Description
【0001】
【0036】
【0047】
【0065】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for supplying wash water from a wash water tank apparatus to a toilet bowl.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A flush toilet device normally includes a wash water tank device for storing wash water and a toilet. FIG. 19 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a conventional cleaning
[0003]
As shown in the figure, a washing
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the toilet device, in order to discharge the filth in the toilet, it is preferable to supply flush water to the toilet vigorously. That is, in the toilet device, it is preferable to increase the flow rate per unit time of the wash water discharged from the wash water tank device.
[0005]
For this reason, conventionally, the flow rate per unit time of the cleaning water has been increased by increasing the opening area of the drain outlet. However, when the opening area of the
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems in the prior art, and is based on the unit time of the wash water supplied to the toilet while keeping the opening area of the drain of the wash water tank device relatively small. It aims at providing the technique which can make the flow volume of this comparatively large.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
In order to solve at least a part of the above-described problems, a first device of the present invention is a washing water guide provided at a drain of a washing water tank device that stores washing water for washing a toilet.
An inlet for allowing the cleaning water discharged from the cleaning water tank device to flow in;
An outlet for draining the influent wash water;
A side wall forming a flow path for guiding wash water from the inlet to the outlet;
With
The cross-sectional area of the outlet is set larger than the cross-sectional area of the inlet,
The cross-sectional area of the flow path changes continuously from the inlet to the outlet.
[0008]
If the washing water is discharged from the washing water tank apparatus using such a washing water guide, the washing water supplied to the toilet unit per unit time can be maintained while keeping the opening area of the drain of the washing water tank apparatus relatively small. It is possible to relatively increase the flow rate.
[0009]
In the above washing water guide,
It is preferable that the cross-sectional area of the flow path monotonously increases from the inlet to the outlet.
[0010]
If such a washing water guide is used, it is possible to prevent the washing water from being separated in the flow path, so that the opening area of the drain port of the washing water tank device is kept relatively small and is supplied to the toilet. It is possible to relatively increase the flow rate of cleaning water per unit time.
[0011]
Alternatively, in the above washing water guide,
The flow path may have a throttle portion.
[0012]
Even if such a washing water guide is used, it is possible to prevent the washing water from being separated in the flow path, so that the opening area of the drain port of the washing water tank device is kept relatively small and is supplied to the toilet. It becomes possible to make the flow rate per unit time of the cleaning water relatively large.
[0013]
In the above washing water guide,
The length of the channel may be set smaller than the width of the inlet.
[0014]
When such a cleaning water guide is used, since the cleaning water flows out before the cleaning water is peeled off in the flow path, the cleaning water in the flow path can be prevented from being peeled off.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the above washing water guide,
You may make it provide the at least 1 division member for dividing | segmenting the wash water which flows in in the said wash water guide, and forming a some division | segmentation flow path.
[0016]
If such a cleaning water guide is used, the cleaning water flowing into the cleaning water guide can be circulated through the side wall, so that it is possible to prevent separation of the cleaning water in the flow path.
[0017]
In the above washing water guide,
The division member may include a cylindrical member.
[0018]
In the above washing water guide,
The dividing member may include a plate member.
[0019]
If a cylindrical member or a plate-like member is used, it is possible to easily prevent the cleaning water from peeling off in the flow path.
[0020]
In the above washing water guide,
The washing water guide is preferably formed of a flexible material.
[0021]
If the washing water guide is flexible in this way, when the washing water guide is attached to the washing water tank device, it is only necessary to fit the washing water guide into the drain outlet, and other mounting devices are omitted. be able to.
[0022]
In the above washing water guide,
The center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape of the inlet and the center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape of the outlet may be eccentric.
[0023]
If this cleaning water guide is used, it becomes possible to efficiently flow out the cleaning water in a predetermined direction corresponding to the direction of displacement of each center of gravity.
[0024]
Furthermore, in the above washing water guide,
You may make it have the protrusion part which goes around in the side wall from the said inflow port to the said outflow port.
[0025]
By providing such a circulating protrusion on the washing water guide, it is possible to seal well between the washing water tank device and the washing water guide, so that the washing water is supplied from the washing water tank device to the toilet without leakage. It becomes easy.
[0026]
Furthermore, in the above washing water guide,
You may make it equip the said inflow port with the valve for opening and closing the said inflow port.
[0027]
In this way, a valve for opening and closing the drain of the cleaning water tank device can be omitted.
[0028]
A second device of the present invention is a washing water tank device for supplying washing water to a toilet bowl,
A tank for storing wash water,
A drain for discharging the wash water from the tank;
A valve for opening and closing the drain;
The washing water guide according to any one of the above, connected to the drain port,
It is characterized by providing.
[0029]
If this washing water tank apparatus is used, the flow rate per unit time of the washing water discharged can be made relatively large while keeping the opening area of the drain outlet relatively small. Moreover, since it is not necessary to prepare a washing water guide separately, a toilet device can be easily assembled only by preparing a toilet bowl.
[0030]
A third device of the present invention is a toilet using wash water supplied from a drain port of a wash water tank device for storing wash water,
A ball part for receiving filth,
The washing water guide according to any one of the above, connected to the drain port,
A cleaning water supply unit for receiving the cleaning water supplied through the cleaning water guide and supplying the cleaning water to the ball unit;
A cleaning water discharge part for discharging cleaning water together with filth from the ball part;
It is characterized by providing.
[0031]
By using this toilet, it is possible to make the flow rate per unit time of the wash water supplied to the toilet relatively large while keeping the opening area of the drain of the separately prepared wash water tank device relatively small. Become. Moreover, since it is not necessary to prepare a separate wash water guide, the toilet device can be easily assembled only by preparing the wash water tank device.
[0032]
A fourth device of the present invention is a toilet device,
A cleaning water tank device for storing cleaning water;
Toilet bowl,
The cleaning water guide according to any one of the above, for supplying cleaning water from the cleaning water tank device to the toilet,
With
The washing water tank device is
A tank for storing wash water,
A drain for discharging the wash water from the tank;
A valve for opening and closing the drain;
With
The toilet is
A ball part for receiving filth,
A cleaning water supply unit for receiving the cleaning water supplied through the cleaning water guide and supplying the cleaning water to the ball unit;
A cleaning water discharge part for discharging cleaning water together with filth from the ball part;
It is characterized by providing.
[0033]
By using this toilet device, the flow rate per unit time of the wash water supplied to the toilet can be made relatively large while keeping the opening area of the drain of the wash water tank device relatively small.

