Description
The present invention relates to a recycled solid tire for a snow road and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly to an effective regeneration technique for a worn solid rubber tire.
Conventionally, a pneumatic tire having a structure in which air is enclosed in a hollow portion as a tire that bears the load on a vehicle such as an automobile and has a function of transmitting a smooth force between the vehicle and a road surface. In addition, a solid tire made of a solid rubber ring is well known. The solid tire uses load capacity, shock absorbing capacity, and rubber elasticity as tire functions, and is mainly used for low speed, heavy load vehicles such as forklift trucks, industrial tractors, battery storage vehicles, trailers, etc. In many cases, a single tread rubber is baked directly on the wheel, a rubber material is vulcanized and bonded to the base band, and the ring is pressed into the wheel. Such a tread rubber is fitted into the outer periphery of the wheel.
By the way, such a solid tire is generally used as a solid rubber tire in which a tread rubber is constituted by a rubber material such as NR. However, such a tire comes into contact with a road surface and the vehicle is driven by its frictional force. Since the wear of the contact surface with the road surface is advanced due to long-term use and the service life is reached, it will be discarded. It has become a social problem. In particular, solid rubber tires are heavier than pneumatic tires used in passenger cars, etc., making them difficult to handle, difficult to incinerate, and difficult to use for other purposes. Therefore, the disposal is accompanied with great difficulty.
For this reason, Patent Document 1 proposes a pneumatic solid tire having a structure in which the surface of a worn tire is buffed and a tread rubber is adhered to the tread portion. It has been clarified that it is possible to effectively use a worn tire that has been in trouble, and to save tire materials and shorten the production time of the tire.
However, even if the reclaimed tread rubber is again adhered to the tread portion of such a worn tire, wear of the tread rubber portion will occur again due to the use of the regenerated tire thus obtained. Therefore, in addition to the fact that the durability of the tread rubber part is not sufficiently improved, the rubber material constituting the tread rubber part is generally blackened with carbon black as a reinforcing agent. There is a problem that a black tire mark is formed on the road surface due to friction between the tread rubber portion and the road surface. The black tire marks on the road surface are detrimental to the aesthetics, and at the work site such as a forklift truck, the work environment is deteriorated together with the black rubber wear powder.
In
Thus, in such a regenerative wheel, since the urethane rubber is in contact with the road surface, it is superior in wear resistance as compared with a tread rubber made of a rubber material such as a normal NR. Therefore, although it has an advantage that the durability or life of the recycle wheel can be effectively improved, it is inferior in cushioning or cushioning properties compared to such a normal tread rubber. When driving a vehicle such as a forklift truck equipped with such a regenerative wheel, an unpleasant impact is transmitted to the driver. However, in order to improve the cushioning properties of such regenerative wheels, it is conceivable to take measures such as making the urethane rubber tire part into a foam structure, or significantly reducing its hardness and increasing its flexibility. However, in this case, the inherent wear resistance of the urethane elastomer is impaired, and a problem arises in its durability.
On the other hand, in forklift trucks and the like used for transporting materials on the site of factories and the like, there is a problem that solid tires are slippery when traveling on snowy roads or frozen road surfaces. For this reason, there is a demand for solid tires for snow roads that do not slip easily.
Here, the present invention has been made in the background of such circumstances, and the major solution is to provide an effective regeneration technology for the waste solid rubber tire that has been worn out and has a useful life. Among them, in particular, it is excellent in wear resistance, shock absorption / relaxation characteristics, and it is hard to slip even on snowy roads, and an advantageous manufacturing method for such solid road tires for snowy roads. Is to provide.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention has a first aspect in which a rubber layer having a predetermined thickness given by wear remaining in a worn solid rubber tire, and an outer periphery of the rubber layer Recycled solid tire having a room temperature curing type polyurethane elastomer layer integrally formed on the surface, and a plurality of pins made of a material having higher wear resistance than the constituent material of the polyurethane elastomer layer, The rubber layer is fixedly embedded at a predetermined position in the tire circumferential direction and the width direction so that at least the end portion is exposed on the outer circumferential surface of the polyurethane elastomer layer, and the pin is partially in the rubber layer. Recycled solid tire for snowy roads, characterized by being plunged into .
Further, in the second aspect of the solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention, a configuration is adopted in which a part of the pin protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the tire.
Polyurethane Furthermore, Oite to a third aspect of the reproduced solid tires for snow according to the present invention, the polyurethane elastomer layer is a multilayer structure, a layer of the outer and excellent wear resistance than the inner layer The structure comprised with the elastomer will be employ | adopted.
