Claims (5)
- 油圧ポンプにおける駆動モータの回転数を可変制御し、所定の油圧アクチュエータを駆動することにより成形サイクルにおける所定の動作工程の制御を行う制御手段を備える射出成形機において、前記駆動モータに、サーボ回路に接続することにより正回転制御又は逆回転制御可能なサーボモータを用いるとともに、前記動作工程間の切換又は前記動作工程内における動作変更の際に当該サーボモータを逆回転制御することにより前記動作工程における圧力を所定圧力となるアンロード圧力まで強制的に低下させる制御手段を備えることを特徴とする射出成形機。
- 前記油圧ポンプは、斜板角の変更により複数の固定吐出流量を設定可能な可変吐出型油圧ポンプを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機。
- 油圧ポンプにおける駆動モータの回転数を可変制御し、所定の油圧アクチュエータを駆動することにより成形サイクルにおける所定の動作工程の制御を行う射出成形機の制御方法において、前記駆動モータに、サーボ回路に接続することにより正回転制御又は逆回転制御可能なサーボモータを使用し、前記動作工程間の切換又は前記動作工程内における動作変更の際に、当該サーボモータを逆回転制御することにより、前記動作工程における圧力を所定圧力となるアンロード圧力まで強制的に低下させることを特徴とする射出成形機の制御方法。
- 前記油圧ポンプは、斜板角の変更により複数の固定吐出流量を設定可能な可変吐出型油圧ポンプを用いることを特徴とする請求項3記載の射出成形機の制御方法。
- 前記駆動モータの逆回転制御は、動作工程における圧力と前記所定圧力の圧力差が、予め設定した大きさ以上のときに行うことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の射出成形機の制御方法。
