請求項2の発明は、下記(A)〜(D)を含有し、非水系であることを特徴とする毛髪化粧料。(A)ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、ジメチコノール、末端水酸基メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、アミノ基またはアンモニウム基変性シリコーンから選ばれる、25℃において1万〜500万mm2/sの粘度を示すシリコーンを1〜30質量%、(B)ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサンから選ばれる、25℃において6〜300mm2/sの粘度を示すシリコーンを0.5〜50質量%、(C)沸点が100〜260℃の範囲にあるイソパラフィン系炭化水素、珪素数が2〜8の揮発性シリコーン、メチルトリストリメチルシロキシシランからなる群より選ばれた一種類以上を30〜95質量%、( D ) ヨウ素価が1 2 0 以下の植物油を0.2〜10質量%、
請求項3の発明は、更に油溶性紫外線吸収剤を含有する請求項1または2いずれかに記載の毛髪化粧料である。
−53、KF−54、KF−56、東レダウコーニングシリコーン社製のSH200C(10cs〜300cs)、SH−556、GE東芝シリコーン社製のTSF−451(6cs〜300cs)、TSF431、TSF433、TSF437、SF1550、TSF484等があげられる。
300、同400、フィリップ社製のソルトロール100、同130、同22等があげられる。珪素数が2〜8の揮発性シリコーンとしては、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、テトラデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン、オクタメチルトリシロキサンおよびデカメチルテトラシロキサン等であり、それらの市販品を例示すると、信越化学工業社製のKF−96A−1cs、KF−96A−1.5cs、KF−995、東レダウコーニングシリコーン社製のSH244、SH344、SH245、DC345、DC246、SH200C−1cs、SH200C−1.5cs、GE東芝シリコーン社製のTSF404、TSF405、TSF4045、TSF451−1A、TSF451−1.5A等があげられる。メチルトリストリメチルシロキシシランは、別名メチルトリメチコンであり、市販品を例示すると信越化学工業社製のTMF−1.5等があげられる。
各種油剤の分離や沈殿を生じて好ましくない。また本発明の毛髪化粧料は、種々の形態で用いることができ、例えば、ヘアーオイル、ヘアーローションなどの液状形態、ヘアースプレー、グロースプレーなどのエアゾール形態など毛髪に塗布する剤形に配合し、常法に従い製造することができる。
20名の専門パネルを対象に実施例および比較例の毛髪化粧料を使用してもらい、毛髪上での自然な光沢、べたつき、なめらかさ、まとまりの各項目について官能試験を行い、下記に示す判定基準により評価を行った。
(1)自然な光沢
◎:パネルの15名以上が自然な光沢であると判断
○:パネルの10名以上15名未満が自然な光沢であると判断
△:パネルの5名以上10名未満が自然な光沢であると判断
×:パネルの15名以上が自然な光沢でないと判断
(2)べたつき
◎:パネルの15名以上がべたつきがないと判断
○:パネルの10名以上15名未満がべたつきがないと判断
△:パネルの5名以上10名未満がべたつきがないと判断
×:パネルの15名以上がべたつくと判断
(3)なめらかさ
◎:パネルの15名以上がなめらかであると判断
○:パネルの10名以上15名未満がなめらかであると判断
△:パネルの5名以上10名未満がなめらかであると判断
×:パネルの15名以上がなめらかでないと判断
(4)まとまり
◎:パネルの15名以上がまとまりが良いと判断
○:パネルの10名以上15名未満がまとまりが良いと判断
△:パネルの5名以上10名未満がまとまりが良いと判断
×:パネルの15名以上がまとまりが悪いと判断
実施例および比較例の各毛髪化粧料100mLを瓶容器に充填し、40℃の恒温槽内に3ヶ月放置し、その溶液の外観変化について目視で評価を行った。尚、下記に示す判定基準により評価を行った。
判定基準
○:濁りや沈殿等がなく外観が全く変化しない
△:わずかにくもりや濁りを生じる
×:濁りが生じ、分離または沈殿が起こっている
表1に示す処方の毛髪化粧料を常法に従って作成し、前記の諸試験を実施して評価を行った。その結果を併せて表1に示す。

- 下記(A)〜(D)を含有し、非水系であることを特徴とする毛髪化粧料(洗い流し用を除く)。
(A)一般式:
R2はR3と同一またはメチル基または水酸基を表し、
R3は式R4Z
{R4は3〜6の炭素原子を有する2価のアルキレン基を表し、
Zは−NR5 2、−N+R5 3A-、−NR5(CH2)aN+R5 3A-および−NR5(CH2)aN(R5)C=O(R6)