In this way, it is possible to prevent the cleaning water from peeling off in the flow path.
[0082]
FIGS. 12 and 13 are explanatory views showing cleaning water guides 330 and 340 each having a plurality of divided flow paths.

The cleaning
[0086]
As described above, if the cleaning water flowing into the cleaning water guide is divided using a dividing member such as the cylindrical member 335 (FIG. 12) or the plate-shaped member 345 (FIG. 13), the cleaning water is flown in the flow path. Can be easily prevented, and the flow paths of the cleaning water guides 330 and 340 can be filled with the cleaning water. Thereby, it becomes possible to reliably supply more washing water from the washing
[0087]
C. Third embodiment:
In the cleaning water guides 300, 310, 320, 330, and 340 (FIGS. 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13) of the first and second embodiments, the center of gravity and the outlet of the cross-sectional shape of the inlet are used. Although the center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape substantially coincides with each other, the centers of gravity do not have to coincide with each other. In this specification, “the center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape of the inlet and the center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape of the outlet are substantially the same” means that the cross-sectional shape of the inlet and the cross-sectional shape of the outlet are in the vertical direction. This means that the positions of the center of gravity are almost the same when viewed from above.

In this way, if a cleaning water guide is used in which the center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape of the inlet and the center of gravity of the cross-sectional shape of the outlet are decentered, the cleaning water that has flowed into the cleaning water guide has a predetermined direction corresponding to the direction of deviation of the center of gravity. It is possible to make it flow efficiently.

(2) In the above embodiment, the inlet and outlet of the cleaning water guide are set so as to be substantially parallel to each other. For example, even if the inlet is set obliquely with respect to the flow path Good. In this case, the opening area of the inlet is increased, but the cross-sectional area of the inlet does not change. That is, the “cross-sectional area” in the present specification means an area of a cross section that is substantially perpendicular to the flow direction of washing water (vertically downward direction in the above embodiment).
