前記ハイブリッドシステムの冷間始動時において、前記過給機による過給圧が所定の目標過給圧以上となるように前記エンジンのエンジン負荷を制御して過給空気を昇温する暖機手段を、更に備えることを特徴とする。

、吸気マニホールド11が接続されており、吸気マニホールド11の各枝管は吸気ポートを介して各気筒の燃焼室と連通されている。吸気マニホールド11は吸気通路13と接続されており、吸気通路13には排気のエネルギを駆動源として作動するターボチャージャ14のコンプレッサハウジング14aが設けられている。また、吸気通路13におけるコンプレッサハウジング14aよりも下流側には、吸気通路13を流れるガスを冷却する空冷式のインタークーラ15が設けられている。また、吸気通路13におけるコンプレッサハウジング14aとインタークーラ15との間には、過給空気の温度に対応した電気信号を出力する吸気温度センサ16が設けられている。

Claims (9)
- 電動モータと、
過給機及びインタークーラを備えるエンジンと、
少なくとも前記電動モータを含む電動モータ系統を冷却する電動モータ冷却系統を循環する冷却媒体と外気との熱交換を行う電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータと、
を備え、前記エンジンと前記電動モータとの少なくとも何れかの動力によりハイブリッド車両を駆動するハイブリッドシステムの制御装置において、
前記インタークーラ及び電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータは、導入される外気の流通経路の上流側からインタークーラ、電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータの順に配置されており、前記ハイブリッドシステムの冷間始動時において、前記過給機による過給圧が所定の目標過給圧以上となるように前記エンジンのエンジン負荷を制御して過給空気を昇温する暖機手段を、更に備えることを特徴とするハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記目標過給圧は、前記インタークーラに流入する過給空気が少なくとも前記電動モータ冷却系統を循環する冷却媒体の温度よりも高い温度まで昇温するような値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。
- 電動モータと、
過給機及びインタークーラを備えるエンジンと、
少なくとも前記電動モータを含む電動モータ系統を冷却する電動モータ冷却系統を循環する冷却媒体と外気との熱交換を行う電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータと、
を備え、前記エンジンと前記電動モータとの少なくとも何れかの動力によりハイブリッド車両を駆動するハイブリッドシステムの制御装置において、
前記インタークーラ及び電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータは、導入される外気の流通経路の上流側からインタークーラ、電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータの順に配置されており、前記ハイブリッドシステムの冷間始動時において、前記インタークーラから放出される過給空気の熱を、前記電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータを介して前記電動モータ冷却系統を循環する冷却媒体に供給することにより、該電動モータ系統の暖機を促進させる暖機手段を、更に備えることを特徴とするハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記暖機手段は、前記インタークーラに流入する過給空気が少なくとも前記電動モータ冷却系統を循環する冷却媒体の温度よりも高い目標温度まで昇温させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。
- 前記冷間始動時における前記電動モータ冷却系統を循環する前記冷却媒体の温度が低いほど、前記目標温度が高く設定されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。
- 電動モータと、
過給機及びインタークーラを備えるエンジンと、
少なくとも前記電動モータを含む電動モータ系統を冷却する電動モータ冷却系統を循環する冷却媒体と外気との熱交換を行う電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータと、
を備え、前記エンジンと前記電動モータとの少なくとも何れかの動力によりハイブリッド車両を駆動するハイブリッドシステムの制御装置において、
前記インタークーラ及び電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータは、導入される外気の流通経路の上流側からインタークーラ、電動モータ冷却系統用ラジエータの順に配置されるか、あるいは少なくとも互いの一部が接するように配置されるか、の少なくとも何れか一方となるように配置されており、
前記ハイブリッドシステムの冷間始動時において、前記過給機による過給圧が所定の目標過給圧以上となるように前記エンジンのエンジン負荷を制御して過給空気を昇温する暖機手段を、更に備え、
前記冷間始動時における前記電動モータ冷却系統を循環する前記冷却媒体の温度が低いほど、前記目標過給圧が高く設定されることを特徴とするハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記冷間始動時における前記ハイブリッド車両の車速が高いほど、前記目標過給圧が高く設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。
- 前記冷間始動時における外気温が低いほど、前記目標過給圧が高く設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。
- 前記インタークーラは空冷式であることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。
