Claims (9)
- インバータから供給される交流電源をランプを点灯させるための高電圧の交流電圧に昇圧する変圧器と、
前記変圧器から前記ランプに供給される電流及び電圧の少なくとも1つを検出する電圧/電流検出部と、
前記電圧/電流検出部の検出値をアナログ/デジタル変換するA/D変換器と、 ストライキングプロセスが開始された後、LCC(Limited Current Circuit)チェックポイントを誘導し、該LCCチェックポイントに対する前記A/D変換器の出力信号に基づいて前記変圧器の出力電流値及び電圧値の少なくとも1つを予め設定された基準値と比較して異常であると判明した場合、前記インバータをシャットダウンさせるMCUと
を備えたLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。 - 前記基準値は前記インバータに無誘導抵抗が電気的に接続されていない状態で駆動される時、前記LCCチェックポイントで測定した電流値及び電圧値の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
- 前記MCUは、前記LCCチェックポイントで前記変圧器の前記出力電流値又は前記出力電圧値が前記基準値より小さい場合、異常であると判断することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
- 前記MCUは、前記LCCチェックポイントまで前記A/D変換器の出力信号に基づいて計算された前記変圧器の出力電流値又は出力電圧値を累積し、前記基準値と比較した結果から正常/異常を判断するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
- 電源端子VCCから供給される電圧を交流波形に変換して出力するインバータと、 該インバータから出力された電圧が印加されてランプを点灯させるための高電圧の交流電圧に昇圧させる変圧器と、 該変圧器から前記ランプに供給される電流及び電圧の少なくとも1つを検出する電圧/電流検出部と、 該電圧/電流検出部で検出されたアナログの電圧/電流値をデジタル値に変換するA/D変換器と、 ストライキングプロセスの開始後にLCCチェックポイントを誘導し、前記ストライキングプロセスの開始後から前記LCCチェックポイントまで前記インバータに接続された無誘導抵抗に流れる電圧値又は電流値が前記無誘導抵抗に流れ得る最大電圧値又は最大電流値より小さくなるように制御するデジタル制御素子と
を備えたLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。 - 前記デジタル制御素子は、MCUまたはDSP(Digital Signal Processor)のいずれか1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
- 前記デジタル制御素子は、前記LCCチェックポイントで前記インバータに接続された無誘導抵抗に流れる電圧値又は電流値が前記無誘導抵抗に流れ得る最大電圧値又は最大電流値より大きい場合、前記インバータをシャットダウンさせることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
- 前記無誘導抵抗値が2kΩで、前記インバータの駆動周波数(Fo)=65KHzである場合に、前記MCUは、前記ストライキングプロセスの開始後から前記LCCチェックポイントまで前記無誘導抵抗に流れる前記電圧値が零点を基準に上下に60V〜70Vを維持するように制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
- 前記無誘導抵抗に流れ得る最大電圧値に対する前記ストライキングプロセスの開始後にLCCチェックポイントで前記MCUによって制御される前記電圧値の比は1:0.6〜1:0.8であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のLCDバックライト用デジタルインバータのLCC。
