Description
(1)Cは、一部が母材に固溶して母材を強化するほか、炭化物を形成して、高温強度および硬度を高めるために有効な元素である。必要な高温強度を確保するだけでなく、耐摩耗性を向上させるために、少なくとも0.4wt%含むようにする。含有量が多いほど、高温強度および硬度は高くなるが、高温使用時の時効による2次炭化物の析出量が過剰になって延性の低下を招くようになるので、この用途で延性不足による割れが生じないように、含有量の上限を0.8wt%とした。

Claims (1)
- 下方吸引式焼結機の焼結パレットに設置されるシンターケーキ支持スタンドの材料として用いられ、C:0.4〜0.8wt%、Si:0.2〜2.0wt%、Mn:0.1〜1.5wt%、Cr:25〜29wt%、Ni:0.2〜2.0wt%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなるシンターケーキ支持スタンド用特殊鋼。
