Description

The present invention relates to a linear guide device for guiding a linearly moving object in its moving direction.

As a linear guide device for guiding a linearly moving object in its moving direction, a device shown in FIG. 6 is conventionally known. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a linear guide device, and the linear guide device 1 includes a guide rail 2, a slider body 4, and end caps 5A and 5B. The guide rail 2 is formed in a substantially rectangular cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and two rolling element raceway grooves 6R are provided along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 2 on the left and right side surfaces thereof. .

The slider body 4 constitutes the slider 3 of the linear guide device 1 together with the end caps 5A and 5B. The slider body 4 is provided with four rolling element raceway grooves 6S. These rolling element raceway grooves 6S face the rolling element raceway grooves 6R of the guide rail 2, and a large number of rolling elements formed in a spherical shape are formed between the rolling element raceway grooves 6R and the rolling element raceway grooves 6S. A rolling element rolling path 8 for rolling 7 in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 2 is formed.

The end caps 5A and 5B are provided at both ends of the slider body 4 in the front-rear direction, and the direction change paths 9 formed in the end caps 5A and 5B communicate with the rolling element rolling path 7 described above. At the same time, it communicates with a rolling element return path 10 formed in the slider body 4.
The rolling element rolling path 8, the direction changing path 9 and the rolling element return path 10 constitute a rolling element circulation path. When the slider 3 relatively moves in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 2, the rolling element circulation path is formed. Is supposed to roll.

In such a linear guide device, noise and vibration are generated when two adjacent rolling elements 7 collide with each other, and early wear of the rolling elements is generated when two adjacent rolling elements 7 compete (rub against each other). Sometimes. Therefore, in order to prevent the rolling elements from colliding with each other and competing (rubbing), a resin spacer (also referred to as a holding piece) 11 as shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8 is provided between two adjacent rolling elements. Is known (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
Japanese Patent No. 2607993 Japanese Patent No. 3299450

However, in the linear guide devices disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, belt-shaped connecting members 12 made of resin are provided on both sides of the spacer 11, and the spacers 11 are connected by the connecting members 12. I try to prevent the fall. For this reason, in such a linear guide device, the spacer 11 can be prevented from falling, but if the connecting member 12 is curved in an arc shape in the direction change path of the end cap, the spacer is pulled between two adjacent spacers. Since the force is generated, there is a problem that the connecting member 12 is easily broken between the spacers. Therefore, in order to prevent breakage of the belt-like connecting member 12 that connects the spacers, it is necessary to select the material and dimensions of the connecting member, and there is a problem that much labor is required for selecting the material of the connecting member.

The present invention has been made by paying attention to such problems, and can suppress noise caused by collision between rolling elements and early wear of rolling elements caused by competition between rolling elements, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a linear guide device capable of suppressing the belt-shaped separator from being broken at the portion where the rolling element accommodation hole is formed.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is a linear guide device including a resin belt-like separator that separates a large number of spherical rolling elements disposed between a guide rail and a slider. The belt-like separator has a plurality of circular rolling-element accommodation holes that respectively accommodate the rolling elements, and a plurality of the rolling-elements that protrude from the front or back surface of the belt-like separator and are accommodated in the rolling-element accommodation holes. Rolling member holding portions, and the rolling member holding portions are located on a straight line that passes through the center of the rolling element housing hole at both sides of the belt-shaped separator and is orthogonal to the longitudinal center line of the belt-shaped separator. provided at a predetermined pitch so as to further two rolling element faced portions located on both sides of the belt-like separator these rolling elements suffer portion sandwiched between the rolling elements accommodation hole Among one of the rolling elements suffer portion provided with so as to protrude only from the surface portion of the belt-like separator, and characterized in that the other rolling element faced portion provided so as to protrude only from the back surface of the belt-like separator To do.

According to the present invention, a plurality of rolling elements accommodation hole for accommodating the respective rolling elements by providing a belt-shaped separators, it is arranged a number of rolling elements at regular intervals in the rolling element circulation path It is possible to prevent the rolling elements from colliding with each other in the rolling element circulation path or to compete with each other, and thereby, the noise caused by the collision between the rolling elements and the early rolling elements resulting from the competition between the rolling elements. Wear and the like can be suppressed. In addition, a plurality of rolling element holding portions are provided on both sides of the belt-like separator so as to be positioned on a straight line that passes through the center of the rolling element accommodation hole and is orthogonal to the longitudinal center line of the separator. The position where the belt cross-sectional area becomes the smallest is reinforced by the rolling element holding portion, and the belt-shaped separator can be prevented from breaking at the portion where the rolling element receiving hole is formed. Can be increased.

