Description
本発明の表面処理剤は、ニッケル皮膜又はニッケル合金皮膜の表面処理剤であり、タングステン酸及び/又はその塩を主成分として含有し、リン酸及び/又はその塩を含有し、かつ6価クロム及び3価クロムを含有しない水溶液である。
基材(冷間圧延鋼板(SPCC))表面に上村工業株式会社製無電解ニッケル−リンめっき液ニムデンNDXを用いて、めっき温度90℃、pH4.60で形成したニッケル−リン合金めっき皮膜(膜厚8μm、リン含有量10質量%)を、タングステン酸(H2WO4)を0.02モル/L、亜リン酸水素二ナトリウムを表1に示される濃度で含有するNaOH水溶液でpH7.4に調整した水溶液(表面処理剤)に、温度30℃、3分間浸漬することによりニッケル−リン合金めっき皮膜を処理した。
耐食性試験は塩水噴霧試験(JIS Z 2371)を8時間行い、錆が発生していないものを良好、錆が発生したものを不良とした。
耐食性試験は塩水噴霧試験(JIS Z 2371)を8時間行い、目視により確認した。
はんだ濡れ試験機を用いて(試験条件 はんだ:Sn−3Ag−0.5Cu、温度:245±3℃、速度:1.75〜2mm/s 浸漬深さ:2mm、フラックス:タムラ化研製NA−200)はんだ濡れ時間を測定し、無処理品と同等のものを良好、無処理品より濡れ時間が長いものを不良とした。
工業用粘着テープ(住友スリーエム株式会社製 スコッチ 850−TRA)を試料に貼り、テープを90°ではがす時の接着強度を引っ張り試験機(島津製作所製 AGS−100D)で測定し、無処理品と同等の引っ張り強度のものを良好、無処理品より引っ張り強度が小さいものを不良とした。
亜リン酸水素二ナトリウムを表2に示される各種リン酸塩に変えた以外は実施例3と同様の方法で、ニッケル−リン合金めっき皮膜を処理し、得られた被処理皮膜について、参考例1と同様の方法で評価した。結果を表2に併記する。
表面処理剤を下記表3に示す水溶液に代えて処理した以外は参考例1と同様の方法でニッケル−リン合金めっき皮膜に表面処理を施した。得られた被処理皮膜を参考例1と同様の方法で評価した結果を表3に示す。
Claims (4)
- ニッケル皮膜又はニッケル−リン合金皮膜の表面処理剤であって、タングステン酸及び/又はその塩と、リン酸及び/又はその塩とをモル比で4:1〜3:2の範囲で含有し、かつ6価クロム及び3価クロムを含有しないpHが7〜8である水溶液であることを特徴とする表面処理剤。
- 上記リン酸及び/又はその塩の濃度が0.004〜0.01モル/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面処理剤。
- 上記ニッケル皮膜又はニッケル−リン合金皮膜が、電気めっき又は無電解めっきにより形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の表面処理剤。
- 請求項1、2又は3記載の表面処理剤を用いてニッケル皮膜又はニッケル−リン合金皮膜を表面処理することを特徴とする表面処理方法。