In addition, in the fourth aspect of the solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention, the polyurethane elastomer layer is formed by curing a polyurethane raw material in which air is finely dispersed and contained at room temperature.
In the fifth aspect of the solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention, the polyurethane elastomer layer is integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rubber layer, and the first layer comprises: A second layer made of a polyurethane elastomer formed on the outer peripheral surface and having higher wear resistance than the constituent material of the first layer.
Furthermore, in a preferred sixth aspect of the present invention, the second layer has a higher hardness than the first layer.
By the way, the present invention is also directed to a method for producing a solid tire for reclaimed snow road as described above, and a worn solid rubber tire is prepared, and a predetermined thickness is left as a residual wear in the tire. With the rubber layer remaining on the entire circumference of the wheel, a plurality of recesses are drilled at predetermined positions on the outer peripheral surface of the rubber layer, and then each of the plurality of recesses is subjected to wear resistance. A pin made of a material having excellent properties is applied to the outer peripheral surface by applying an adhesive and fixed, and then a room temperature curing type polyurethane raw material is reacted and cured on the worn outer peripheral surface of the tire. A snowy road regenerative software characterized in that a polyurethane elastomer layer having a predetermined thickness is integrally formed, and at least ends of the plurality of pins are exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the polyurethane elastomer layer. The manufacturing method of Ddotaiya, and its first aspect.
Further, in a second preferred embodiment of the method for producing a regenerated solid tire for snowy road according to the present invention, air is introduced into the polyurethane raw material, finely dispersed, and then hardened by reaction and hardening. Thus, the adjusted polyurethane elastomer layer is formed.
And according to the 1st aspect mentioned above in such a reproduction solid tire for snowy roads according to this invention, the annular tread part attached to the perimeter part of a wheel is given by the wear residue of a solid rubber tire. Such a structure is a multilayer structure composed of a rubber layer (inner layer) having a predetermined thickness and a room temperature curing type polyurethane elastomer layer (outer layer) integrally formed on the rubber layer. The impact received from the contact surface of the tread part can be effectively absorbed and relaxed by the inner rubber layer, and the outside room temperature curing type polyurethane elastomer layer that provides such a contact surface of the tread part is Recycled solid tires for snowy roads, which have significantly improved durability due to the good wear resistance inherent in polyurethane elastomer materials. Is the so that the service life can be brought remarkably improved.
Further, in such a solid road tire for snow road, the polyurethane elastomer layer constituting the outer layer of the tread portion is different from the normal rubber layer, and carbon black is not blended at all. The ground road surface of recycled solid tires (tread rubber) for snowy roads does not have black tire marks like conventional solid rubber tires. Thus, problems such as deterioration of the working environment due to the scattering of the dust are not caused. Further, such a recycled solid tire for snowy roads has a rubber layer that remains a worn portion of the worn solid rubber tire and uses it as an inner layer of the tread portion. It is possible to reduce the amount of polyurethane elastomer material used compared to the case where the entire part is made of a polyurethane elastomer layer, which means that the tread material required for solid tire regeneration can be greatly reduced. Savings.
In addition, in such a solid road tire for snowy roads, predetermined pins in the tire circumferential direction and the width direction are provided so that the pins made of a material having excellent wear resistance are exposed at least at the ends on the outer circumferential surface of the polyurethane elastomer layer. When a vehicle equipped with such a solid road tire for snowy roads is driven on a snowy road or a frozen road, the pin exposed on the tire surface is exposed to the road surface. The above-mentioned snow or ice can be stabbed or scratched, so that the friction between the tire and the road surface can be effectively increased, and the occurrence of slipping or slipping can be advantageously prevented. .
Therefore, in the solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention as described above, it not only has excellent wear resistance and shock absorption / relaxation properties, but also has excellent durability and adhesion of tire marks to the road surface. It is possible to advantageously prevent the occurrence of adverse effects due to the occurrence of slips and to effectively prevent the occurrence of slips even on snowy roads and frozen road surfaces. In addition, it is no longer necessary to dispose of solid rubber tires that have become worn out and have reached the end of their useful lives, and the regeneration of such solid rubber tires can be realized extremely effectively, thereby helping to solve social problems due to the disposal of waste tires. Therefore, the advantage that it can be eliminated can be enjoyed.
Further, according to the second aspect of the solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention, the anti-slip effect or the anti-slip effect by the pin can be exhibited to a higher degree.
