BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flush toilet, and more specifically, a bowl portion for receiving filth, a connection path connected to a discharge port formed at the bottom of the bowl section, communicating with the connection path, and upward from the communication position The pot portion, the connection path and the stored water stored in the rise passage form a sealed water, and with the supply of washing water to the pot portion, from the discharge port The present invention relates to a flush toilet that feeds water into the connection path and the ascending path, which are flow paths, and guides water and filth that have passed through the ascending path to the lower position where the drain pipe is located.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are two types of toilet cleaning methods: wash-off and siphon. Here, the wash-off type refers to a method in which filth excreted in the bowl of the toilet bowl is washed away only by the water intensity of the wash water, and the siphon type refers to the direction of flow that occurs when the drainage of the wash water is full. A method to wash away filth using the pulling power. Hereinafter, the action in which such a pulling force is generated is referred to as a siphon action.
[0003]
In order to generate the siphon action, the drainage channel of the siphon-type toilet is formed of an ascending channel extending obliquely upward from the bottom of the inner surface of the toilet and a descending channel bent downward from the ascending channel. Conventionally, this ascending path has been formed such that the cross-sectional area of the channel gradually becomes narrower as it rises from the entrance of the ascending path. This is because the filth in the toilet bowl is surely guided to the drainage channel by widening the cross-sectional area near the entrance of the ascending channel, and the cross-sectional area after the entrance is narrowed so This was to make the ascending road full with time and to cause siphon action quickly and reliably.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the toilet is provided with a sealing water at a predetermined height, and a part of this sealing water is stored in the ascending path as stored water. Therefore, when the flow path near the entrance of the ascending path is formed with a wide cross-sectional area, there is a problem that the amount of water stored in the ascending path increases and water saving cannot be achieved in the siphon toilet.
[0005]
With respect to this point, if the flow passage cross-sectional area of the entire ascending channel gradually narrowed toward the bent portion is narrowed to such an extent that no filth is blocked, the amount of accumulated water in the ascending channel decreases. However, if the cross-sectional area of the flow path is reduced, the flow rate of the washing water flowing through the ascending path is increased. For this reason, the loss of pressure in the ascending path increases and the washing water becomes difficult to flow. As a result, another problem that a stable siphon action cannot be maintained is caused.
[0006]
Further, since the flow rates of the cleaning water flowing through the ascending path are different between the inlet and the outlet of the channel, the cleaning waters interfere with each other in the ascending path, and the flow of the cleaning water is disturbed. When the filth is pushed away by such turbulent flow, the filth frequently contacts the inner wall of the narrow ascending path. As a result, there is a concern that the filth is not guided to the descending path and is blocked in the ascending path.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention adopts the following configuration for the purpose of solving the above problems and causing a stable siphon action with a small amount of water.
[0011]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
First of the present inventiononeSanitary washing equipment
A bowl receiving filth,
A connection path connected to a discharge port formed at the bottom of the bowl,
A rising path communicating with the connection path and extending upward from the communication position;
A descent path that is continuous with the ascending path and extends downward from the end of the ascending path and where the drain pipe is located;
Forming sealed water with the stored water stored in the bowl part, the connection path and the ascending path, and with the supply of washing water to the bowl part, the connection path which is a flow path from the discharge port and the In a siphon type flush toilet that guides the water and filth from the ascending path to the descending path by using the siphon action that is caused by sending water to the ascending path and sending the water.
The lower cross-sectional shape of the flow path of the connection path and the ascending path is a semicircular shape, the cross-sectional shape of the upper side of the flow path is a rectangular shape,
The cross-sectional shape of the flow path at the end of the ascending path is circular,
And the cross-sectional areas of the connecting path and the rising path are formed substantially the same. This is the gist.
[0012]
According to the siphon type flush toilet of the present invention, the connecting path connected to the outlet of the bowl portion and the rising path extending upward from the communication position of the connecting path are formed in substantially the same cross-sectional area. To do. Therefore, since the connection path does not take a particularly large cross-sectional area in the vicinity of the communication position with the pot portion, the amount of stored water that accumulates in the connection path and the ascending path in the vicinity of the communication position with the connection path is smaller than before. .
