Description
本願は、2000年8月17日に出願し、現在では米国特許第6,443,896号である米国特許出願番号09/641,306の部分継続出願である2002年8月29日に出願された米国特許出願番号10/231,704の分割出願である。
Claims (12)
- リアルタイムで2つの異なる画像平面を走査するよう作用する超音波プローブであって、画像平面の所与の側を特定する物理的なマーカを含む超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブに結合され、前記プローブにより走査されるべき前記画像平面の相対向きを制御する制御器と、
前記制御器に結合され、ユーザが前記画像平面の前記相対向きを変えることを可能にするユーザ制御部と、
前記プローブに結合され、前記2つの画像平面と、前記画像平面の前記相対向きの指示子を同時に表示するディスプレイと、
を有し、
前記指示子は、前記2つの画像平面のそれぞれに対するそれぞれのディスプレイマーカを含み、前記それぞれのディスプレイマーカは、前記超音波プローブの前記物理的なマーカに対応し、
前記指示子は回転円を含み、該回転円は、0°乃至180°に対応する前記回転円の一部と、181°乃至359°に対応する前記回転円の一部とを、視覚的に識別可能な形態で表示される、超音波診断画像化システム。 - 前記指示子は、前記画像平面の前記相対向きを示すよう前記ユーザ制御部の変化に応答する請求項1記載の超音波診断画像化システム。
- 前記超音波プローブは、前記超音波プローブに対し所定の向きにある第1の平面を走査し、且つ、前記第1の平面に対しユーザにより選択可能である向きにある第2の平面を走査するよう作用し、
前記ユーザ制御部は、前記第2の平面の向きを変更するよう可変である請求項1記載の超音波診断画像化システム。 - 前記ユーザ制御部は、前記第1の平面に関連する前記第2の平面の回転角を変更するよう可変であり、
前記指示子は、前記第1の平面に関連する前記第2の平面の前記回転角を示す請求項3記載の超音波診断画像化システム。 - 前記ユーザ制御部は、前記第1の平面に関連する前記第2の平面の傾斜角を変更するよう可変であり、
前記指示子は、前記第1の平面に関連する前記第2の平面の前記傾斜角を示す請求項3記載の超音波診断画像化システム。 - 前記指示子は、前記振動子の視点からの前記画像平面を示す請求項1記載の超音波診断画像化システム。
- 前記指示子は、エッジオン視点からの少なくとも1つの前記画像平面を示す請求項1記載の超音波診断画像化システム。
- 前記指示子は更に、
前記ディスプレイ画面の平面における前記第1の画像平面の表現と、
前記ディスプレイ画面の平面に直交する前記第2の画像平面の表現と、
を有する請求項1記載の超音波診断画像化システム。 - 前記指示子は更に、少なくとも1つの前記画像平面の変化の範囲の図示を有する請求項1記載の超音波診断画像化システム。
- 体積領域の超音波情報を表示する方法であって、
平面領域の所与の側を特定する物理的なマーカを含む超音波プローブにより前記体積領域の少なくとも2つの異なる平面エリアから超音波信号を捕捉する段階と、
前記平面エリアの画像を作成するよう前記超音波信号を処理する段階と、
前記平面エリアの前記画像と、前記平面エリアの平面の空間関係の指示子とを画像ディスプレイ上で同時に表示する段階と、
を有し、
前記指示子は、前記2つの画像平面のそれぞれに対するそれぞれのディスプレイマーカを含み、前記それぞれのディスプレイマーカは、前記超音波プローブの前記物理的なマーカに対応し、
前記指示子は回転円を含み、該回転円は、0°乃至180°に対応する前記回転円の一部と、181°乃至359°に対応する前記回転円の一部とを、視覚的に識別可能な形態で表示される、方法。 - 前記捕捉段階は更に、前記異なる平面エリアからの超音波信号を、前記平面エリアのリアルタイム画像を表示するのに十分に速い時間インタリーブ方法で捕捉する段階を有し、
前記同時に表示する段階は更に、前記平面エリアのリアルタイム画像を前記画像ディスプレイ上に同時に表示する段階を有する請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記平面エリアの前記空間関係を変化させる段階と、
前記変化された空間関係の前記平面エリアから超音波信号を捕捉する段階と、
を更に有する請求項11記載の方法。
