α=Amc×ΔPmc/ΔFb
Passist={(Pmc−Pmcs )/α´}×{(α´−1)×Amc/Aassist}
Passist=(Fp −Fps)×Rp ×(α´−1)/Amc

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a brake fluid pressure source device of a type in which an operation force of a brake operation member is boosted by a vacuum booster operated by a negative pressure and is input to a master cylinder, and the brake fluid pressure source device. The present invention relates to a hydraulic brake system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is widely practiced to boost a brake operation force applied to a brake operation member by a driver using a vacuum booster and operate a master cylinder with the boosted force. In addition, in the Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-236294, the applicant of the present invention is based on the electric pressure that makes the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder larger than the hydraulic pressure corresponding to the brake operating force based on the hydraulic pressure of the power hydraulic pressure source provided with the pump. A control assist device was proposed. This electric control assist device operates after the vacuum booster reaches the assist limit. The vacuum booster includes a power piston provided in the housing so as to be movable in the axial direction, a low pressure chamber formed in front of the power piston and connected to the intake side of the engine, and a transformer formed in the rear of the power piston. A reversing position for communicating the variable pressure chamber with the low-pressure chamber based on relative movement between the input member and the output member, the input member associated with the chamber, the input member associated with the brake operation member, the output member associated with the pressure piston of the master cylinder And a switching valve that switches to a forward position that communicates with the atmosphere and an intermediate position that blocks from both. Therefore, while the pressure in the variable pressure chamber is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the assisting force increases with the increase of the brake operation force applied to the input member, and the assisting action is performed, but the pressure in the variable pressure chamber is equal to the atmospheric pressure. If it becomes, it can no longer help. This state is called the assisting limit.After the vacuum booster reaches the assisting limit, the electric control assisting device is activated, and the relationship between the brake operating force increment and the master cylinder pressure increment is the same as before the assisting limit of the vacuum booster. It does not change.
[0003]
The booster's assistance limit is uniquely determined as described above, but the booster's assistance power at the assistance limit, that is, the limit assistance power is not uniquely determined. As described above, the booster's assisting force is determined by the pressure difference between the low pressure chamber and the variable pressure chamber, whereas the negative pressure in the low pressure chamber depends on the negative pressure on the intake side of the engine. Because it changes. Since the intake side negative pressure of the engine is necessary for engine control, it is usually detected by an intake negative pressure sensor, and even if no intake negative pressure sensor is provided, the engine speed and It can be estimated relatively accurately based on other detected values such as the throttle opening. On the other hand, it is not easy to estimate the booster negative pressure that is the negative pressure in the low pressure chamber of the vacuum booster. Normally, a check valve is provided in the connection passage between the vacuum booster and the engine intake side, and the booster negative pressure is large according to the maximum value of the intake side negative pressure after the vacuum booster has been activated last time. That is, it is the magnitude obtained by subtracting the valve opening pressure of the check valve from the maximum value of the intake-side negative pressure, and in addition, it changes with the operation of the vacuum booster. When a vacuum tank that stores negative pressure is provided between the check valve and the vacuum booster, the change in the booster negative pressure associated with the operation of the vacuum booster is reduced, but recently the vacuum tank has been downsized. The change in booster negative pressure is often not negligible.
[0004]
In order to control the aforementioned electric control assist device, it is desirable to monitor the state of the vacuum booster, especially the booster negative pressure, and at least detect that the vacuum booster has reached the assist limit or will soon reach the assist limit. It is necessary to. In addition, it is necessary to know the state of the vacuum booster or the assist limit other than for controlling the electric control assist device. This is generally required when controlling a hydraulic brake system in relation to a vacuum booster. In addition, it is also required for notifying the driver of abnormal booster negative pressure or the vacuum booster's assistance limit. .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention, means for solving problems and effects]
Therefore, the present applicant has proposed several means for monitoring the operating state of the vacuum booster or detecting the assist limit in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-236294. However, the present invention provides another means. It was made as an issue. According to the present invention, the brake hydraulic pressure source device and the hydraulic brake system of the following aspects are obtained. As with the claims, each aspect is divided into sections, each section is numbered, and is described in a form that cites the numbers of other sections as necessary. This is for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the technical features described in the present specification and the combinations thereof to those described in the following sections. . In addition, when a plurality of items are described in one section, it is not always necessary to employ the plurality of items together. It is also possible to select and employ only some items.By amending the claims, the aspects described in the following paragraphs (1) to (3), (5) to (8), (12) and (34) are claimed. However, the embodiments described in paragraphs (4), (9) to (11) and (35) are no longer subordinate aspects of the invention described in the claims. Since it is useful for understanding the claimed invention after the amendment, the description will be left.
[0006]
(1) In the brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force,
A first negative pressure estimator that estimates that the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is greater when the rate of change of the output of the master cylinder is greater than when the rate of change is small;
A second negative pressure estimator that estimates that the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is smaller when the rate of change of the operating force of the brake operating member is larger than when the rate of change is small;
Brake hydraulic pressure source device provided with a negative pressure estimation device having at least one ofPlace.
Examples of the brake operation member include a brake pedal operated by a driver's foot or a lever operated by a hand.
The first negative pressure estimating unit estimates the negative pressure of the vacuum booster (referred to as booster negative pressure) based on the following facts.
When the brake operation is performed at the same speed, when the negative pressure of the vacuum booster (referred to as booster negative pressure) is large, the increasing gradient of the master cylinder pressure becomes larger than when it is small. This is considered to be because when the booster negative pressure is large, the assist delay of the booster is small. In normal braking operation, since the braking operation is performed at a substantially constant speed, generally, when the change rate of the output state of the master cylinder is large, the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is lower than when the change rate is small. It is reasonable to assume that it is large. In particular, for each driver, the operation speed of the brake operation member (referred to as the brake operation speed) is almost determined except in an emergency, so the above estimation is more appropriate for each driver.
When the brake operation speed changes greatly, for example, the brake operation speed is divided into a plurality of stages. Within each stage, when the change rate of the output of the master cylinder is large, the vacuum booster What is necessary is just to make it estimate that a negative pressure is large.
