【0045】

【0047】
Irv=−(Vq・TR+Vd・TI) (24)
【0061】
Vc=Vs−s・L1・IR1−s・L2・I2 (28)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a PWM converter that takes an input filter into account, a control method thereof, and a harmonic suppression device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A diode rectifier is used as the most common method for performing AC-DC conversion, and the diode rectifier is often accompanied by a large-capacitance capacitor in order to suppress fluctuations in DC voltage. When AC-DC conversion is performed, the alternating current is pulsed and a large harmonic current flows to the system power supply. Therefore, a PWM converter is used as an AC-DC converter that converts the input current into a sine wave (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 1).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A filter is often installed between the system power supply and the PWM converter. The filter of this input part plays the role which does not flow the harmonic current generated by PWM control to the system power supply side. However, due to this filter characteristic, an error occurs in the current flowing between the PWM converter input unit and the system power supply side, and as a result, the commanded current does not flow to the system power supply. A current error also occurs when the characteristics of the current control system are not ideal. In particular, a high accuracy is required in applications in which harmonics of other systems are compensated by a PWM converter, which is a big problem.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and a PWM converter that takes into account an input filter capable of compensating a current error based on the above-described filter by a control system and allowing a current with higher accuracy to flow, and a PWM converter thereof It is an object to provide a control method and a harmonic suppression device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A PWM converter according to a first aspect of the present invention is a PWM converter that is connected to an AC power supply via an input filter and controls a converter generated current by a PI controller based on a current command value. A filter compensation circuit for correcting the current command value in consideration of a current error is provided, The filter compensation circuit includes a transfer function H (s) circuit to which a current command value from a current command calculation unit is input, a transfer function G (s) circuit to which a power supply voltage is input, and the transfer function H (s). An adder that takes the difference between the output of the circuit and the output of the transfer function G (s) circuit, a transfer function Q (s) circuit that receives the output of the adder, and a transfer function M ( s) and an adder that outputs a current command value that corrects a current error by taking the difference between the output of the circuit and the transfer function Q (s) circuit and the output of the transfer function M (s) circuit, A current error based on the input filter is corrected by a control system.

[0009]
[0010]
Claim 4 The PWM converter control method according to the invention is a PWM converter that is connected to an AC power source via an input filter and controls the converter generated current by PI control based on a current command value. The input filter characteristics, the current control system, and the current A filter compensation circuit having a circuit for calculating a term related to the current command value and a circuit for calculating a term related to the power supply voltage in the equation for calculating the converter current command value derived from the command value and the power supply voltage is provided. The circuit includes a transfer function H (s) circuit to which a current command value from the current command calculation unit is input, a transfer function G (s) circuit to which a power supply voltage is input, and the transfer function H (s) circuit. It is composed of an adder that outputs a current command in which a current error is corrected by taking a difference between the current command and a signal related to the power supply voltage from the transfer function G (s) circuit. When the control gain is sufficiently large and ideal, the circuit that calculates the term related to the current command value and the circuit that calculates the term related to the power supply voltage omit the part where the coefficient is 1 or 0, thereby simplifying the filter compensation calculation. It is characterized by that.

Experimental example
FIG. 13 shows the experimental results when an inverter and an induction motor / generator are connected as the load of the PWM converter of the third embodiment (FIG. 6). As experimental conditions, the induction motor / generator torque and the reactive power command value are changed, and the error of the current value at the system linkage point, that is, the error of the reactive power value with respect to the command value is measured. The error is indicated by an error rate (actual power measured value−reactive power command value) / rated × 100 [%] with respect to the rated capacity of the reactive power measured value.
[0077]
According to the experimental result of FIG. 13, in the case of no compensation without considering the filter, the error rate is about 15% due to the current error due to the influence of the impedance of the filter and the power supply voltage, whereas this control method was used. In the case of compensation, the system linkage point error can be reduced to less than 4% with respect to the command current of any amplitude / phase within the entire reactive power range, that is, the rated range.
[0078]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect described below. (1) Since the current error can be compensated by the control system in consideration of the impedance of the input filter of the PWM converter and the influence of the power supply voltage, a more accurate current can be passed. This is particularly effective when the current command is small.
(2) System linkage point errors can be reduced for command currents of any amplitude and phase within the rated range.
