Claims (5)
- 整流回路の正電位出力電圧と、負極性の電荷を有する負荷とが接続される電源装置であって、
昇圧トランスと、前記昇圧トランスのインダクタンスを利用して自励発振する発振回路と、
前記昇圧トランスで昇圧された信号を整流ダイオードおよび整流コンデンサによって直流に変換して前記負荷に出力する整流回路とを備え、
前記整流回路の正電位出力側を前記整流ダイオードのカソード側として前記昇圧トランスの二次コイルと前記整流ダイオードとを直列に接続するとともに、
前記整流回路の出力部の前記負荷側両端にこの出力部の正電位側がカソード側となる放電ダイオードを接続し、
前記放電ダイオードの順方向電圧は前記整流ダイオードの順方向電圧よりも低くした電源装置。 - 整流回路の負電位出力電圧と、正極性の電荷を有する負荷とが接続される電源装置であって、
昇圧トランスと、前記昇圧トランスのインダクタンスを利用して自励発振する発振回路と、
前記昇圧トランスで昇圧された信号を整流ダイオードおよび整流コンデンサによって直流に変換して前記負荷に出力する整流回路とを備え、
前記整流回路の負電位出力側を前記整流ダイオードのアノード側として前記昇圧トランスの二次コイルと前記整流ダイオードとを直列に接続するとともに、
前記整流回路の出力部の前記負荷側両端にこの出力部の負電位側がアノード側となる放電ダイオードを接続し、
前記放電ダイオードの順方向電圧は前記整流ダイオードの順方向電圧よりも低くした電源装置。 - 整流回路はツェナーダイオードを介して放電ダイオードに接続し、
前記ツェナーダイオードのカソード側を前記放電ダイオードのアノード側に接続するとともに、
前記ツェナーダイオードのツェナー電圧を前記整流ダイオードの順方向電圧とした
請求項1の電源装置。 - 整流回路はツェナーダイオードを介して放電ダイオードに接続し、
前記ツェナーダイオードのアノード側を前記放電ダイオードのカソード側に接続するとともに、
前記ツェナーダイオードのツェナー電圧を前記整流ダイオードの順方向電圧とした
請求項2の電源装置。 - 前記整流回路を多倍圧整流回路としたことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは請求項2の電源装置。
