Claims (10)
- ロック装置(10)であって、
孔(16)を備えた移動可能な保持体(7)と、
所定の接触表面(12)を備えた位置固定の輪郭形成体(9)と、
孔(16)内に可動に配置されていて圧縮ばね(21)を用いて生ぜしめられる軸方向のばね力によって負荷されるピン(8)とが設けられており、該ピン(8)のピンヘッド(14)が、保持体(7)の孔(16)から外に進出していて、接触表面(12)との接触対を形成しており、
さらにピン(8)と保持体(7)との間に少なくとも1つのセンタリング装置(18)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
少なくとも1つのセンタリング装置(18)が少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能なリング(19)を有しており、該リング(19)が、
ピン(8)と保持体(7)との間において孔(16)の内部に配置されていて、
孔(16)の内部において移動可能に配置されていて、
かつ接触表面(12)に向かってピン(8)を押圧する圧縮ばね(21)の力作用方向とは逆向きに先細になる断面を備えた表面(22)を有しており、この表面(22)が、該表面(22)に対して相補形状を有しているピン(8)における表面(23)と接触している
ことを特徴とするロック装置。 - ロック装置(110)であって、
孔(116)を備えた移動可能な保持体(107)と、
少なくとも1つの凹設部(113)を有する所定の接触表面(112)を備えた位置固定の輪郭形成体(109)と、
孔(116)内に可動に配置されていて圧縮ばね(121)を用いて生ぜしめられる軸方向のばね力によって負荷されるピン(108)とが設けられており、該ピン(108)のピンヘッド(114)が、保持体(107)の孔(116)から外に進出していて、接触表面(112)との接触対を形成しており、
さらにピン(108)と保持体(107)との間に少なくとも1つのセンタリング装置(126)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
センタリング装置(126)が弾性変形可能な2つのリング(130;131)を有しており、両リング(130;131)が、
ピン(108)と保持体(107)との間において孔(116)の内部に配置されていて、
孔(116)の長手方向軸線の方向で先細になる各1つの表面(134;135)を有しており、弾性変形可能なリング(130;131)が、その先細になる表面(134;135)を介して互いに接触している
ことを特徴とするロック装置。 - 少なくとも1つの又は弾性変形可能なリング(19;27;130;131)がそれぞれ少なくとも1つのスリット(20;28;132;133)を有しており、該スリット(20;28;132;133)が、ピン(8;108)及び/又は孔(16;116)の長手方向軸線(15;115)に対して軸方向又は斜めに配置されていて、リング(19;27;130;131)を完全に又は部分的に切り離している、請求項1又は2記載のロック装置。
- 弾性変形可能なリング(19;27;130;131)の先細になる表面(22;29;134;135)が円錐形に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のロック装置。
- 弾性変形可能な第1のリング(130)が、弾性変形可能な第2のリング(131)とは反対の側で圧縮ばね(121)と接触しており、弾性変形可能な第2のリング(131)がその平らな端面で保持体(107)に支持されている、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載のロック装置。
- 圧縮ばね(121)が、スリットを備えたリング(130)とは反対の側でピン(108)に接触している、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載のロック装置。
- 圧縮ばね(21;121)が、スリットを備えたリングとは反対の側で保持体(7;107)に接触している、請求項1又は2記載のロック装置。
- ロック装置(10;110)が、互いに間隔をおいて配置された2つのセンタリング装置(18;26;118;126)を有しており、両センタリング装置が圧縮ばね(21;121)を介して互いに作用結合されている、請求項1又は2記載のロック装置。
- 第1のセンタリング装置(18;118)が孔(16;116)の開口(17;117)の近傍に配置され、かつ第2のセンタリング装置(26;126)が孔(16;116)の内部に配置されている、請求項8記載のロック装置。
- 第1のセンタリング装置(118)が弾性変形可能な1つのリング(119)を用いて形成されており、該リング(119)が、
ピン(108)と保持体(107)との間において孔(116)の内部に配置されていて、
該孔(116)の内部において移動可能に配置されていて、
圧縮ばね(121)とは逆向きに先細になる断面を備えた表面(122)を有していて、この表面(122)が、該表面(122)に対して相補形状を有するピン(108)における表面(123)と接触しており、
第2のセンタリング装置(126)が弾性変形可能な2つのリング(130;131)を用いて形成されており、両リング(130;131)が、
ピン(108)と保持体(107)との間において孔(116)の内部に配置されていて、
該孔(116)の長手方向軸線の方向で先細になる各1つの表面(134;135)を有していて、弾性変形可能な両リング(130;131)が、先細になる表面(134;135)を介して互いに接触している、請求項8又は9記載のロック装置。