Note that according to the first aspect of the reproduced solid tires for snow according to the present invention, it becomes possible pin is embedded deep into the thickness direction of the tire, thereby, the pin, from the tire, specifically like exit the polyurethane elastomer layer, so that the advantage characteristic may be prevented also exerted.
In addition, according to the fourth aspect of the above-described solid road tire for snowy road according to the present invention, the polyurethane elastomer layer is formed by room temperature curing of a polyurethane raw material in which air is finely dispersed and contained. Therefore, in the polyurethane elastomer layer, fine air bubbles are allowed to exist, so that the polyurethane elastomer layer can be effectively softened, and the hardness or cushioning property thereof can be improved. By being able to be adjusted, the impact absorption / relaxation characteristics of the polyurethane elastomer layer can be advantageously improved.
According to the fifth and sixth aspects of the solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention, on the polyurethane elastomer layer (first layer) integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rubber layer, Since the polyurethane elastomer layer (second layer) made of the polyurethane elastomer having higher wear resistance than the constituent material of the first layer (polyurethane elastomer) is integrally formed, the regeneration for the snow road The durability of the entire tread portion of the solid tire is further improved, and the service life of the solid tire can be further enhanced. By forming the second layer having excellent wear resistance, the second tire The impact of the recycled solid tire for snowy roads can be increased by making the first layer of the room temperature curing type between the rubber layer and the rubber layer more flexible with fine bubbles. Achieving advantageously increased the absorption and mitigation action is that possible.
Also, according to the first aspect of the method for producing a solid road tire for snow road according to the present invention, the solid road tire for snow road having various characteristics as described above can be advantageously produced. In addition, since a room temperature curing type polyurethane raw material is used as a material for forming the polyurethane elastomer layer integrally formed on the rubber layer, it is not necessary to expose the rubber layer to a high temperature when forming the polyurethane elastomer layer. Therefore, the occurrence of a change in the rubber layer characteristics due to heat can be effectively avoided, and the worn solid rubber tire can be quickly regenerated.
In addition, the pin is firmly fixed in the tread portion composed of a rubber layer (inner layer) given by the remaining wear of the solid rubber tire and a polyurethane elastomer layer (outer layer) integrally formed on the rubber layer. As a result, the pin can be effectively prevented from being detached from the polyurethane elastomer layer during use. As a result, the anti-slip effect or the anti-slip effect by the pin can be exhibited advantageously over a long period of time.
In addition, according to the second aspect of the method for producing a regenerated solid tire for snowy road according to the present invention, the polyurethane elastomer layer can be made soft by reducing the height of the polyurethane elastomer layer. Easy cushioning adjustment.
Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 1 shows a state in which the
And in such a
By the way, in the present invention, the worn
Here, the
Thus, the room temperature curing type polyurethane raw material is used for forming the
Further, in the
Moreover, since the
If the
On the other hand, the
Thus, in the snow road recycled
Moreover, in the present embodiment, one
Further, the
Moreover, in this invention, the structure by which a polyurethane elastomer layer is made into a multilayer structure is also employ | adopted advantageously, One embodiment is shown by FIG. In FIG. 3, the polyurethane elastomer layer has a two-layer structure, in which a
Here, the polyurethane elastomer constituting the
In the snow road recycled
In addition, the presence of such a
By the way, the regenerated
And even if the
When the roughening process is completed, a plurality of concave cavities 40 (here, as shown in FIG. 4) are formed at predetermined positions on the outer
Next, one
In addition, after fixing the
And the solid rubber tire 18 (rubber layer 20) to which the
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, a known gap is formed in the
Then, such a polyurethane
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10, the necessary finish processing is performed on such an integrally molded
According to such a manufacturing method of a snow road recycled
In the case where the
Then, in the
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, they are literal examples, and it is understood that the present invention is not construed as being limited in any way by the description of such embodiments. It should be.
For example, the worn
Further, in the manufacturing process of the above-described recycled solid tire for snowy road, the worn
Furthermore, in the polyurethane
In addition, in the above embodiment, the
Moreover, even if it exists in the shape of the
When such a short pin is employed, it is not necessary to form a plurality of
In the above-described recycled
Furthermore, various tread patterns may be formed on the tire outer peripheral surface as necessary. As the tread pattern, for example, an outer mold having an inner surface corresponding to a desired tread pattern is used at the time of cast molding of a polyurethane elastomer layer that gives a tire outer peripheral surface, or after cast molding, The surface is formed by performing a predetermined cutting process or the like.
In addition, although not enumerated one by one, the present invention can be carried out in a mode to which various variations, modifications, improvements, and the like are added based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. It should be understood that all belong to the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