The second negative pressure estimating unit estimates the booster negative pressure based on the following facts.
When the brake operation is performed at the same speed, when the booster negative pressure is small, the increasing gradient of the operation force (referred to as brake operation force) of the brake operation member becomes larger than when the booster negative pressure is large. This is considered to be because when the booster negative pressure is small, the assistance delay of the booster is large. The description regarding the brake operation speed described above also applies to the second negative pressure estimation unit as it is.
The negative pressure of the vacuum booster is estimated as the negative pressure when the brake operating member is operated and the rate of change of the output of the master cylinder or the rate of change of the operating force of the brake operating member is obtained. If the negative pressure is large, the booster negative pressure is large even when the vacuum booster starts operating, and the negative pressure at the start of operation can be estimated.
(2) The first negative pressure estimating unit includes an output adding unit that adds an output of the master cylinder to the estimation of the negative pressure of the vacuum booster.Place.
In estimating the booster negative pressure based on the rate of change of the master cylinder output, the estimation accuracy can be improved if the master cylinder output itself is also taken into account.
(3) The first negative pressure estimation unit includes an operation force addition unit that adds an operation force of the brake operation member to the estimation of the negative pressure of the vacuum booster. (1) or (2) Brake fluid pressure sourcePlace.
In estimating the booster negative pressure based on the rate of change of the master cylinder output, the estimation accuracy can be improved if the brake operation force is also taken into account. If both the master cylinder output and the brake operation force are taken into account, it can be further improved.
(4) The brake according to (3), wherein the output addition unit and the operation force addition unit constitute an input / output relationship addition unit that considers a relationship between an operation force of the brake operation member and an output of the master cylinder. Hydraulic pressure source device.
(5) The input / output relation adding unit includes a portion in which a change rate of the output of the master cylinder during a period in which the operation force is less than a predetermined set operation force is used as the output change rate. Brake fluid pressure source as described inPlace.
Since there is a predetermined relationship between the change rate of the master cylinder output and the booster negative pressure when the brake operation force is relatively small, the change rate of the master cylinder output during the period when the brake operation force is less than the set operation force Based on this, the booster negative pressure can be estimated.
(6) The input / output relation considering unit includes a portion in which a change rate of the master cylinder output during a period in which the operation force is equal to or greater than a predetermined set operation force is used as the change rate of the output (4) or Brake fluid pressure source as described in paragraph (5)Place.
Since there is a predetermined relationship between the change rate of the master cylinder output and the booster negative pressure during a period when the brake operating force is relatively high, the brake operating force exceeds the set operating force. The booster negative pressure can be estimated based on the rate of change of the master cylinder output during a certain period. It is desirable that the setting operation force in this section is greater than the setting operation force in section (5). This is because the relationship between the change rate of the master cylinder output and the booster negative pressure during a period in which the brake operation force is intermediate is not uniform. When the features in this section are adopted together with the features in (5), for example, the average value of the negative pressure estimated in each case may be used as the estimated value of the negative pressure, or the estimation result may be used. Either one of the estimated values can be selectively used according to the purpose.
(7) The first negative pressure estimator is
An operation force switch for changing an output signal between a state where the operation force of the brake operation member is equal to or greater than a set operation force and a state where the operation force is less than the set operation force;
A specific time change rate dependence estimation unit that estimates the negative pressure of the vacuum booster to be a larger value as the maximum value of the change rate of the output of the master cylinder after the change time of the output signal of the operating force switch is larger;
The brake fluid pressure source device described in (1)Place.
According to the first negative pressure estimator of this section, the booster negative pressure can be estimated particularly well as described in detail in the section of the embodiment. This term can be said to be a specific example of (4) or (6). An operating force sensor is provided in place of the operating force switch, and the specific time change rate dependence estimation unit is configured so that the maximum value of the change rate of the output of the master cylinder after the detection value of the operating force sensor reaches the set operating force It is also possible to estimate the negative pressure of the vacuum booster to a large value, and in that case, this is an example of the aspect of the above item (6).
(8) The second negative pressure estimating unit includes a brake operation force adding unit that adds the operation force of the brake operation member itself to the estimation of the negative pressure of the vacuum booster. Brake fluid pressure source as described in any onePlace.
In estimating the booster negative pressure based on the rate of change of the brake operation force, the estimation accuracy can be improved if the brake operation force itself is also taken into account.
(9) The brake operation force adding unit includes a portion in which a change rate of the operation force of the brake operation member during a period in which the master cylinder output is less than a predetermined set output is the change rate of the operation force. The brake fluid pressure source device according to item 8).
Since there is a predetermined relationship between the rate of change in brake operating force and the booster negative pressure during periods when the master cylinder output is relatively small, the rate of change in brake operating force during periods when the master cylinder output is less than the set output Based on this, the booster negative pressure can be estimated.
(10) The brake according to (8), wherein the brake operation force addition unit includes a portion in which a change rate during a period in which the master cylinder output is equal to or greater than a predetermined set output is the change rate of the operation force. Hydraulic pressure source device.
Since there is a predetermined relationship between the rate of change in brake operating force and the booster negative pressure during periods when the master cylinder output is relatively large, the rate of change in brake operating force during the period when the master cylinder output is equal to or greater than the set output Based on this, the booster negative pressure can be estimated. The setting output in this section should be larger than the setting output in section (9).
(11) The second negative pressure estimating unit estimates the booster negative pressure based on the brake operation force when the set master cylinder pressure is reached and the maximum operation force gradient that is the maximum value of the subsequent increase in the brake operation force. The brake fluid pressure source device according to item (8).
(12) The second negative pressure estimator is
A master cylinder pressure switch in which an output signal changes between a state where the master cylinder pressure is equal to or higher than a set hydraulic pressure and a state where the master cylinder pressure is lower than the set hydraulic pressure;
A specific time change rate dependence estimation unit that estimates the negative pressure of the vacuum booster to be a smaller value as the maximum value of the change rate of the operating force after the change time of the output signal of the master cylinder pressure switch is larger;
The brake fluid pressure source device described in (1) or (7)Place.
