Description
これに対して、請求項1に記載の特徴を有する本発明による燃料噴射装置は、高圧ポンプが同時に圧送ポンプを形成しており、この圧送ポンプにより、吸込行程時に吸い込みたい燃料が圧送される。この場合に燃料を燃料リザーブタンクから高圧ポンプのハウジングの内室へ圧送する高圧ポンプはわずかな出力を備えており、対応して安価に構成されていてよい。
次に本発明の実施の形態を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置であって、高圧ポンプ(10)が設けられており、該高圧ポンプ(10)によって燃料がアキュムレータ(12)内へ圧送され、該アキュムレータ(12)から、内燃機関で噴射するための燃料が取り出されるようになっており、かつ圧送ポンプ(22)が設けられており、該圧送ポンプ(22)によって、燃料が燃料リザーブタンク(24)から高圧ポンプ(10)へ圧送されるようになっており、該高圧ポンプ(10)が、内室(31)を備えたハウジング(30)を有しており、前記内室(31)内に、高圧ポンプ(10)の少なくとも1つのポンプエレメント(36)のための駆動装置(32,34)が配置されており、ポンプエレメント(36)が、前記駆動装置(32,34)により行程運動で駆動されるポンプピストン(38)を有しており、該ポンプピストン(38)が、ポンプ作業室(42)を制限しており、ポンプピストン(38)の吸込行程時に該ポンプ作業室(42)内に流入部(60)を介して燃料が供給されるようになっており、かつポンプピストン(38)の圧送行程時に前記ポンプ作業室(42)から燃料が流出部(64)を介してアキュムレータ(12)内へ押し出されるようになっており、吸込行程時にはポンプピストン(38)が内室(31)へ向かって運動し、かつ圧送行程時には内室(31)から離れるように運動するようになっている形式のものにおいて、圧送ポンプ(22)が、ハウジング(30)の内室(31)に向かって開かれた逆止弁(52)を有する接続部(23)を介して燃料を内室(31)内へ圧送し、ポンプ作業室(42)の流入部(60)が、前記内室(31)に接続されており、これにより、ポンプピストン(38)の吸込行程時に、ポンプピストン(38)の、内室(31)へ向けられた運動により、内室(31)から押し出された燃料が、ポンプ作業室(42)内へ吸い込まれることを特徴とする、内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置。
- 圧送ポンプ(22)と、ハウジング(30)の内室(31)との間の接続部(23)から、逆止弁(52)の前の上流側で、接続部(54)が、放圧領域(55)へ導出されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ポンプピストン(38)が、吸込行程の方向に、プレロードをかけられたばね(48)により負荷されている、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 駆動装置が、少なくとも1つのカム(34)を備えた駆動軸(32)を有しており、前記カム(34)により、ポンプピストン(38)の行程運動が引き起こされる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ポンプピストン(38)が、タペット(44)を介して駆動装置(32,34)で支持されており、前記タペット(44)が、ハウジング(30)の孔(46)内を密に案内されており、内室(31)を部分的に制限している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- タペット(44)が、ポンプピストン(38)の、ポンプ作業室(42)を制限する領域よりも大きい直径を有している、請求項5記載の燃料噴射装置。
- カム(34)が、多重カムである、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ポンプ作業室(42)の流入部(60)内に、ポンプ作業室(42)へ開かれた逆止弁(62)が配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 高圧ポンプ(10)が、共通の駆動装置(32,34)によって駆動される複数のポンプエレメント(36)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ハウジング(30)の内室(31)から、接続部(56)が放圧領域(55)へ導出されており、該放圧領域(55)内に、圧力弁(58)が配置されており、該圧力弁(58)が、内室(31)内の所定の圧力の超過時に接続部(56)を放圧領域(55)へと開くようになっている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
