・周波数Fuに位置する通信線が選択される及び対応するゲインGuが読み取られる。
・イメージ通信線であることになっている通信線が識別される。それは1/2T−Fuに配置される。Fiをその周波数及びGiをそのゲインとする。
・ゲイン基準:Gu−Gi>G0が適用され、ゲインはdBで表される。
その後2つの場合が予想されるはずである。
・Gu−Gi>G0が真実であれば、Fuはアンビギュイティでない距離の実エコーに対応する本当に実用的な信号である。その後Fiは取り除かれるイメージ信号に忠実に対応する。
・Gu−Gi>G0が虚偽であれば、Fuは取り除かれるイメージ信号を表し、信号Fiはアンビギュイティでない距離の実エコーに対応する。

Claims (6)
- 一連のパターンを含む波形を送信するFSKレーダーのアンビギュイティでない距離を増大させる方法であって、1つのパターンは少なくとも4つの周波数の段階によって形成されていて、1つの周波数の段階は一定の周波数を有する1つの信号であり、各パターンは一定の継続時間Tを有しており、
1つのパターンの各段階の周波数が、先行するパターンの対応する段階の周波数に対して交互にプラスΔf’値又はマイナスΔf’値だけ偏移するように、波形を送信するステップと、
アンビギュイティでない距離の測定基準を満たす検出されたエコーを識別し選択するステップであって、この識別は任意の知られた方法によって行われるステップと、
以前に識別された検出されたエコーの中から、伝送された波形によってもたらされるアンビギュイティであるエコーを識別し抑制するステップであって、検出されたスペクトル線fdの各々に対応するイメージスペクトル線fdiをfdi=1/(2T)−fdとして決定し、さらにスペクトル線f d のゲインとイメージスペクトル線f di のゲインとの比較に基づいた有効性基準を適用することによって、スペクトル線f d が示すエコーの中からアンビギュイティであるエコーが識別されるステップと
を備えていることを特徴とする、前記FSKレーダーのアンビギュイティでない距離を増大させる方法。 - Gu及びGiをそれぞれスペクトル線fd及びfdiのゲインとし、前記有効性基準を、単位をdBとしてGu−Gi>G0によって表されるゲインの基準とした場合に、以前に識別された検出されたエコーの中からアンビギュイティであるエコーを識別し抑制する前記ステップは、
Gu−Gi>G0である場合、スペクトル線fdはアンビギュイティでない距離での実エコーに対応する実用線であり、
Gu−Gi>G0ではない場合、スペクトル線fdは取り除かれるべきアンビギュイティであるエコーに対応する
として実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 2つのパターン毎の1つのパターンは、段階がn個であるとして周波数がf0からf0+n・δfまで変化する継続時間Tを有するパターンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つのパターンの次のパターンは、周波数が(f0−Δf’)から(f0−Δf’)+n・δfまで変化するパターンである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 周波数偏移Δfは、アンビギュイティ距離を超えた位置にあるターゲットのエコー上で位相回転を引き起こすのに十分な大きさを有するように選択される、請求項1又は4に記載の方法。
- 周波数偏移Δfは、距離がアンビギュイティでないターゲットから来るエコーの検出の特性を実質的に変更しないまでに小さくなるように選択される、請求項1又は5に記載の方法。
