Claims (9)
- ノズル軸線(52)の周りを囲む環状のノズルハウジング(190)と、
前記ノズルハウジング(190)内でノズル軸線(52)を囲み、少なくとも1つのメインノズル燃料回路(102)とパイロットノズル燃料回路(288)とを含む環状の燃料ノズル(59)と、
前記環状の燃料ノズル(59)を通るメインノズル燃料回路(102)から離れるように半径方向に延びる噴霧オリフィス(106)と、
前記ノズルハウジング(190)を貫通して半径方向に延び、前記噴霧オリフィス(106)と整列した噴霧ウエル(220)と、
前記ハウジング(190)の半径方向外側に配置されて、前記ノズルの回りに旋回流を発生させまた前記ハウジングの周りに非対称静圧差を発生させる非対称サイクロン手段(400)と、
を含み、
前記ハウジング(190)は、前記パイロットノズル燃料回路(288)がパイロット燃料ノズル(58)に燃料を供給している間に前記メインノズル燃料回路(102)をパージするためのパージ手段を有し、
前記噴霧ウエル(220)が、対称フレアウエル部分(218)と、噴霧ウエル中心線(224)に関して局所的に上流方向(226)に外向きに広がった非対称上流側フレアウエル部分(221)と、噴霧ウエル中心線(224)に関して局所的に下流方向(228)に外向きに広がった非対称下流側フレアウエル部分(221)とからなる群から選択された少なくとも2つのタイプのウエル部分(222)を有する
ことを特徴とする、燃料噴射装置(10)。 - 前記非対称サイクロン手段(400)が、ノズル軸線(52)と同一直線上にないサイクロン軸線(402)の周りを囲む非対称ラジアル流入スワーラ(182)である、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。
- 前記サイクロン軸線(402)が、ノズル軸線(52)から間隔をおいて位置しかつ該ノズル軸線(52)に平行である、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。
- 前記サイクロン軸線(402)が、ノズル軸線(52)に対して斜めになっている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。
- 前記非対称サイクロン手段(400)が、サイクロン軸線(402)に対して傾斜しかつ該サイクロン軸線(402)の周りを非対称に囲んだ複数の傾斜流れ旋回要素である、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。
- 前記サイクロン軸線(402)がノズル軸線(52)と同一直線上にあることをさらに特徴とする、請求項5記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。
- 前記環状の燃料ノズル(59)が、長手方向に延びて互いに接合された単一対のプレート(76及び78)を有する単一の燃料供給ストリップ(62)から形成され、
前記プレートの各々が、幅方向に間隔をおいて長手方向に延びる単一列(80)の平行溝を有し、
前記プレートは、該プレートの各々内の対向し合う溝が整列してメインノズル燃料回路(102)とパイロットノズル燃料回路(288)とを形成するように、互いに接合されている、
ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。 - 前記メインノズル燃料回路(102)が、平行な第1及び第2の波形部(290及び292)をそれぞれ有する時計方向及び反時計方向に延びる環状脚部(284及び286)をさらに含む、請求項7記載の燃料噴射装置(10)。
- 半径方向外側ライナ(20)と、
前記半径方向外側ライナ(20)との間に燃焼域(18)を形成する半径方向内側ライナ(22)と、
前記燃焼域(18)の上流に設けられた、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射装置(10)と
を備える燃焼器(16)。
