図1〜図3は、本発明に係わる高周波加熱用出力変成器の一実施形態を示し、図1がその一部破断した斜視図、図2がその要部の横断面図、図3がその縦断面図である。
Claims (1)
- コア挿通部を有して平面視略コ字状に形成された二次コイルと、該二次コイルの外側に巻回配置された一次コイルと、前記二次コイルのコア挿通部に挿通されたI型コア部及び前記一次コイルと二次コイルの外側に配置されたリングコア部からなるコアと、該コアの外側に配置された円筒状のカバーと、を備え、
前記リングコア部は、フェライト粉末の型成形で形成されたリングコアを二分割して得られた半円弧形状の一対の半リングコアと、該半リングコアの接合端面を連結接合するI型連結コアを有すると共に、幅方向に複数個連接することによってその外形形状が略円筒形状に形成されて、前記I型連結コアの外側に略三日月形状の絶縁材からなる保持部材が介装された状態で前記カバー内に内蔵されていることを特徴とする高周波加熱用出力変成器。
