Description
水素化処理された潤滑基油−I((株)韓国ウルトラケムテック製造社、S−3300、Cas No.64741−88−44)40重量%および水素化処理された潤滑基油−II((株)韓国ウルトラケムテック製造社、S−9500、Cas No.64742−65−0)35重量%の混合潤滑基油に流動点降下剤((株)韓国ウルトラケムテック製造社、塩素化パラフィンとフェノールの縮合物、Cas No.N/A)と粘度指数向上剤((株)韓国ウルトラケムテック製造社、オレフィン共重合体、Cas No.N/A)を1:1の重量比で混合し、25重量%を合成してパラフィン系粘弾性合成オイルを製造した。パラフィン系粘弾性合成オイルの流動点は−60℃であり、粘度指数(25℃)は200cpであり、引火点は265℃であった。
約70dmmの針入度を持つアスファルトであるスーパーパルト(SK精油)55重量%に、製造例1から得たパラフィン系粘弾性合成オイル10重量%を加えて約150℃〜180℃で約30分間攪拌し、スチレン系ブロック共重合体10重量%、廃タイヤゴム粉末10重量%、無機充填剤10重量%、安定剤および酸化防止剤5重量%を加えて約180℃の温度で約600rpmで3時間攪拌し、均一化させて加熱式アスファルト系塗膜防水材組成物を得た。
基層1から異物を除去した後、滑らかな表面を得るために基層に下塗り剤(プライマー)をm2当たり0.2L程度ずつ舗設し、硬化させて下塗り層2を積層した。製造例1および2で製造された加熱式アスファルト系塗膜防水材組成物を2mmの厚さに均一に舗設し、間接加熱方式によって200℃に維持しながら加熱して塗膜層3を得た。

Claims (9)
- 基層から異物を除去した後、滑らかな表面を得るために前記基層に下塗り剤を舗設し、硬化させる段階と、
加熱式アスファルト系塗膜防水材の組成物を均一に舗設し、間接加熱方式によって前記組成物を180〜200℃で加熱する段階と、
前記組成物が硬化する前に、大鋸屑を舗設する段階と、
前記大鋸屑上に上塗り剤を舗設し、硬化させた後、アスファルトまたはコンクリートの舗装材を舗設する段階とを含むことを特徴とする、建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。 - 前記加熱式アスファルト系塗膜防水材組成物の舗設厚さが2〜4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。
- 前記大鋸屑の舗設厚さが0.5〜4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。
- 前記加熱式アスファルト系塗膜防水材組成物は、アスファルト20〜70重量%;スチレン系ブロック共重合体1〜30重量%;水素化処理された潤滑基油70〜80重量%に、流動点降下剤および粘度指数向上剤からなる添加剤20〜30重量%を合成させて得られる合成オイルであって、−60℃の流動点、200cpの粘度指数(25℃)、250℃以上の引火点を有するパラフィン系粘弾性合成オイル0.5〜30重量%;廃タイヤゴム粉末5〜20重量%;および無機充填剤10〜50重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。
- 前記流動点降下剤は、塩素化パラフィンとナフタレンの縮合物、塩素化パラフィンとフェノールの縮合物、ポリアルキルメタクリレート、フェノールとパラフィンの縮合物およびパラフィンとフタル酸の縮合物よりなる群から1つまたはそれ以上選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。
- 前記粘度指数向上剤は、ポリ−イソ−ブチレン、オレフィン共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、スチレン−マレイン酸エステル共重合体およびポリ−メタクリレートよりなる群から1つまたはそれ以上選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。

- 前記無機充填剤は、タルク、シリカ、ドロマイト、水酸化マグネシウム、石粉および製鋼スラグよりなる群から1つまたはそれ以上選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の建築物用又は橋面用アスファルト系塗膜防水材の施工方法。
