Description
曲げ戻し自在のベースと、
上記ベース上に配線された通信用のアンテナと、
上記アンテナに電気的に接続された、そのアンテナを介して無線通信を行う回路チップと、
上記回路チップの少なくとも周囲と上記アンテナの配線の一部とを、上記ベースを下としたときの少なくとも上方については覆うチップ補強体であって、上記ベースが内接して曲がる第1の縁部と、その第1の縁部よりも、上記ベースの曲がりにおける内側に位置し、上記アンテナの配線と交わる第2の縁部とを有するチップ補強体とを備えたことを特徴とする。
「上記ベースが所定方向に長尺のものであり、
上記アンテナが、上記所定方向に沿って延びたものであり、
上記チップ補強体は、上記第2の縁部が上記アンテナの配線上を、上記所定方向に対して斜めに横切ったものである」という形態も好ましい形態である。
上記チップ補強体は、上記第1の縁部で上記2種類のアンテナ部分のうち配線の太さが相対的に太いアンテナ部分の配線と交わり、上記第2の縁部でその2種類のアンテナ部分のうち配線の太さが相対的に細いアンテナ部分の配線と交わったものである」という形態も好ましい形態である。
この図7に示すRFIDタグ700の補強体702は、上面形状において、図中の右側に2箇所の凹部を備える曲線状の凹凸形状の縁を有し、左側に2箇所の直線状の面取部分を有している。そして、この補強体702は、2箇所の凹部の縁が、図中右側に延びる2本のアンテナ部分701a,701bそれぞれと交わり、下側の面取り部分が、左側に延びるアンテナ部分701cと交わり、上側の面取り部分が、左斜め上方に延びるアンテナ部分701dと交わるように配置される。その結果、この補強体702をベース101に接着固定している接着剤106の縁では、補強体702の縁に沿って、その接着剤106の縁の2箇所の凹部(本発明にいう第2の縁部の一例に相当)が図中右側に延びる2本のアンテナ部分701a,701bそれぞれの上を横切り、下側の面取り部分に沿った縁(本発明にいう第2の縁部の一例に相当)が左側に延びるアンテナ部分701c上を斜めに横切り、上側の面取り部分に沿った縁(本発明にいう第2の縁部の一例に相当)が左斜め上方に延びるアンテナ部分701d上を横切ることとなる。

Claims (6)
- 通信用アンテナが配線された面を有する、曲げ戻し自在のベースと、
前記アンテナに電気的に接続され、該アンテナを介して無線通信を行う回路チップと、
前記回路チップと前記アンテナの配線の一部とを覆うチップ補強体とを備え、
前記チップ補強体は、前記アンテナが配線された面に対して垂直な方向から見て、縁が曲線から成り、前記ベースの変形を抑止する複数の凸部と、該複数の凸部の間に形成される凹部とを有し、前記凹部から前記アンテナが延びる様に配設されることを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記ベースが所定方向に長尺のものであり、
前記アンテナが、長尺方向に沿って前記凹部から延びる様に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記チップ補強体に対し前記ベースを挟んで位置する裏側補強体をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記アンテナは複数であり、前記チップ補強体は、複数の前記アンテナが前記凹部から延びる様に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のRFIDタグ。
- 通信用アンテナが配線された面を有する、曲げ戻し自在のベースと、
前記アンテナに電気的に接続され、該アンテナを介して無線通信を行う回路チップと、
前記回路チップと前記アンテナの配線の一部とを覆うチップ補強体とを備え、
前記アンテナが、互いに配線の太さが異なる2種類のアンテナ部分を有し、
前記チップ補強体は、前記アンテナが配線された面に対して垂直な方向から見て、複数の凸部と、該複数の凸部の間に形成される凹部とを有し、該2種類のアンテナ部分のうち配線の太さが相対的に細いアンテナ部分の配線が前記凹部から出て延びて見える位置に配設されることを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記凹部は、前記チップ補強体における対向する2辺にのみ設けられることを特徴とする請求項5記載のRFIDタグ。
