Description
2つの独立した測定孔がセンサユニットのケーシングに形成されており、この場合、第1の測定孔が第1のセンサ要素を負圧室に直接接続しており、その一方で、第2の測定孔が、可動な隔壁を貫通する、管状あるいはホース状の接続管に通じており、かつ第2のセンサ要素を作動室に接続していることによって解決される。
Claims (5)
- 負圧ケーシング(1,2)を備え、この負圧ケーシングが少なくとも1個の可動の隔壁(9)によって少なくとも1つの負圧室(6)と少なくとも1つの作動室(5)に分割され、更にブレーキ真空倍力装置内の圧力を検知するためのセンサユニット(36)を備えている、車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ真空倍力装置であって、
負圧室(6)内の圧力と作動室(5)内の圧力あるいは作動室(5)と負圧室(6)の圧力差を検知するためにセンサユニット(36)が設けられており、
ブレーキ真空倍力装置に電子制御ユニット(43)が付設され、この電子制御ユニットが負圧室(6)と作動室(5)の検知された圧力または作動室(5)と負圧室(6)の圧力差を評価するための評価ユニットを備えており、
電子制御ユニット(43)が評価ユニットによる評価に基づいてアクティブ式ブレーキ油圧ブーストユニットを動作させるための作動ユニットを備えており、
センサユニット(36)が、第1のセンサ要素(50)を介して負圧室(6)の圧力を検知し、第2のセンサ要素(51)を介して作動室(5)の圧力を検知し、
センサ要素(50,51)が、両方とも共通のケーシング(52)に設けられており、このケーシングの少なくとも一部が、負圧ケーシング(1,2)の唯一の開口を介して負圧室(6)内に突出している車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ真空倍力装置において、
2つの独立した測定孔がセンサユニット(36)のケーシング(52)に形成されており、第1の測定孔が第1のセンサ要素(50)を負圧室(6)に直接接続しており、第2の測定孔が、可動な隔壁(9)を貫通する、管状あるいはホース状の接続管(38,39)に通じており、かつ第2のセンサ要素(51)を作動室(5)に接続していることを特徴とするブレーキ真空倍力装置。 - 負圧ケーシング(1,2)の壁(54)が、ケーシング(52)のエッジ(55)とシール(53)の間に挟持されているようにして、弾性的なシール(53)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレーキ真空倍力装置。
- ねじ込みリング(56)が設けられており、このねじ込みリングが、負圧ケーシング(1,2)の壁(54)に対して、およびエッジ(55)に対してシール(53)を押圧していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のブレーキ真空倍力装置。
- マスターブレーキシリンダ、特にタンデム式マスターブレーキシリンダを備えたブレーキシステムにおいて、センサユニット(36)が、マスターブレーキシリンダに面した、負圧ケーシング(1,2)の壁(54)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ真空倍力装置。
- センサ要素(50,51)の信号を伝達する目的で、センサユニット(36)が、制御ユニットと電気的に接続するために、4極の差し込み継手(57)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ真空倍力装置。