According to the second negative pressure estimator of this section, the booster negative pressure can be estimated particularly well as described in detail in the section of the embodiment. This term can be said to be a specific example of the term (8) or (10). A master cylinder pressure sensor is provided in place of the master cylinder pressure switch, and the specific time change rate dependence estimation unit is used to determine the change rate of the operating force of the brake operating member after the time when the detected value of the master cylinder pressure sensor reaches the set hydraulic pressure. It is also possible to estimate the negative pressure of the vacuum booster to a smaller value as the maximum value is larger. In that case, this is an example of the aspect of the above item (10).
(13) In the brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force,
The negative pressure of the vacuum booster is estimated based on the rate of change of the master cylinder pressure, which is the hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder, and the master cylinder pressure at the time when the operating force of the brake operating member increases to the set operating force. A negative pressure estimator;
A second pressure that estimates the negative pressure of the vacuum booster based on the rate of change of the brake operating force, which is the operating force of the brake operating member, and the brake operating force at the time when the master cylinder pressure increases to a set master cylinder pressure. Negative pressure estimator and
Brake fluid pressure source device provided with a negative pressure estimating device comprising at least one of1).
As will be described in detail later in the section of the embodiment, between the change rate of the master cylinder pressure and the master cylinder pressure when the brake operation force increases to the set operation force, or the change rate of the brake operation force and the master cylinder pressure. There is a certain relationship between the brake operating force at the time when the pressure increases to the set master cylinder pressure. Therefore, if a negative pressure estimating device having at least one of the first negative pressure estimating unit and the second negative pressure estimating unit for estimating the booster negative pressure based on each of these two relationships is provided, the booster negative pressure can be improved. Can be estimated.
(14) In the brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force,
A brake fluid pressure source device provided with an assisting limit detecting device for detecting that the vacuum booster has reached the assisting limit based on an increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member.2).
Since the increasing gradient of the brake operating force is different before and after reaching the assisting limit of the vacuum booster, the reaching of the assisting limit of the vacuum booster can be detected based on the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member.
(15) The brake hydraulic pressure source device according to (14), wherein the assist limit detecting device detects a sudden change in the increase gradient of the operating force as an assist limit.
When the assistance limit of the vacuum booster is reached, the increasing gradient of the brake operation force changes suddenly, so that the achievement of the assistance limit can be detected based on that fact. The sudden change of the increasing slope can be detected, for example, as a time when the increasing slope changes more than a set amount before and after that time, and the set amount can be set by the difference between the increasing slopes before and after, It is also possible to set the ratio.
(16) In the item (14), the assist limit detecting device detects a sudden change in the non-dimensional operation force gradient obtained by dividing the operation force gradient, which is the increase gradient of the operation force, by the brake operation force as the assist limit time. Brake fluid pressure source device (claim)3).
The sudden change in the non-dimensional operation force gradient is, for example, by comparing the difference or ratio of successive non-dimensional operation force gradients with the set non-dimensional operation force gradient difference or the set non-dimensional operation force gradient ratio. Can be detected. Since the increase gradient of the brake operation force varies depending on the brake operation speed and the booster negative pressure, the difference or ratio of the increase gradient before and after reaching the assist limit also varies depending on the booster negative pressure. For this reason, it is difficult to appropriately set the set increase gradient difference and the set increase gradient ratio described in connection with the item (15), and it cannot be denied that the detection accuracy for reaching the assist limit is lowered accordingly. On the other hand, the dimensionless operating force gradient is less affected by brake operation speed and booster negative pressure, so it is easy to set an appropriate set dimensionless gradient difference and set dimensionless gradient ratio. It is possible to accurately detect reaching the assist limit.
(17) In the brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force,
A brake fluid pressure source device provided with a speed-dependent negative pressure estimation unit that estimates a negative pressure of the vacuum booster based on a relationship between an operation speed of the brake operation member and an output change speed of the master cylinder.4).
The force for driving the master cylinder and the output of the master cylinder substantially correspond, but the operation speed of the brake operation member and the output change speed of the master cylinder do not always correspond. The vacuum booster has an operation delay that cannot be ignored. The operation delay increases as the booster negative pressure decreases and increases as the operation speed of the brake operation member increases. There is a certain relationship among the operation speed of the brake operation member, the output change speed of the master cylinder, and the negative pressure of the vacuum booster. Therefore, based on the operation speed of the brake operation member and the output change speed of the master cylinder. Thus, the negative pressure of the vacuum booster can be estimated.
(18) The speed-dependent negative pressure estimator estimates that the negative pressure is larger than when the output change speed at the second reference time is large with respect to the same value of the operation speed at the first reference time as compared with a small case. The brake fluid pressure source device according to item (17), further including a reference time point speed-dependent negative pressure estimator.
The greater the negative pressure of the vacuum booster, the smaller the delay in operation of the vacuum booster, the smaller the master cylinder pressure increases with increasing operating force of the brake operating member, and if the operating speed is the same, the output change speed is When the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is large, it becomes larger than when it is small.
In reality, for example, the relationship between the predetermined operation speed at the first reference time, the output change speed at the predetermined second reference time, and the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is expressed in advance by a table or an expression. The negative pressure of the vacuum booster is estimated using the detected operation speed and output change speed and a table or expression. These tables or expressions are created so that the output change speed increases as the negative pressure increases with respect to the same operation speed.
Alternatively, by dividing the output change speed at the second reference time by the operation speed at the first reference time, a non-dimensional output gradient excluding the influence of the magnitude of the operation speed is obtained, and the value is large. It can also be estimated that the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is large.
(19) The reference time speed-dependent negative pressure estimator is more negative than when the output change speed at the second reference time with respect to the same value of the operation speed at the first reference time is small. The brake fluid pressure source device according to (18), which includes a reference point speed-dependent negative pressure value estimation unit that estimates a pressure to a large value (claim)5).
