Description
本発明の他の成形方法においては、さらに、前記型閉工程は、前記成形材の充填を開始するタイミングで中断された後に再開され、前記成形材の充填は、再開された型閉工程中も継続して行われる。
Claims (8)
- (a)金型装置の型閉工程終了前に、前記金型装置のパーティング面間隔がキャビティ内へ充填された成形材の圧縮量に基づいて決定される寸法になるタイミングで、前記キャビティ内への成形材の充填を開始し、
(b)前記型閉工程終了前に所定量の前記成形材の充填を完了し、
(c)前記型閉工程終了後に前記金型装置の型締工程を行い環境低負荷材料から成る成形品を成形することを特徴とする成形方法。 - 前記型閉工程は、前記成形材の充填を開始するタイミングで中断された後に再開され、前記成形材の充填は、再開された型閉工程中も継続して行われる請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記成形材の充填は、射出装置のスクリュ位置又は成形材の充填時間を制御して前記キャビティ内に所定量の成形材を充填する請求項1又は2に記載の成形方法。
- 前記スクリュを前進させて前記所定量の成形材を充填し、該所定量の成形材の充填完了後に前記スクリュを後退させて保圧を調整し、前記キャビティ内の成形材の逆流量を制御する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成形方法。
- (a)金型装置の型閉工程終了前に、型閉状態において、前記金型装置の開閉方向に対して略垂直な底部及び前記開閉方向に対して傾斜する薄肉化された側壁部を備えるキャビティ内への成形材の充填を開始し、
(b)前記型閉工程終了前に、前記側壁部の少なくとも一部には前記成形材が充填されていない状態で、前記キャビティ内への所定量の成形材の充填を完了し、
(c)前記型閉工程終了後に、前記金型装置の型締工程を行い環境低負荷材料から成る成形品を成形する成形方法であって、
(d)前記成形材の充填を開始するタイミングは、前記金型装置のパーティング面間隔が前記キャビティ内へ充填された成形材の圧縮量に基づいて決定される寸法になるタイミングであることを特徴とする成形方法。 - 前記キャビティ内にラベルを装填して、インモールドラベル成形を行う請求項5に記載の成形方法。
- (a)固定金型及び可動金型によって環境低負荷材料から成る成形品を成形するための金型装置を有し、
(b)該金型装置は、前記成形品の外形を形成するキャビティを備え、
(c)該キャビティは、前記固定金型と可動金型とが型閉されている状態において、前記金型装置の開閉方向に対して略垂直な底部、及び、前記開閉方向に対して傾斜する薄肉化された側壁部を含み、
(d)前記金型装置の型閉工程終了前に、前記金型装置のパーティング面間隔が前記キャビティ内へ充填された成形材の圧縮量に基づいて決定される寸法になるタイミングで、前記キャビティ内への成形材の充填を開始する制御装置を有することを特徴とする成形機。 - (a)金型装置によって環境低負荷材料を成形する成形機であって、
(b)前記金型装置は、パーティング面を備える固定金型と、
(c)該固定金型のパーティング面に押し付けられて密着するパーティング面を備え、前記固定金型に対して前進する可動金型と、
(d)前記パーティング面の一方に配設されたリング状の突出部と、
(e)前記パーティング面の他方に形成され、前記突出部を収納するリング状の凹溝とを備え、
(f)前記金型装置の型閉工程終了前に、前記パーティング面の間隔が前記金型装置のキャビティ内へ充填された成形材の圧縮量に基づいて決定される寸法になるタイミングで、前記キャビティ内への成形材の充填を開始する制御装置を有することを特徴とする成形機。
