Description
リチウム二次電池安全性評価基準ガイドライン G1101−1997
また上記各構成において、短絡検知手段は、試験電池から得られる情報の変化が入力され、その入力値を基準値と比較して内部短絡であることを検出する手段のことである。特に、短絡検出手段は、試験電池の正極、負極間の電圧降下から内部短絡を検出するように構成することが好ましく、内部短絡の検出を速やかに検出することができる。

Claims (5)
- 試験電池に対して加圧手段により強制的に内部短絡を発生させたときの電池状態から電池の安全性評価を行う電池評価装置であって、
前記試験電池に内部短絡が発生したことを検出する短絡検出手段と、この短絡検出手段により内部短絡が検出されたとき前記加圧手段の加圧動作を停止する加圧制御手段と、前記短絡検出手段により内部短絡が検出されたとき内部短絡前後の試験電池の電池温度、電池電圧、電池内圧のうちの少なくとも一つを所定期間記録する電池情報検出手段とを備えてなることを特徴とする電池評価装置。 - 試験電池に対して加圧手段により強制的に内部短絡を発生させたときの電池状態から電池の安全性評価を行う電池評価装置であって、
前記試験電池に内部短絡が発生したことを検出する短絡検出手段と、この短絡検出手段により内部短絡が検出されたとき前記加圧手段の加圧動作を停止する加圧制御手段と、前記短絡検出手段により内部短絡が検出されたとき内部短絡前後の試験電池の電池温度、電池電圧、電池内圧のうちの少なくとも一つを所定期間記録する電池情報検出手段と、前記短絡検出手段により内部短絡が検出されたとき試験電池に充電方向又は放電方向に流す電流を制御する短絡電流制御手段とを備えてなることを特徴とする電池評価装置。 - 短絡検出手段は、試験電池の正極、負極間の電圧降下変化から内部短絡を検出する請求項1又は2に記載の電池評価装置。
- 電池情報検出手段は、電池温度、電池電圧、電池内圧を検出する請求項1に記載の電池評価装置。
- 電池情報検出手段は、電池温度、電池電圧、電池内圧及び短絡電流制御手段による制御電流を検出する請求項2に記載の電池評価装置。
