Description
The present invention relates to a chemical reaction apparatus for generating a chemical reaction by generating plasma in a liquid.
In the plasma CVD method such as the method described in
The present invention provides a submerged plasma reactor capable of synthesizing high purity and high added value crystal materials while utilizing the characteristics of submerged plasma, which has a high reaction rate and is safe and easy to handle. It is an object to provide a method and a crystal synthesis method.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a submerged plasma reactor according to the present invention generates a bubble in a liquid, a container for holding the liquid, an electromagnetic wave irradiation means for irradiating the liquid with an electromagnetic wave, and the like. And a reducing agent supply means for supplying a reducing agent into the liquid. The reducing agent supply means supplies a gaseous reducing agent, and may have a microbubble generator. The reducing agent supply means may supply a liquid or solid reducing agent.
Furthermore, the crystal synthesis method according to the present invention supplies a reducing agent to a raw material liquid by a reducing agent supply means to generate bubbles in the liquid and irradiate the bubbles with electromagnetic waves to generate plasma in the bubbles. Crystal synthesis is performed. The gas reducing agent can be made into fine bubbles by the microbubble generator.
The submerged plasma reactor, the submerged plasma reaction method and the crystal synthesis method according to the present invention of the present invention are higher in submerged plasma that is locally high in energy but low in temperature and safe and easy to handle. A chemical reaction is generated at a reaction rate, and an amorphous component is removed by a supplied reducing agent, which can be used for synthesizing a highly pure substance.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an example of an in-liquid plasma reactor according to the present invention. The
The ultrasonic irradiation means 4 is for irradiating the
The submerged
The submerged
Next, a crystal synthesis method for synthesizing crystals by generating in-liquid plasma with the in-
Bubbles are generated in the
An electromagnetic wave is irradiated to the position where bubbles are generated by the electromagnetic wave irradiation means 5. The inside of the bubble is in a state where plasma is likely to be generated, but plasma is formed by irradiating a strong electromagnetic wave here. This plasma is locally high temperature and high energy and is effective for decomposition and synthesis of substances, but on the other hand, it is macroscopically low in temperature and safe and easy to handle. .
The plasma generated in this way can be subjected to various treatments, but the submerged plasma reactor of the present invention is particularly suitable for the synthesis of crystalline substances. In this example, the
In addition to synthesizing a crystal film on the substrate, for example, a three-dimensional crystal can be synthesized by placing a small crystal as a seed at the position of the bubble, and furthermore, a fine crystal such as a carbon nanotube can be synthesized. You can also.
In the crystal synthesis method of the present invention, since the reducing agent is supplied to the raw material liquid by the reducing agent supply means, the reduction reaction occurs simultaneously with the synthesis reaction of the target crystal from the raw material. By this reduction reaction, oxides and amorphous components are removed, and extremely pure crystals are obtained. Since plasma in a liquid is used in the present invention, a liquid or a solid can be used as a reducing agent in addition to a gas. Since it is unthinkable to use a liquid or solid reducing agent in the conventional gas phase plasma method, the selection range of the reducing agent is greatly expanded by the present invention. By using a liquid or solid reducing agent having a high material density, the speed of the reduction reaction can be increased, and high-purity crystals can be synthesized at a high speed. In this example, since the gaseous reducing agent is also mixed with the liquid and supplied, it can be supplied at a uniform and high concentration, and the supply amount can be strictly controlled.
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing another example of the in-liquid plasma reactor. Also in this example, the in-liquid
The
The gas reducing agent having a low density is consumed faster than the raw material liquid having a high material density, but the raw material liquid is circulated by the
The present invention may be used for the synthesis of substances other than crystals and selectively remove only specific unnecessary substances from non-crystalline substances. A method of removing impurities by applying the present invention to a substance synthesized by another method is also possible.
The submerged plasma reactor and crystal synthesis method of the present invention can synthesize high-purity crystals at high speed.