According to this aspect, the negative pressure is estimated by the value.
(20) The brake hydraulic pressure source device according to any one of (17) to (19), wherein the first reference time point and the second reference time point are the same time point in time.
(21) The brake hydraulic pressure source device according to (20), wherein the first reference time point and the second reference time point are times when the operation amount of the brake operation member has reached a predetermined reference operation amount.
(22) The brake hydraulic pressure source device according to (20), wherein the first reference time and the second reference time are times when the output of the master cylinder has reached a predetermined reference output value.
(23) The brake hydraulic pressure source device according to (20), wherein the first reference time point and the second reference time point are points when a predetermined reference time has elapsed after the operation of the brake operation member is started.
(24) The brake fluid pressure source device according to any one of (17) to (19), wherein the first reference time point and the second reference time point are different from each other in time.
In this section, the first reference time point and the second reference time point are different from each other in time, and the booster negative pressure is estimated based on the operation speed and the output change speed acquired at different times. . The table or equation for estimating the booster negative pressure described in the item (18) is configured so that the booster negative pressure is estimated according to the setting of the first and second reference time points. Even with a combination of the same operation speed and the same output change speed, the booster negative pressure is estimated to be different depending on the setting of the first and second reference time points. The same applies to the case where the booster negative pressure is estimated by obtaining the non-dimensional output gradient based on the operation speed and the output change speed, and the first and second reference time points even if the non-dimensional output gradient value is the same. Depending on the setting, the booster negative pressure is estimated to be different.
(25) The first reference time point has reached a predetermined set value, one of the operation amount of the brake operation member, the output of the master cylinder, and the elapsed time after the operation start of the brake operation member. The brake fluid pressure source device according to item (24), which is a time point.
(26) The second reference time point is a time point when the one of the manipulated variable, the output, and the elapsed time has reached a second set value different from the set value as the first set value ( The brake fluid pressure source device according to item 25).
(27) The second reference time point reaches a second set value different from the set value as the first set value, wherein one of the manipulated variable, the output, and the elapsed time is different from the set value. The brake fluid pressure source device according to item (25), at which
(28) In the brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that operates by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force.

The delay in the output of the master cylinder pressure with respect to the operation of the brake operation member increases as the negative pressure of the vacuum booster decreases, and increases as the operation speed of the brake operation member increases. There is a fixed relationship between the output delay of the master cylinder, the operating speed of the brake operating member, and the negative pressure of the vacuum booster. The operating speed of the brake operating member and the output delay of the master cylinder Based on this, the negative pressure of the vacuum booster can be estimated.
(29) When the amount of delay reaches the preset set amount of operation of the brake operation member, the output value of the master cylinder corresponding to the amount of operation in an ideal state with no delay, The brake fluid pressure source device according to item (28), which is a difference from the output value of
In addition to the mode of this section, the delay amount is obtained by time as described in, for example, section (30) or by the operation stroke of the brake operation member.
(30) The first time point when the operation amount of the brake operation member reaches the reference operation amount corresponding to the reference output value in an ideal state where there is no delay, and the actual output value becomes the reference output value. The brake fluid pressure source device according to item (28), which is an elapsed time from the reached second time point.
(31) A brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force;
A brake cylinder that is operated by the hydraulic pressure of the brake hydraulic pressure source device;
An electric control assisting device for increasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with a gradient greater than the increasing gradient corresponding to the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member after the vacuum booster reaches the assisting limit;
An electric control assist start timing determining device for determining an operation start timing of the electric control assist device based on a negative pressure at the start of operation of the vacuum booster and a rate of change in operating force of the brake operating member;
Hydraulic brake system comprising (claim)7).
If the booster negative pressure at the start of vacuum booster operation is known, the brake operating force corresponding to the assist limit of the vacuum booster can be estimated based on the booster negative pressure and the rate of change of the brake operating force. In addition, it is possible to appropriately determine the operation start timing of the electric control assist device.
In addition, as described in detail later in the section of the embodiment, a vacuum booster is used as the device for “increasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with a gradient larger than the increasing gradient corresponding to the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member”. There is what should be referred to as an electrically controlled hydraulic booster that is disposed between the cylinder and the master cylinder and drives the pressurizing piston in parallel with the vacuum booster, and this device can be called an electrically controlled assist device. On the other hand, as will be described later in the section of the embodiment, there is also a device of a type in which the hydraulic fluid supplied from the master cylinder is pressurized by the pump and supplied to the brake cylinder. It is hard to call it a device. However, from the viewpoint of the function of “increasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with a gradient larger than the increasing gradient corresponding to the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member”, this device can also be called an electric control assist device.
(32) A brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force;
A brake cylinder that is operated by the hydraulic pressure of the brake hydraulic pressure source device;

Based on the negative pressure at the start of operation of the vacuum booster and the rate of change in operating force of the brake operating member, the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with respect to the increase in operating force of the brake operating member of the electric control assisting device Servo ratio determination device for determining an electric control assist servo ratio that is an increasing gradient of
Hydraulic brake system comprising (claim)8).
If the booster negative pressure at the start of vacuum booster operation is known, the required assistance of the electric control assist device after the vacuum booster reaches the assist limit based on the booster negative pressure and the rate of change of the brake operating force The servo ratio can be determined appropriately.
(33) An electric control assist start timing determining device that determines an operation start timing of the electric control assist device based on a negative pressure of the vacuum booster and a change rate of the operating force of the brake operating member (32) Hydraulic brake system according to claim9).
According to the aspect of this section, both the effect of the aspect of (32) and the effect of the aspect of (31) can be enjoyed.
(34) A brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that is operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force;
A brake cylinder that is operated by the hydraulic pressure of the brake hydraulic pressure source device;
When the operation force of the brake operation member is greater than or equal to a predetermined set operation force and the vehicle deceleration is less than the predetermined set deceleration, the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder is set to the brake hydraulic pressure. An electric control assisting device which is higher than the case of due to the hydraulic pressure of the source device
Hydraulic brake system includingMu.
