Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to packaging materials for rolled material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, photosensitive materials such as photographic film and photographic paper are wound up in a roll shape at the final stage of the manufacturing process, and the periphery thereof is packaged in a moisture-proof and light-shielded state by a light-shielding structure such as a light-shielding film, and further stored in a packaging material. Transported or stored in a dry state.
[0003]
As said packing material, as described in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 3-53243, patent 2668338, etc., it packed in the light-shielding state in the wooden frame formed in the upper part of a wooden pallet, for example. In general, a system in which both ends of the core of the photosensitive material are maintained in a suspended state is used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
What has to be taken into consideration when transporting or storing the light-sensitive material is, of course, moisture-proofing and prevention of deformation of the light-sensitive material, since the light-shielding state must be maintained.
If the photosensitive material cannot be prevented from being deformed, there is a possibility that the photosensitive material in the roll-shaped laminated state may be fixed, and various proposals have been made conventionally including light shielding.
The deformation of the photosensitive material is mainly caused by the deflection of the core due to the weight of the photosensitive material itself. As a countermeasure, there is a proposal in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-33943, and the applicant also proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-120405. It is carried out.
[0005]
In particular, as a problem in transporting or storing the photosensitive material, there is a problem of the packing material. As a conventional packing material, as described above, in a wooden frame formed on the top of a wooden pallet, a method of maintaining a suspended state using both ends of a photosensitive material core wrapped in a light-shielding state. Although this type of packaging material uses wood, even if the pallet and the wooden frame part are formed separately, it is difficult to mass-produce cheaply by standardization. It takes a lot of work and, moreover, is a one-time-use single-use system, resulting in high costs.
[0006]
The roll-shaped material is not limited to the photosensitive material described above, and there is a material in which various materials such as a film, a sheet, a cloth, or a fabric are wound around a core to be transported or stored. The packaging material for these roll-shaped materials is as described above. There are some inconveniences and disadvantages.
[0007]
In view of the above, a low manufacturing cost by a cardboard, further, easy to transport and storage when packaged nonuse, packaging materials for the rolled material can be reused It is a problem to clarify.
[0008]

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. This description will be made on the case where the roll-shaped material is a photosensitive material, but it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied as a packaging material for various roll-shaped materials as described above.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the packing material according to the present invention is for packing a roll-shaped photosensitive material 10 and basically includes a pallet 20 and a support structure 30 and an outer cover structure 50 built on the pallet 20. Consists of. As will be described in detail later, the support structure 30 has a mode in which the bottom surface of the bottom plate is fixed to the top surface of the pallet 20 and a mode in which the support structure 30 is independent from the pallet 20.
[0013]
The packaging material according to the present invention forms one unit in the state shown in FIG. 1, and is used by stacking two or more units, for example, in a four-stage stack, for storage and transportation. Therefore, the pallet 20, the support structure 30, and the jacket structure 50 are required to have a strength that can withstand the weight of the units to be stacked.
[0014]
A feature of the packaging material according to the present invention is that corrugated cardboard is used as all materials for the pallet 20, the support structure 30, the jacket structure 50, the narrow-width corresponding block 60, the cap 70, and the like. As will be described later, various corrugated cardboards, particularly reinforced corrugated cardboards, can be used. At least the pallet 20 uses corrugated cardboard having water resistance in part or all. In the case of using corrugated cardboard that does not have water resistance, it is covered with a waterproof surface paper or the like in order to prevent water from entering from the front, back, vertical and horizontal ends of each component (part). These will be described in detail later.
[0015]
In addition, the packaging material according to the present invention is characterized in that the support structure 30, the jacket structure 50, the narrow-width support block 60, etc. have a folded structure and can be transported in a folded state on the top of the pallet 20 except when used for packaging. It is.
[0016]
Here, the rolled photosensitive material 10 packed with the packing material according to the present invention will be described.
A roll-shaped photosensitive material 10 schematically shown in FIG. 1 has a structure in which a photosensitive material 10 such as a long photographic film or photographic paper is wound around a winding core 11, and is formed by a light-shielding structure 12 such as a light-shielding film. Packaged in a moisture and light shielding state. Both ends of the core 11 are covered with a cap 70.
The photosensitive material 10 is referred to as an original winding or the like, and there are various widths in the range of, for example, 500 to 1500 mm.
[0017]
Next, the configuration of the pallet 20 will be described sequentially.
The pallet 20 of the aspect shown in FIG. 2 has a structure in which a vertical joist member 22 and a horizontal joist member 23 are stacked on a bottom plate 21, and an upper plate 24 is disposed on the upper portion.
The above members are formed by cutting cardboard. Here, the structure and characteristics of the cardboard will be described.