In addition, the rolling element holding portion protrudes only from the front surface portion of the belt-shaped separator and the rolling member holding portion protrudes only from the back surface portion. Since the cross-sectional area of the belt-like separator can be small compared with the case where the belt-like separator is protruded from both sides, a necessary space for incorporating the belt-like separator into the linear guide device can be reduced.

Further rolling elements faced part, by providing so as to be positioned in the rolling element accommodating hole around the street and a belt-like separator in a longitudinal direction center line perpendicular to a straight line of the cross-sectional by rolling elements accommodation hole is formed Since the portion with the smallest area is reinforced and the belt-like separator can be prevented from breaking at the portion where the rolling element accommodation hole is formed, the reliability of the linear guide device can be improved.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS describing the embodiments of the present invention.
1 is a cross-sectional view taken along the width direction of a linear guide device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and the linear guide according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus includes a guide rail 2, a slider body 4, and end caps 5A and 5B. The guide rail 2 is formed in a substantially rectangular cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and two rolling element raceway grooves 6R are provided along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 2 on the left and right side surfaces thereof. .

The slider body 4 constitutes the slider 3 of the linear guide device together with the end caps 5A and 5B.

The rolling elements 7 are separated at regular intervals by a belt-shaped separator (hereinafter referred to as “belt-shaped separator”) 15 made of resin. The belt-like separator 15 has flexibility, and a plurality of rolling element accommodation holes 16 (see FIG. 3) are provided at a constant pitch at the center. These rolling element accommodation holes 16 are formed in a circular shape with a slightly larger diameter than the rolling elements 7, and each rolling element 7 is accommodated in the rolling element accommodation holes 16 of the belt-like separator 15.

On the other hand, on both sides of the belt-like separator 15, a plurality of rolling element holding portions 17 are positioned on a straight line L that passes through the center O of the rolling element accommodation hole 16 and is orthogonal to the longitudinal center line CL of the belt-like separator 15. It is provided as follows. Each of the rolling element holding portions 17 has a rolling element contact surface 17 a formed in a concave spherical shape, and the rolling element 7 accommodated in the rolling element accommodating hole 16 is in contact with the rolling element contact surface 17 a of the rolling element holding portion 17. Is held by the belt-like separator 15.

Also, as shown in FIG. 5, one of the two rolling element holding portions 17, 17 located on a straight line L orthogonal to the longitudinal center line CL of the belt-like separator 15 is a belt-like separator. The other rolling element holding portion 17 is provided so as to protrude from the back surface portion 15 b of the belt-like separator 15.
As described above, by providing the plurality of rolling element accommodation holes 16 for accommodating the rolling elements 7 in the central portion of the belt-like separator 15, a large number of rolling elements can be arranged at regular intervals in the rolling element circulation path. It is possible to prevent the rolling elements from colliding with each other in the rolling element circulation path or to compete with each other, and thereby, the noise caused by the collision between the rolling elements and the early rolling elements resulting from the competition between the rolling elements. Wear and the like can be suppressed.

Further, the plurality of rolling element holding portions 17 are positioned on both sides of the belt-like separator 15 on a straight line L that passes through the center O of the rolling-element accommodation hole 16 and is orthogonal to the longitudinal center line CL of the belt-like separator 15. By providing, the part on the straight line L in which the rolling element accommodation hole 16 is formed and the cross-sectional area is reduced is reinforced by the rolling element holding part 17, and the belt-like separator 15 is formed at the part where the rolling element accommodation hole 16 is formed. Therefore, the reliability of the linear guide device can be improved.

Further, one of the two rolling element holding portions 17, 17 located on a straight line L orthogonal to the longitudinal center line CL of the belt-like separator 15 protrudes from the surface portion 15 a of the separator 15. And the other one rolling member holding portion 17 is provided so as to protrude from the back surface portion 15b of the belt-like separator 15, so that the rolling member holding portion protrudes from both sides of the belt-like separator. Thus, since the cross-sectional area of the belt-like separator 15 can be small, the necessary space for incorporating the belt-like separator 15 into the linear guide device can be reduced.
