Description
Claims (3)
- 車両の状態が予め定められた条件を満足するとエンジンを一時的に停止する車両の異常検知装置であって、前記エンジンには可変バルブタイミング機構が設けられ、
前記エンジンの一時的な停止後であって、前記エンジンの再始動後において、予め定められた前記エンジンの状態に関する異常検知禁止条件が満足されたか否かを判断するための判断手段と、
前記可変バルブタイミング機構の異常を検知するための検知手段と、
前記判断手段により前記異常検知禁止条件が満足されていると、前記検知手段による前記可変バルブタイミング機構の異常検知を禁止するための手段とを含み、
前記異常検知禁止条件は、前記エンジンの再始動後、前記可変バルブタイミング機構への制御指令の出力回数が予め定められた回数よりも低いという条件を含む、車両の異常検知装置。 - 前記異常検知禁止条件は、前記エンジンの再始動後、前記可変バルブタイミング機構への制御指令の出力回数が予め定められた回数よりも低いという条件に加えて、前記エンジンの再始動後、前記可変バルブタイミング機構への制御指令における変位量が予め定められた量よりも小さいという条件を含む、請求項1に記載の車両の異常検知装置。
- 前記異常検知禁止条件は、前記エンジンの再始動後、前記可変バルブタイミング機構への制御指令の出力回数が予め定められた回数よりも低いという条件、および、前記エンジンの再始動後、前記可変バルブタイミング機構への制御指令における変位量が予め定められた量よりも小さいという条件に加えて、前記エンジンの停止処理中であるという条件を含む、請求項2に記載の車両の異常検知装置。