[0018]
FIG. 3 shows a sample of a corrugated cardboard having a multi-layer structure, and is accompanied by a BB sectional view and a CC sectional view. Since the corrugated cardboard having a multilayer structure has a structure in which corrugated paper sheets are laminated between flat paper sheets, the gap formed by the corrugated paper sheets is continuous in the Y1 or Y2 direction, and in the X1 or X2 direction, The gaps are not continuous, separated by corrugated paperboard. Accordingly, if the Y1-Y2 cross section does not have a waterproof structure, water will flow in. However, in the X1-X2 cross section, only the surface gets wet and water intrusion is prevented. However, if a water-resistant adhesive such as water-resistant glue is not used for bonding between the flat paper and corrugated paper, there is a risk that the bonded part will be destroyed by contact with water. It is preferable to do this.
[0019]
As a cardboard having a multilayer structure, D-Sec. As shown in FIG. 3, there is a structure in which the Y1-Y2 cross section and the X1-X2 cross section are overlapped so that they appear alternately. Corrugated cardboard of this structure takes into account the strength in both the vertical and horizontal directions, and of course can be used as a packaging material according to the present invention. However, the packaging material according to the present invention mainly has a multilayer structure having a Y1-Y2 cross section. Corrugated cardboard is used in a direction that prevents water from entering (direction Y1-Y2).
[0020]
Now, in each member of the bottom plate 21, the vertical joist member 22, the horizontal joist member 23, and the upper plate 24 of the pallet 20, the Y1-Y2 cross section and the cross section appearing in the portion shown in FIG. 2 are used. As described above, when the Y1-Y2 cross-sectional portion is exposed at the end face, water easily enters from the gaps in the corrugated paperboard, so that this portion needs to have a waterproof structure. As an example of a waterproof structure, a corrugated cardboard having a one-layer or two-layer structure is cut into a Y1-Y2 cross section, and a water-resistant paper is used as the front or back paper, and this corresponds to the Y1-Y2 cross section. There are a method of bonding with a water-resistant adhesive so as to come into contact, a method of using a water-resistant cardboard made of waterproof paper in place of ordinary cardboard, and the like.
[0021]
In addition to the above configuration, it is preferable to have a waterproof structure in which a portion where the X1-X2 cross section of the cardboard appears at the end is covered with water-resistant surface paper.
In the drawing, reference numeral 25 denotes a fork insertion hole of a forklift, and 26 and 27 denote front and rear cover plates, each having a fork insertion notch 28 corresponding to the fork insertion hole 25.
[0022]
Next, another embodiment of the pallet 20 will be described.
As another embodiment of the pallet 20 of the present invention, the top plate 24 is removed from the pallet structure shown in FIG. 2, the front and rear end portions of the bottom plate 21 are extended, and the front and rear surfaces of the pallet are rolled up. A structure in which the front and rear surface covering plates 26 and 27 are omitted from the upper surface plate 24 is used (see FIG. 4). Also in this case, it is preferable to use a water-resistant paper as the surface paper and a water-resistant adhesive.
[0023]
Next, the support structure 30 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the left and right ends of the bottom plate 31 are extended, the left support plate 32 and the right support plate 33 are formed to be foldable, the front and rear ends of the bottom plate 31 are extended, and the front abutment plate is formed. 34 and the rear side abutting plate 35 are formed to be foldable. The left and right support plates 32 and 33 are formed with notches 32 'and 33' that hang over both ends of the core 11 and support from below.
[0024]
Configuration foldable is as follows. That is, the upper surface paper of the bottom plate 31 is extended to form the bottom surface paper and the outer surface paper of the left and right support plates 32, 33, and each of these surface papers has a thick bottom plate 31 and left and right support plates 32, 33. Are connected and integrated, and can be folded and folded along the line. Further, the upper surface paper of the bottom plate 31 is extended to be the outer surface paper of the front and rear side abutting plates 34 and 35, and with this surface paper, the thick bottom plate 31 and the front and rear side abutting plates 34 and 35 are connected, By integrating, it can be folded and folded along the line that touches it.
[0025]
In order to maintain the upright state of the left and right support plates 32 and 33, a locking structure 36 is employed between the front and rear side contact plates 34 and 35.
Examples of the locking structure 36 include the following. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, a notch portion 37 is provided at the front and back of the left and right support plates 32 and 33 via a rounded portion, and a notch portion 38 is formed in the upper half portion. The engaging piece 40 provided with the engaging portion 39 is fixed to the lower half.
[0026]
On the other hand, the left and right support plates 32 and 33 can be formed with a contact portion 41 that contacts the vertical wall of the cutout portion 37 and a contact portion 42 that contacts the vertical wall of the cutout portion 38. An engaging hole 43 for receiving the engaging portion 39 is provided. In this embodiment, when the left and right support plates 32 and 33 are erected, if the operation of erecting the front and rear side abutments 34 and 35 is performed, the engagement portion 39 is inserted and locked in the engagement hole 43, and Each of the contact portions 41 and 42 comes into contact with the vertical wall of the notches 37 and 38 and is firmly fixed.
