Description
本発明は請求項1の上位概念部に記載された形式のレギュレータならびにレクティファイヤに関する。公知のレギュレータもしくはレクティファイヤはその都度別個の構成部分として別個に製作されており、発電機最終組立時に、端面シールドに固定される。
本発明による、請求項1の特徴部に記載された特徴を有するレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤの組み合わせが有する利点は、レギュレータおよびレクティファイヤを一体的なモジュールとして形成することにより、一方では様々な接続箇所、例えばレギュレータとレクティファイヤとの間の接続箇所が省略され、これにより、もはや種々の気象的かつ機械的な影響を被ることがなくなる点にある。
図面には、レギュレータとレクティファイヤとから成る組み合わせの実施例が示されている。

図1には、一体的なモジュール10が示されており、モジュール10として、レギュレータ13およびレクティファイヤ16が構成されている。この一体的なモジュール10は電気機械、特に自動車のための三相交流発電機のために意図されている。
Claims (8)
- 電気機械、特に自動車のための三相交流発電機のためのレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤにおいて、レギュレータ(13)とレクティファイヤ(16)とが一体的なモジュール(10)として構成されており、固定子端子(U,V,W)からレクティファイヤ(16)に通じる第1の導体路(25)と、マイナス端子(B−)またはプラス端子(B+)に通じる第2の導体路(28)とが、レクティファイヤエレメント(46)を両者間に収容しており、かつレクティファイヤ(16)およびレギュレータ(13)が、コロージョンを防ぐ材料(52)によりモールドもしくは包囲されており、この包囲する材料もしくはモールドされた材料(52)がレクティファイヤエレメント(46)の周囲に、レクティファイヤエレメント(46)を冷却するための開口(55)を有していることを特徴とする、電気機械のためのレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- レクティファイヤエレメント(46)が第1の面で第1の導体路(25)にはんだ付けされており、第2の面で第2の導体路(28)にはんだ付けされている、請求項1記載のレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- 包囲する材料もしくはモールドされた材料(52)に設けられた開口(55)が第1の導体路(25)および/または第2の導体路(28)を部分的に、材料(52)で被覆せずにおく、請求項1または2記載のレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- モールドされた材料(52)により被覆されていない開口(55)において、冷却体(58)が少なくとも1つの導体路(25もしくは28)に熱伝導性に接触する、請求項3記載のレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- マイナス端子(B−)に接続する導体路上のレギュレータチップが該導体路に、電気伝導性に固定されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- 一体的なモジュール(10)に、ブラシ保持器(37)が統合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- 少なくとも1つのレクティファイヤエレメント(46)が、受動的または能動的に整流する電気的なエレメントである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のレギュレータおよびレクティファイヤ。
- 電気機械において、レギュレータおよびレクティファイヤが請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に従って構成されていることを特徴とする電気機械。
