BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to construction machinery. In particular, it can be easily mounting and dismounting of the protective structure, or relates to construction equipment that have a benefit, such as can be as narrow as possible the dead angle of the driver's view.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Many construction machines run and operate on rough terrain, unlike ordinary vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to assume that this type of construction machine falls over depending on the condition of the traveling ground. Conventionally, various protection structures are provided in construction machines in order to protect the driver even if the vehicle falls over during operation. Such a protective structure is called a Roll Over Protecting Structure (abbreviated as ROPS). A protection structure against a fallen object from an excavator or the like is called a Falling Object Protecting Structure (abbreviated as FOPS).
[0003]
As a conventional example of such a protection structure for a construction machine, for example, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-43214 can be cited.
This publication discloses a protective structure attached to the cab of the bulldozer. A typical bulldozer has a cab mounted on a main girder (body frame) of a lower traveling body having a crawler belt. The bulldozer protective structure of this example has a gate-type structure in which vertical frames (columns) on the left and right sides of the vehicle body and a horizontal frame connecting the vertical frames at the upper ends are integrated. The protective structure is firmly fixed to the upper surface of the main girder with bolts via the left and right bases at the substantially central portion in the front-rear direction of the cab, and partially covers the cab. The left and right bases that support the protective structure are L-shaped and have an overhang shape that protrudes laterally. Since the base is in an overhang shape, the width of both vertical frames of the protective structure can be increased, and a service floor can be secured on the side of the cab.
[0004]
However, the protection structure disclosed in the above publication has the following problems.
(1) The protective structure is firmly fixed to the upper surface of the main beam with bolts. For this reason, it was not possible to easily attach and remove the protective structure.
(2) A wide vertical frame of the protective structure is disposed at a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction of the cab. For this reason, when viewed from the driver, the vertical frame becomes an obstacle, and the side (and the rear) of the cab becomes a blind spot.
(3) The protective structure is a gate type having two vertical frames. For this reason, compared with what has four vertical frames (columns) in the front and back of a cab, the structure itself and its mount part (base) must be made strong. Specifically, an iron plate is applied to the structure itself and its mount.
[0005]
(4) Since the vertical frame of the protective structure is located at substantially the center in the front-rear direction of the cab, a bracket for attaching the rearview mirror must be additionally provided on the main beam of the lower traveling body. Furthermore, when the strength and shaking of the bracket are taken into consideration, the attachment position of the rearview mirror cannot be made too high.
In the above publication, only the bulldozer is specifically described, and no other construction machine such as a crawler carrier is mentioned.
[0006]
The present invention was made in view of the foregoing problems, it is easy mounting and removal of the protective structure, or a construction machinery Ru can be as narrow as possible the dead angle of the driver's view The purpose is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the construction machine of the present invention has a lower traveling body (3) having a pair of crawler belts (3A, 3B) on the left and right sides, and a cabin (11) disposed on the lower traveling body (3). a construction machine for; the cabin (11) protective structure arranged outside of a (21), before lateral pillars (23a, 23b) of said protective structure (21) comprises cabin ( before lateral pillars (13a 11), provided on the outside of 13b), the range of viewing angles of the front pillar of the viewed from the driver's eye point (p) cabin (11) (13a, 13b) It is characterized by being within . According to this, the driver can be protected even when the construction machine falls down accidentally when working on rough terrain, a narrow narrow forest road or the like (ROPS). Alternatively, the driver can be protected from falling objects during work (FOPS).
[0009]
Further, according to the present invention, prior to lateral pillars (23a, 23b) of the protective structure (21) is provided on the outside of the front side of the posts (13a, 13b) of said cabin (11), operating Since it is within the viewing angle range of the front pillars (13a, 13b) of the cabin (11) when viewed from the eye point (p) of the driver, the blind spot of the driver's field of view can be made as narrow as possible, and the protective structure It is almost the same as when no objects are attached.
[0010]
In this invention, the base (31) which attaches the pillar (23a-23d) of the said protection structure (21) can serve as the protector which strengthens the corner part of the said upper body (5).
In this case, it is not necessary to add a protector.
[0011]