[0013]
Moreover, since the ascending path has substantially the same cross-sectional area, the speed of water passing through the ascending path as the bowl is washed does not change greatly in the process of passing through the ascending path. Therefore, the pressure loss of water in the ascending path can be kept small, and the occurrence of turbulence can be suppressed. As a result, the siphon action can be stably generated even if only a small amount of water is used compared to the conventional case, and the filth collected in the bowl portion can be reliably drawn to the descending path.
[0014]
If the cross-sectional shape of the flow path of the ascending path is different depending on the position of the ascending path, a flow path with less pressure loss and turbulence can be realized corresponding to the velocity distribution of water and filth in the ascending path. be able to.
[0015]
It is also preferable to provide a turning restraining means for restraining turning of water flowing in the ascending path. In this way, no complicated movement direction is given to the filth having various specific gravities and shapes based on the swirling of the water in the ascending path. Can be prevented. The secondary flow with a swirling component that tends to occur inside the flow path bent to ensure sealed water and the swirling flow generated on the ball surface can be suppressed inside the trap, so pressure loss can be reduced, It is suitable for washing filth with a small amount of washing water.
[0016]
In order to suppress this turning, the shape of the flow path of the ascending path may be configured to be non-circular so as to prevent smooth turning of water. In addition, the shape of the cross section of the flow path of the ascending path is unpaired with respect to one axis.NameIf it forms in a shape, generation | occurrence | production of the swirl | vortex flow along a flow path can be prevented. In this case, the upper side and the lower side of the cross section of the channel of the ascending path are not opposed to each other.NameYou may form in this shape. If the shape of the ascending path is configured to be non-circular, it is possible to obtain a high turning suppression effect while having a very simple structure, and to reliably prevent clogging of filth.
[0017]
Furthermore, if the inner wall in the outward direction of the bend is formed to have a smaller radius of curvature than the inner wall in the inner direction of the bend, the high-speed water is generated. It is possible to prevent turning on the flowing side, and the certainty of turning prevention can be improved.
[0018]
Moreover, if it is set as the structure provided with the rotation provision means which provides rotation to water in a bowl part, the necessity to remove rotation increases further and is suitable.
[0019]
Furthermore, it is good also as a structure which provides the step part which protrudes in the outer side direction of a toilet bowl in the position above the height of the sealing water of the inner wall of a bowl part. By providing such a step portion, the volume of the pot portion is reduced. Therefore, the amount of water to which turning is imparted is reduced, and the turning force generated in the bowl portion can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to easily and reliably prevent the water from turning in the ascending path.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the function of discharging filth among the three basic functions can be further improved while using a small amount of washing water. In this embodiment, the amount of washing water used is set to a value of 5.8 liters for large washing, but this value may be a value of 4 liters to 7 liters. If it is a value of 7 liters or less, it becomes possible to aim at water saving rather than the conventional toilet bowl.
[0088]
In addition, when a pump is connected to the washing tank and the water pressurized by the pump is supplied to the toilet, the amount of washing water used can be reduced to about 3 liters by large washing. In addition, when the wash

[0090]
For example, the present invention can also be applied to a toilet such as a siphon-type toilet or a siphon-vortex-type toilet that does not eject wash water from the jet hole. These toilets also have a bent portion formed by an ascending path and a descending path, as in the siphon-jet toilet, and a siphon action is generated by filling the bent portion with water. Therefore, the siphon action can be reliably realized with a small amount of water by making the cross-sectional area of the drain pipe rising toward the bent portion uniform.
[0091]
Further, the present invention can be applied even to a flush toilet that does not use the pulling force of siphon action. That is, in the flush toilet, as in the siphon-type toilet, a rising path is provided, and the height of the sealed water is determined by the height below the inner wall of the pipeline of the rising path at the highest position. Accordingly, even in the flush toilet, sealed water is stored in the ball portion and the ascending path.
[0092]
For this reason, if the cross-sectional area of the inlet of the ascending path is the same narrow cross-sectional area as the outlet of the ascending pipe, the speed of water in the ascending path can be suppressed. can do. Therefore, filth does not return without exceeding the weir near the outlet of the riser pipe. In particular, when the toilet bowl is washed with the stored water in the