If the vehicle deceleration is less than the set deceleration even though the brake operating force is greater than or equal to the set operating force, for some reason, the brake cylinder is under insufficient fluid pressure, the brake friction material and the brake rotating body It is estimated that a friction coefficient deficiency has occurred. In that case, by increasing the assisting force of the electric control assisting device, it is possible to make up for the shortage, and it is possible to increase the utility value of the electric control assisting device.
(35) The set deceleration is a maximum deceleration that is the maximum deceleration that can be theoretically expected, and the set operating force is used for the hydraulic brake system to generate the maximum deceleration in a standard state. The hydraulic brake system according to item (34), which is a required maximum operating force, and wherein the electric control assisting device increases the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder until the maximum deceleration occurs.
On dry asphalt roads, a maximum deceleration of about 1G can be generated, and this 1G is the maximum deceleration that can theoretically be generated by the vehicle. Therefore, it is useless to make the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder higher than the maximum required hydraulic pressure corresponding to the deceleration 1G, and the maximum master cylinder pressure and the maximum brake operating force necessary to generate the maximum deceleration are the hydraulic pressure. It is determined for each brake system. However, this is the case when the entire hydraulic brake system is in the standard state. Actually, the entire hydraulic brake system is in the standard state due to the booster negative pressure, insufficient friction coefficient of the brake friction material, etc. It does not necessarily exist, and the maximum deceleration is not always obtained just because the maximum brake operation force is applied. On the other hand, if the electric control assisting device increases the master cylinder pressure to the height at which the maximum deceleration can be obtained when the maximum brake operating force is applied, the hydraulic brake system can be in any state. It is sufficient to produce maximum deceleration and is complete. When the road surface friction coefficient is low, the master cylinder pressure may be controlled by the anti-lock control device so as to match the road surface friction coefficient.
(36) A brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that operates by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force;
A brake cylinder that is operated by the hydraulic pressure of the brake hydraulic pressure source device;
An electric control assisting device for increasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with a gradient greater than the increasing gradient corresponding to the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member after the vacuum booster reaches the assisting limit;
An assisting function increasing device for enhancing the assisting characteristic of the electric control assisting device when the deceleration is insufficient with respect to the operating force of the brake operating member during the operation of the electric control assisting device;
Including hydraulic brake system.
The electric control assist device performs the assist function by changing to the vacuum booster after the vacuum booster reaches the assist limit, but in this section, the deceleration of the vehicle is insufficient for the brake operation force. If so, the assist function increasing device enhances the assist characteristic of the electric control assist device, and compensates for the lack of deceleration.
(37) A brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster that operates by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force;
A brake cylinder that is operated by the hydraulic pressure of the brake hydraulic pressure source device;
A speed-dependent negative pressure estimation unit that estimates a negative pressure of the vacuum booster based on a relationship between an operation speed of the brake operation member and an output change speed of the master cylinder;
An electric control assisting device for increasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with a gradient greater than the increasing gradient corresponding to the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member after the vacuum booster reaches the assisting limit;
An electric control assist start timing for determining an operation start timing of the electric control assist device based on the negative pressure of the vacuum booster estimated by the speed-dependent negative pressure estimation unit and the change rate of the operating force of the brake operation member Based on the negative pressure of the vacuum booster estimated by the determination device, the speed-dependent negative pressure estimator, and the rate of change of the operating force of the brake operating member, the electric control assisting device responds to an increase in the operating force of the brake operating member. At least one of a servo ratio determining device for determining an electric control assist servo ratio that is an increasing gradient of the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder;
Including hydraulic brake system.
(38) A brake hydraulic pressure source device in which the operating force of the brake operating member is boosted by a vacuum booster operated by negative pressure, and the master cylinder is driven by the boosted force;
A brake cylinder that is operated by the hydraulic pressure of the brake hydraulic pressure source device;
A delay amount-based negative pressure estimation unit that estimates the negative pressure of the vacuum booster based on the relationship between the operation speed of the brake operation member and the delay amount of the output of the master cylinder with respect to the operation of the brake operation member;
An electric control assisting device for increasing the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with a gradient greater than the increasing gradient corresponding to the increasing gradient of the operating force of the brake operating member after the vacuum booster reaches the assisting limit;
Electric control assist start for determining the operation start timing of the electric control assist device based on the negative pressure of the vacuum booster estimated by the delay amount dependent negative pressure estimation unit and the change rate of the operation force of the brake operation member Based on the negative pressure of the vacuum booster estimated by the timing determination device, the delay amount-dependent negative pressure estimation unit, and the rate of change of the operating force of the brake operating member, the operating force of the brake operating member of the electric control assisting device At least one of a servo ratio determining device for determining an electric control assist servo ratio that is an increasing gradient of the hydraulic pressure of the brake cylinder with respect to the increase;

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The hydraulic brake system shown in FIG. 1 is mounted on a four-wheeled vehicle including left and right front wheels 10 and 12 and left and right rear wheels 14 and 16. In this hydraulic brake system, the hydraulic pressure is generated in the pressurizing chamber of the master cylinder based on the depression of the brake pedal, and the pedaling force of the brake pedal is assisted by the hydraulic pressure generated separately from the master cylinder, and the anti-lock The configuration for performing the control is not disclosed yet, but is the same as the hydraulic brake system described in the specification of Japanese Patent Application No. 11-123604 relating to the application of the present applicant, and will be described briefly.

[0034]
Therefore, the next time S14 is executed, the determination is YES, and the master cylinder pressure gradient is calculated in S20. The simplest of these operations is to find the difference between two master cylinder pressures that follow each other. Since this booster negative pressure estimation routine is executed at regular intervals as part of the assist control routine, the difference between the two master cylinder pressures before and after the change is the change in the master cylinder pressure within the regular time. A quantity, a kind of master cylinder pressure gradient over time. The master cylinder pressure gradient may be calculated by a method including steps for reducing the influence of noise included in the master cylinder pressure.
