Description
本発明の他の課題は、油圧アクチュエータの負荷による影響を低減する流量制御弁を提供することにある。
本発明のさらに他の課題は、油圧アクチュエータの動作のハンチングを低減する流量制御弁を提供することにある。
本発明のさらに他の課題は、油圧アクチュエータの動作のショックを低減する流量制御弁を提供することにある。
本発明のさらに他の課題は、フォークの操作性の向上を図るフォークリフトを提供することにある。
なお、スプール32は、他の移動機構により移動する他のスプールに置換されることもできる。そのスプールの移動機構としては、電気油圧パイロット式機構が例示される。その電気油圧パイロット式機構は、ポテンショとソレノイドバルブとをさらに備えている。そのポテンショは、作業者が操作するレバーの操作量を検知して、その操作量に応じた電流を直接そのソレノイドバルブに出力し、または、その電流を図示されていない制御装置を介してそのソレノイドバルブに出力する。そのソレノイドバルブは、その電流に応じたパイロット圧の作動油を発生させる。方向切換弁2のスプール32は、そのパイロット圧の作動油により押されて直接操作される。
圧力室44の作動油は、その油圧でスプール42を方向Aに押している。すなわち、スプール42は、圧力室44の油圧がスプリング43により設定される設定圧より大きいときに、方向Aに移動する。

Claims (4)
- 補償圧管路の圧力が設定圧より小さいときに負荷圧管路と前記補償圧管路とをつなぐ可変オリフィスの開口面積を広げ、前記補償圧管路の圧力が前記設定圧より大きいときに前記可変オリフィスの開口面積を絞る圧力補償弁と、
前記補償圧管路の作動流体をドレンするメータアウト側動作と、前記補償圧管路の作動流体をドレンしない中立動作とに外部操作により切り換えられる切換弁と、
前記補償圧管路の圧力が他の設定圧より大きいときに前記補償圧管路の作動流体をドレンし、前記補償圧管路の圧力が前記他の設定圧より小さいときに前記補償圧管路の作動流体をドレンしないリリーフバルブとを具備し、
前記負荷圧管路は、アクチュエータに供給される作動流体を導き、
前記切換弁は、前記アクチュエータを駆動するために作動流体を前記負荷圧管路に供給するメータイン側動作に更に前記外部操作により切り換えられ、
前記リリーフバルブは、前記切換弁が前記メータイン側動作のときに、前記補償圧管路に接続されない
流量制御弁。 - 請求項1において、
前記切換弁は、第1スプール室と前記第1スプール室に摺動可能に挿入される第1スプールとから形成され、
前記リリーフバルブは、前記第1スプールに形成される第2スプール室と前記第2スプール室に摺動可能に挿入される第2スプールとから形成される
流量制御弁。 - 請求項1において、
前記切換弁が前記中立動作および前記メータアウト側動作のときに前記補償圧管路を前記リリーフバルブに接続し、前記切換弁が前記メータイン側動作のときに前記補償圧管路を前記リリーフバルブに接続しない他の切換弁
を更に具備する流量制御弁。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の流量制御弁と、
前記アクチュエータ
とを具備するフォークリフト。
