前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオンの操作が検出されている状態で走行状態が前記所定領域外から該所定領域内に移行したときには該ブレーキオンの操作に基づいてクリープトルクの出力が制限されるよう前記電動機を制御し、走行状態が前記所定領域内にある状態で前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオフの操作からブレーキオンの操作が検出されたときには該ブレーキオンの操作に拘わらずクリープトルクの制限を行なわないクリープトルク制限手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
電動機からの動力により走行可能な車両の制御方法であって、
(a)走行状態が所定領域内にあるとき、クリープトルクが出力されるよう前記電動機を制御し、
(b)運転者のブレーキオンの操作が検出されている状態で走行状態が前記所定領域外から該所定領域内に移行したときには該ブレーキオンの操作に基づいてクリープトルクの出力が制限されるよう前記電動機を制御し、走行状態が前記所定領域内にある状態で運転者のブレーキオフの操作からブレーキオンの操作が検出されたときには該ブレーキオンの操作に拘わらずクリープトルクの制限を行なわない
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (9)
- 電動機からの動力により走行可能な車両であって、
走行状態が所定領域内にあるとき、クリープトルクが出力されるよう前記電動機を制御するクリープトルク出力手段と、
運転者のブレーキ操作を検出するブレーキ操作検出手段と、
前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオンの操作が検出されている状態で走行状態が前記所定領域外から該所定領域内に移行したときには該ブレーキオンの操作に基づいてクリープトルクの出力が制限されるよう前記電動機を制御し、走行状態が前記所定領域内にある状態で前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオフの操作からブレーキオンの操作が検出されたときには該ブレーキオンの操作に拘わらずクリープトルクの制限を行なわないクリープトルク制限手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記クリープトルク制限手段は、前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオンの操作が検出されている状態で走行状態が前記所定領域外から該所定領域内に移行したときには、該移行の際に該ブレーキ操作検出手段により検出されたブレーキオンの操作の程度に基づいて前記クリープトルクの出力を制限する手段である請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記クリープトルク制限手段は、前記移行の際に前記ブレーキ操作検出手段により検出されたブレーキオンの操作の程度が大きいほど前記クリープトルクの出力の制限の程度を大きくする手段である請求項2記載の車両。
- 前記クリープトルク制限手段は、前記クリープトルクの出力を制限している最中に前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオンの操作の程度が小さくなるのが検出されたときには、該クリープトルクの出力の制限の程度を小さくする手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記クリープトルク制限手段は、前記クリープトルクの出力を制限している最中に前記ブレーキ操作検出手段によりブレーキオンの操作の程度が大きくなるのが検出されたときには、該検出される直前のクリープトルクの出力の制限の程度を保持する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記クリープトルク制限手段は、前記車両が停車しているときには、前記ブレーキ操作検出手段により検出されたブレーキオンの操作の程度に基づいて前記クリープトルクの出力を制限する手段である請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記クリープトルク制限手段は、前記クリープトルクの出力の制限の程度を変更する際には、緩変化処理を用いて該制限の程度を変更する手段である請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の車両。
- 請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の車両であって、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
運転者のアクセル操作を検出するアクセル操作検出手段と、
を備え、
前記所定領域は、前記アクセル操作検出手段によりアクセルオフの操作が検出されていると共に前記検出された車速が所定車速未満の領域である
車両。 - 電動機からの動力により走行可能な車両の制御方法であって、
(a)走行状態が所定領域内にあるとき、クリープトルクが出力されるよう前記電動機を制御し、
(b)運転者のブレーキオンの操作が検出されている状態で走行状態が前記所定領域外から該所定領域内に移行したときには該ブレーキオンの操作に基づいてクリープトルクの出力が制限されるよう前記電動機を制御し、走行状態が前記所定領域内にある状態で運転者のブレーキオフの操作からブレーキオンの操作が検出されたときには該ブレーキオンの操作に拘わらずクリープトルクの制限を行なわない