[0027]
As another embodiment of the support structure 30, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the engagement piece 40 is formed at the base itself of the left and right support plates 32 and 33. In FIG. 6, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 5 denote the same member names.
[0028]
Next, the jacket structure 50 will be described.
FIG. 7 shows an example of the final packaging form of the packaging material according to the present invention, and the entire support structure 30 is covered on the pallet 20 by the exterior box body 51 in which only the bottom surface is opened.
[0029]
Since the packaging body according to the present invention is stacked, for example, in four stages, the following multi-stage stacked reinforcement structure is employed.
That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the left and right support plates 52 and 53 that are placed above the left and right support plates 32 and 33 and extend to the top plate of the exterior box body 51 and the left and right support plates 52 and 53 are relative to each other. A multi-tiered reinforcing structure 56 comprising front and rear side covering plates 54 and 55 that are arranged so as to face each other and that covers the outer sides of the front and rear side contact plates 34 and 35 and is placed on the pallet 20 is used.
[0030]
Such reinforcing structure 56 is a free fold and connect the front and rear cover plates 54, 55 of the left and right side support plates 52 and 53 outside (see part A).
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 13, the multi-tiered reinforcing structure 56 is configured to cover the support structure 30 from above. As another embodiment, for example, the left and right units may be separated into left and right in the middle of the front and rear side covering plates 54 (see B portion). In this case as well, there is no problem in strength because the whole is covered with the outer case 51 (foldable box shape with only the bottom open).
[0031]
As the core 11 of the present invention, a known core that can withstand the tension when the roll-shaped photosensitive material is wound is used without any particular limitation.
The light-shielding film as an example of the light-shielding structure 12 of the roll-shaped photosensitive material 10 wound around the core 11 may be a single layer or a laminated film, or a combination of light-shielding paper and a light-shielding film. .
[0032]
In the present invention, the core 11 is made of paper having an outer diameter of 100 to 300 mm, preferably 150 to 200 mm, more preferably 160 to 180 mm, and a length of 1000 to 1600 mm, preferably 1100 to 1400 mm. An example of the light shielding structure 12 is as follows. That is, as the light-shielding paper, for example, a paper of 85.6 g / m 2 that does not adversely affect photographic properties can be used, and as the cylindrical light-shielding film, for example, a diameter of 670 mm long Two layers of high pressure polyethylene made of 2500mm, thickness 0.09mm, 5% black masterbatch with carbon content of 40% can be used, and both ends of the cylindrical light-shielding film have a length of 300mm A structure that binds using an insulation lock can be adopted.
[0033]
The photosensitive material conveyed by the packaging body of the present invention has a large or small width. For example, the support structure 30 is manufactured according to the photosensitive material of the maximum width, and for a photosensitive material having a narrower width than this, Correspondence is preferably made with a corrugated narrow width corresponding block 60.
[0034]
An example of the narrow width corresponding block 60 is shown in FIG. 10, and the front and rear side standing plates 62 and 63 are extended by extending the front and rear end portions of the support plate 61 having substantially the same shape and size as the left and right side support plates 32 and 33. It is formed so that it can be folded. In the figure, reference numeral 64 denotes a notch corresponding to the notches 32 'and 33'. In the present invention, two of the narrow-width corresponding blocks 60 are used as a set so that the narrow-width photosensitive material is supported at the central portion. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the narrow-width corresponding block 60 is placed on the bottom plate 31 between the left and right support plates 32 and 33 so as to face each other, and the core 11 is placed between the notches 64 of the support plate 61. When suspended, the front and rear surfaces of the photosensitive material (original winding) 10 are in contact with and supported by the support plate 61. By preparing a plurality of types of narrow width corresponding blocks 60 having different lengths of the front and rear side standing plates 62 and 63, it is possible to deal with photosensitive materials (original winding) 10 having various widths. Alternatively, if the front and rear side standing plates 62 and 63 can be locked to the front and rear side abutment plates 34 and 35, a pair of narrow-width corresponding blocks 60 can be used.
[0035]
And in the Example of this narrow width corresponding | compatible block 60, it is set as the structure which can be folded in flat form by rotating the front-and-back side standing board so that it may become linear form with respect to the support plate 61. FIG.
[0036]
In the present invention, it is possible to prevent the core 11 from being crushed by the weight of the photosensitive material (original winding) 10 by fitting the caps 70 into the open ends of the core 11. An example of a cardboard cap 70 is shown in FIG. That is, it has an insertion portion 71 having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the core 11, and a flange portion 72 provided continuously therewith and serving as an insertion stopper of the insertion portion 71.
The present invention is not limited to the above, and can be applied to a roll-shaped material.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since it is a foldable structure, it can be folded and compacted except when it is used for packing, it can be easily transported and stored, and can be used repeatedly for a plurality of times. Since wooden members such as wooden boxes and guide plates are not used, the packaging form is environmentally friendly and does not require fumigation.