[0035]
Subsequently, in S22, it is determined whether or not the master cylinder pressure gradient is increasing depending on whether or not the master cylinder pressure gradient calculated this time is larger than the master cylinder pressure gradient calculated last time. For example, in S24, the current master cylinder pressure gradient is stored in the maximum gradient memory instead of the previous master cylinder pressure gradient.
[0036]
While S10, 14, 20, 22, and 24 are repeated, the master cylinder pressure gradient starts to decrease, so the determination in S22 is NO, and it is determined in S26 whether or not the flag F2 is set to ON. However, since it is reset to OFF in S12, the determination is initially NO, and in S28, the booster negative pressure at the start of operation is estimated and the flag F2 is set to ON in S30. The flag F2 is provided so that S28 is executed only once after the master cylinder pressure gradient starts to decrease.
[0037]
The calculation of the booster negative pressure at the start of operation in S28 includes the master cylinder pressure Pmcfon at the time when the pedaling force switch is turned on acquired in S16, the maximum master cylinder pressure gradient DPmcmax after the pedaling force switch is turned on acquired in S24, and FIG. Based on the table represented by the graph. In FIG. 5, the booster negative pressure at the point corresponding to the master cylinder pressure Pmcfon and the maximum master cylinder pressure gradient DPmcmax is obtained by proportional calculation based on table data (data of four points surrounding the above point).
[0038]
Next, the assistance limit time pressure determination routine S4 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 9, the booster negative pressure at the start of operation, the maximum master cylinder pressure gradient DPmcmax, and the assist limit time pressure Pmcs, which is the master cylinder pressure at the assist limit, are obtained as described above. Each hydraulic brake system has a unique relationship. The relationship between the booster negative pressure at the start of operation and the booster negative pressure at the assist limit, and between the booster negative pressure at the assist limit and the master cylinder pressure at the same time, are unique to each hydraulic brake system. Therefore, in this embodiment, the relationship between the booster negative pressure at the start of operation, the maximum master cylinder pressure gradient DPmcmax, and the assist limit time pressure Pmcs is examined in advance, and the table is stored in the

In the booster negative pressure estimation routine, the pedaling force Fpmcon when the pressure switch is ON is acquired in S10 ', 14' and 16 ', and the maximum pedaling force gradient DFmax after the pressure switch is ON is acquired in S20', 22 'and 24'. The table used in S28 'differs from the booster negative pressure estimation routine of FIG. 8 in that the table shows the relationship between the pedaling force Fpmcon when the pressure switch is ON and the maximum pedaling force gradient DFmax shown in FIG. Subsequent to the execution of the booster negative pressure estimation routine S2 ', an assisting limit pedaling force determination routine S4' is executed. It is also possible to detect the reaching of the assisting limit by detecting a sudden increase in the pedaling force itself, that is, a sudden increase in the increasing gradient DFp (= dFp / dt) of the pedaling force.
However, based on the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient obtained by dividing the pedaling force increasing gradient DFp by the pedaling force Fp, detection of the assisting limit is further facilitated. Specifically, for example, in FIG. 18, the pedaling force Fp is detected at each set time, and the difference DFn = (Fn−Fn-1) between the pedaling forces Fn−1 and Fn detected in succession is divided by the pedaling force Fn. If the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient DFn / Fn is obtained and a sudden increase in the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient DFn / Fn is detected, it is possible to reliably detect the arrival of the force limit.
[0057]
More specifically, in FIG. 18, four non-dimensional pedaling force gradients DF1 / F1, DF2 / F2 respectively acquired at the time over the assisting limit point A, that is, at each of the time points t0 to t4 at regular intervals. , DF3 / F3, DF4 / F4,
(DF3 / F3) / (DF1 / F1)> J
(DF4 / F4) / (DF3 / F3) <K
If the two inequalities are established, the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient DF2 / F2 is the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient corresponding to the assisting limit point A, and the time point t1 or t2 is the assisting point reaching point. The pedaling force gradient DFn itself is affected by the magnitude of the booster negative pressure and the brake operation speed, but the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient DFn / Fn is hardly affected by them. Therefore, even if the threshold values J and K are set to be considerably different from each other, the above two inequalities can be reliably established in the vicinity of the assisting limit point A, and the assisting limit point A can be reliably set. It can be detected.
[0058]
The dimensionless pedal force gradient DFn / Fn is not affected by the magnitude of the booster negative pressure and brake operation speed as described above.
(DF3 / F3)-(DF1 / F1)> L
(DF4 / F4)-(DF3 / F3) <M
When the two inequality formulas are established, the non-dimensional pedaling force gradient DF2 / F2 is a non-dimensional pedaling force gradient corresponding to the assisting limit point A, and the time point t1 or t2 may be the assisting point reaching point. Is possible.
[0059]
As is apparent from the above description, in the present embodiment, the
[0060]
Still another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment as well, the reaching of the assist limit of the
[0061]
FIG. 20 shows the relationship between the pedaling force Fp and the master cylinder pressure Pmc when the booster negative pressure at the start of operation is different, and FIG. 21 shows the relationship between the elapsed time t, the pedaling force Fp, and the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt. FIG. 21 shows a state where the pedaling force Fp and the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt change due to the difference in booster negative pressure at the start of operation when the driver intends to obtain the same deceleration. As is clear from FIG. 21, when the braking operation is performed exceeding the assist limit, the change state of the pedal force change gradient dFp / dt differs depending on the magnitude of the booster negative pressure at the start of operation, and the booster negative pressure at the start of operation. The smaller the is, the larger the maximum value of the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt is.
[0062]
Therefore, for example, if the set pedaling force Fpk, which is the set value of the pedaling force Fp, is set to a magnitude in the vicinity of the pedaling force at the assisting limit, the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt when the actual pedaling force Fp reaches the setting pedaling force Fpk. The booster negative pressure at the start of operation can be estimated from the magnitude of the set pedaling force change gradient dFpk / dt. An example is shown in FIG. The illustrated example divides the magnitude of the setting pedaling force change gradient dFpk / dt into three regions, and increases the booster negative pressure at the start of operation depending on which region the actual setting pedaling force change gradient dFpk / dt belongs to. It is estimated in three small stages. Of course, the number of steps can be reduced to two, increased to four or more, and can be estimated as a continuous value. This embodiment is one of the embodiments of the second negative pressure estimation unit.
