Description
The present invention relates to a method for constructing underground structures.
Conventionally, a method of joining a plurality of tunnels has been used to construct a branching / merging portion of a tunnel such as an underground road or a subway. Moreover, the tunnel which has a wide part may be constructed | assembled using the tunnel excavator which can change excavation cross-sectional shape (for example, refer patent document 1).
However, when joining a plurality of tunnels, if the parts to be joined are separated from each other, the housing of the structure is largely removed, and a large joining member is reconstructed. In addition, there are cases where a stand is generated in the location due to restrictions on the ground occupation width. Furthermore, there are cases where it is necessary to improve the surrounding ground over a wide range, but if auxiliary methods such as ground improvement and freezing methods are frequently used, problems remain in terms of safety in addition to construction cost and construction period.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the range of removal of the frame and the range of ground improvement when joining the tunnel and other structures, and reconstruct the structure. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing an underground structure that can reduce the size of a joining member.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a step (a) of installing a shield tunnel having a widening segment connected by using a hinge in the vicinity of an existing structure, and the widening segment as the shield tunnel. A step (b) of extruding in the outer circumferential direction, a step (c) of improving a natural ground near the joint between the existing structure and the widening segment, and between the existing structure and the widening segment. And a step (d) of installing a joining member formed by casting cast-in-place concrete inside the segment, and the widening segment maintains the stability of the shield tunnel after the step (b). And a predetermined portion including a member for maintaining stability of the shield tunnel and the shield tunnel of the existing structure is removed after the step (d). A method for constructing underground structures, characterized by further comprising a step (e).
The shield tunnel is installed on the side of an existing structure, for example. The widening segment provided in the shield tunnel is disposed in the vicinity of the planned joint portion between the existing structure and the shield tunnel. The joining member preferably has a shape that smoothly joins the widening segment and the existing structure without unevenness.
In the step (a), an extra digging portion is provided at a position where the widening segment is to be moved, and in the step (b), the widening segment is extruded into the extra digging portion. The widening segment has a member for maintaining the stability of the shield tunnel after the step (b) on the inner peripheral surface side.
After the step (d), by further providing a step (e) of removing a predetermined portion of the shield tunnel and the existing structure, the inner space of the existing structure and the inner space of the shield tunnel are integrated.
The existing structure is, for example, another shield tunnel. In another shield tunnel, a filler is filled in a part of a circumferential cross section, and a segment is installed to avoid the filler. In step (a), the shield tunnel is cut while cutting the filler. Is installed.
Other shield tunnels may have widening segments. In this case, before the step (d), the widening segment provided in the other shield tunnel is moved in the outer peripheral direction, and in the step (d), the widening segment and the widening segment of the other shield tunnel are moved. Join.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when joining a tunnel and another structure, the construction | assembly method of the underground structure which can reduce the range of the removal of a frame or the range of ground improvement, and can make the joining member to reconstruct small can be provided.
