric furnace further moves toward the front side (the front wall (111) of the furnace body (11)). However, since the lower end portion (171) of the front leg member (17) extends further to the near side from the front wall (111) of the furnace body (11), the center of gravity of the electric furnace is the lower end portion of the front leg member (17). The electric furnace does not move to the near side at (171), so that the electric furnace does not fall down and the electric furnace maintains stability.
[0016]
Further, the front leg member (17) does not protrude greatly from the plane including the front portion (201) of the door body (20) to the near side, and only the front leg member (17) does not hit during the work, and the front leg member (17) does not get in the way, has no protrusion, and has a good appearance.
[0017]
Moreover, since the lower end part (171) of the front leg member (17) has a tray part (172) that faces the peripheral part of the inlet / outlet (12) from below, the outflow that exits from the inside of the furnace during firing. Dust can be accommodated without leaking outside when the object or the work is taken out from the inside of the furnace. Cleaning of the electric furnace after firing can be carried out mainly by the tray (172), and the cleaning becomes easy.
[0018]
When the work is put into the furnace, the heating part (31) does not protrude from the wall surface of the side heat insulating material (151) into the furnace, so that the work taken in and out of the furnace does not hit the heating part (31). In addition, mutual damage of the heating unit (31) can be prevented.
[0019]
Similarly, when the work is put into the furnace, the temperature sensor (32) does not protrude from the inner surface of the ceiling heat insulating material (153) into the furnace, so that the work taken in and out from the furnace does not hit the temperature sensor (32). The mutual damage of the work and the temperature sensor (32) can be prevented.
[0022]
An operation box (40) is provided on the side of the inlet / outlet (12) of the furnace body (11). A front wall of the operation box (40) (45) is formed in the front portion (201) and the same on one of the plane of the door body (20), in its front wall (111), the operation means (42) Is provided.
[0023]
Thereby, for an operator located on the front side of the electric furnace (front side (201) side of the door body (20)), the operating means (42) can be changed without changing the direction of the line of sight or slightly. The front side can be seen, and it does not protrude greatly from the front part (201) of the door body (20), or conversely protrudes greatly from the front part (201) of the door body (20), It is not necessary to handle the operating means (42) by greatly extending the arm or bending the arm, and the operating means (42) can be easily operated.
[0024]
In such an operation box (40), one of the side walls (46) of the operation box (40) (the one closer to the inlet / outlet (12)) is radiated from the inside of the furnace body (11) 10. I get a fever. The side wall (46) to which the released heat is applied is silver-coated. The heat radiated from the inside of the furnace body (11) 10 is reflected by the side wall (46) coated with silver, and the heat is not transmitted to the inside of the operation box (40), so that the operation box (40) For example, it does not adversely affect a printed circuit board or the like housed in the interior of the printer.
[0025]
Further, a partition plate (47) is provided so that the inside of the operation box (40) is not adversely affected by heat. The partition plate (47) is provided inside the operation box (40) so as to be along the side wall (46) coated with silver.
[0026]
A ventilation gap (48) is formed between the side wall (46) and the partition plate (47), and ventilation holes are provided at the upper end portion and the lower end portion (171) of the ventilation gap (48). (49) is formed, and the ventilation gap (48) communicates with the outside air through the ventilation opening (49), so that the outside air flows into the ventilation gap (48), while the ventilation gap (48) The air in the gap (48) flows out to the outside. As a result, the ventilation gap (48) becomes an air layer for heat insulation, and blocks heat that is transmitted to the inside of the operation box (40).