[0063]
The magnitude of the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt varies depending on the acquisition timing thereof, and in each case where the booster negative pressure at the start of operation is different with respect to a constant set pedaling force Fpk as shown in FIG. It may not be acquired as a characteristic size. In that case, for example, the engine speed at the start of braking, the throttle opening, the vehicle speed, etc. are set based on at least one of other amounts that affect the booster negative pressure before the start of operation or an appropriate combination thereof. It is desirable to automatically change the pedaling force Fpk. For example, the relationship between the throttle opening at the start of braking and the appropriate set pedaling force Fpk is examined in advance and tabulated or formulated, and the set pedaling force Fpk is automatically set based on the table or formula. To do. As an appropriate set pedaling force Fpk, for example, at each start-up booster negative pressure, the pedaling force corresponding to the maximum value of the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt and the change gradient d2Fp / dt2 of the pedaling force change gradient dFp / dt are maximized. You can choose the pedaling force of the time.
[0064]
Further, the relationship between the depression force Fp and the master cylinder pressure Pmc actually varies depending on the depression speed of the

In the above embodiment, if the entire hydraulic brake system is normal, the deceleration of the vehicle will not be insufficient. Another embodiment that compensates for the lack of deceleration when an abnormality occurs is shown in FIG. As in the embodiment of FIG. 23 described above, this embodiment loses the coordinate plane having the pedal force and vehicle deceleration as two coordinate axes in a hydraulic brake system having means for acquiring the pedal force and vehicle deceleration. The control characteristics of the hydraulic brake system are changed according to which of these three areas the coordinate points with the pedaling force and the vehicle deceleration as coordinates are divided into a recessed area, an electric control assist area and a special pressure increasing area. is there. That is, when the coordinate point is in the electric control assisting region, the above-described normal control is performed on the assumption that the entire hydraulic brake system is normal. Also, in a hydraulic brake system in which assisting control is performed by pumping hydraulic fluid from a master cylinder or reservoir and supplying it to the wheel cylinder and increasing the wheel cylinder pressure with respect to the master cylinder pressure, a pedal force sensor is used instead of the pedal force switch In addition to the master cylinder pressure sensor, a master cylinder pressure switch is provided to determine the assisting differential pressure based on the pedaling force detected by the pedaling force sensor, and the solenoid of the pressure control valve is excited based on the assisting differential pressure. You may make it perform assist control by calculating | requiring an electric current.

Still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The present embodiment is an example of a mode in which the negative pressure of the vacuum booster is estimated based on the relationship between the operation speed of the brake operation member and the output speed of the master cylinder. The hardware configuration of the hydraulic brake system of this embodiment is almost the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, and FIG. 27 shows only the electronic control unit 550 (hereinafter referred to as ECU 550). The assist control routine is based on the booster negative pressure at the start of operation estimated by the execution of the booster negative pressure estimation routine of S40 and the maximum pedal force change speed acquired by the execution of the maximum pedal force change speed acquisition routine of S42. , S46 are executed, the assisting force pedaling force and the dynamic servo ratio are determined, and the auxiliary pressurizing chamber pressure control routine of S48 is executed based on them.

Next, S56 is executed, and it is determined whether or not the flag F12 is set to ON. When the flag F12 is set to ON, the fact that the pedal force change speed dFpmck at the time when the master cylinder pressure reaches the reference master cylinder pressure is acquired is stored. However, the flag F12 is reset in S80, and the determination in S56 is Initially, the determination is NO and S58 is executed, and it is determined whether or not the master cylinder pressure Pmc has reached the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck. If the master cylinder pressure Pmc has not reached the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck, the determination in S58 is NO and S64 is executed. Then, it is determined whether or not the flag F13 is set to ON. The flag F13 is set to ON to store that the master cylinder pressure change speed dPmcFk at the time when the pedaling force F reaches the reference pedaling force Fk is acquired. However, the flag F13 is reset in S80, and the determination in S64 is made. Initially, the determination is NO and S66 is executed, and it is determined whether or not the pedal effort F has reached the reference pedal effort Fk. If the pedal effort F has not reached the standard pedal effort Fk, the determination in S66 is NO and S72 is executed to determine whether or not the flag F12 is set to ON. If the flag F12 is not set, the determination in S72 is NO and the execution of the routine ends.
[0095]
For example, if the pedal force F reaches the reference pedal force Fk dt time earlier than the master cylinder pressure Pmc reaches the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck, the determination in S66 becomes YES before the determination in S58 becomes YES. S68 is executed, and the latest master cylinder pressure change speed dPmc calculated in S54 is the master cylinder pressure change speed dPmcFk when the pedaling force F reaches the reference pedaling force Fk, and is used for estimating the booster negative pressure. The master cylinder pressure change speed dPmcFk is stored in the booster negative pressure estimation master cylinder pressure change speed memory. In S70, the flag F13 is set. However, since the flag 12 is not set, the determination in S72 is NO, the booster negative pressure is not estimated, and the execution of the routine ends.
[0096]
Thereafter, S50 to S58, S64, and S72 are repeatedly executed until the master cylinder pressure Pmc reaches the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck. If the master cylinder pressure Pmc reaches the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck, the determination in S58 is YES and S60 is executed, and the latest pedal force change speed dF calculated in S54 becomes the master cylinder pressure Pmc as the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck. Is stored in the booster negative pressure estimation pedal force change speed memory as the pedal force change speed dFpmck for estimating the booster negative pressure. The booster negative pressure estimation pedal force change speed memory and the booster negative pressure estimation master cylinder pressure change speed memory are provided in the
[0097]
If both the flags F12 and F13 are set, the determinations in S72 and S74 are both YES and S76 is executed, and the booster negative pressure is estimated. In S60 and S68, this estimation is performed in the pedal force change speed dFpmck, the master cylinder pressure change speed dPmcFk stored in the pedal force change speed memory and the master cylinder pressure change speed memory for booster negative pressure estimation, and the table stored in the

A maximum pedaling force change speed acquisition routine will be described.
First, in S90, it is determined whether or not the signal of the
[0099]
While S90 to S98 are repeated, the pedaling force change speed starts to decrease. Therefore, the determination in S94 is NO, S100 is executed, and it is determined whether the flag F14 is set to ON. The flag F14 is reset to OFF in S104 or the like, the determination in S100 is NO, S102 is executed, and the flag F14 is set.
[0100]
When the booster negative pressure is estimated in this way and the maximum pedaling force change speed is acquired in S96, S44 and S46 are executed using them, and the assisting limit pedaling force and the dynamic servo ratio are determined. It can be seen from the set of flags F11 and F14 that the booster negative pressure is estimated and the maximum pedaling force change speed is acquired. The determination of the assisting force stepping force and the dynamic servo ratio is performed in the same manner as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. In the present embodiment, these determinations are made using the maximum pedaling force change speed. The maximum pedaling force gradient shown in FIG. 16 is between the maximum pedaling force changing speed, the assisting limit pedaling force, and the booster negative pressure at the start of operation. The relationship of the same tendency as the relationship established between the pedaling force at the assisting limit and the booster negative pressure at the start of operation is established, and the relationship is examined beforehand by experiment and stored in the

In the above embodiment, when the maximum pedaling force change speed is acquired, the flag F14 may be reset only in S104. The first reference time and the second reference time may be a time when the operation amount of the brake operation member reaches a predetermined reference operation amount, or a time when the output of the master cylinder reaches a predetermined reference output value. For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 34, instead of determining whether or not the reference time has elapsed in S116, whether or not the operation amount of the brake operation member has reached a predetermined reference operation amount, It is determined whether or not the output of the master cylinder has reached a predetermined reference output value. If the output is reached, the booster negative pressure may be estimated.
[0106]
Still another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The present embodiment is an example of a mode in which the booster negative pressure is estimated based on the relationship between the operation speed of the brake operation member and the delay amount of the output of the master cylinder with respect to the operation of the brake operation member. Is acquired by acquiring a delay time which is a difference from the reference time of the time required for the master cylinder pressure to reach the reference master cylinder pressure. The hardware configuration of the hydraulic brake system of this embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 27 to 33, and the booster negative pressure estimation routine shown in FIG. 35 is stored in the

The relationship represented by the graph of FIG. 36 is established among the delay time dt, the pedaling force change speed dF, and the booster negative pressure at the start of operation. If the pedaling force F has reached the set pedaling force Fk, the determination in S156 is YES and S158 is executed, and the increase delay amount of the master cylinder pressure is acquired. If the master cylinder pressure Pmc has not reached the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck, the determination in S176 is NO and the execution of the routine ends. If the master cylinder pressure Pmc reaches the reference master cylinder pressure Pmck, the determination in S176 is YES, S178 is executed, and an operation delay stroke is acquired. The depression stroke of the
The operation delay stroke may be acquired when the pedal effort reaches the set pedal effort.
[0114]
In some of the embodiments described above, one of the detection devices for the master cylinder pressure and the pedaling force is a switch that changes its output state with a set value as a boundary. It is also possible to make both the cylinder pressure and the pedaling force detection device a sensor capable of continuously detecting both values, so that the operating state of the booster 20 (booster booster negative pressure, dynamic pressure every moment) It is possible to obtain more information regarding the servo ratio, reaching the assist limit, etc., and it is possible to perform more accurate electrical control assist. Further, the sensor can detect the detection target amount steplessly, and can naturally perform the function of a switch.
[0115]
In each of the above embodiments, the relationship between a plurality of types of amounts is tabulated. However, it is also possible to represent the relationship with a formula and obtain the target amount by calculating those formulas. is there.
[0116]
Further, when estimating the negative pressure of the vacuum booster based on the relationship between the operation speed of the brake operation member and the output change speed of the master cylinder, the first reference time point and the second reference time point are different from each other in time. In this case, when the second reference time point is reached, one of the operation amount of the brake operation member, the output of the master cylinder, and the elapsed time after the start of the operation of the brake operation member has reached a second set value different from the first set value. It may be a point in time. For example, in the booster negative pressure estimation routine of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 27 to 33, instead of determining whether or not the master cylinder pressure has reached the reference master cylinder pressure, the depression force of the
[0117]
Further, the booster negative pressure may be estimated and detected by a booster negative pressure sensor. If both estimation and detection are performed, for example, a failure of the booster negative pressure sensor can be detected due to a mismatch between the estimated value and the detected value.
In addition, when performing the control to compensate for the lack of deceleration by performing the assist control in the same manner as when the booster reaches the assist limit when the assist amount of the booster is insufficient for the operation of the brake operation member during normal braking, Instead of estimating the booster negative pressure, it may be detected by a booster negative pressure sensor.
[0118]
Furthermore, it is a two-system front and rear hydraulic brake system, in which hydraulic fluid is pumped from the master cylinder or reservoir and supplied to the wheel cylinder, and the assist control is performed by increasing the wheel cylinder pressure with respect to the master cylinder pressure. The present invention may be applied to a pressure brake system and a brake fluid pressure source device. In a diagonal two-system hydraulic brake system, an auxiliary pressurizing chamber is provided in a master cylinder, and hydraulic pressure is generated in the auxiliary pressurizing chamber. The present invention may be applied to a hydraulic brake system in which the assist control is performed by making it, and the brake hydraulic pressure source device.

As mentioned above, although some embodiment of this invention was described in detail, these are only illustrations and this invention was described in the above-mentioned section of [the subject which invention intends to solve, a problem-solving means, and an effect]. The present invention can be implemented in various forms including various modifications and improvements based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
