Description
本発明の第3は、上記第1又は第2の発明において、前記カットバルブの接続管部と前記管継手の接続管部とを直線で結ぶ長さaを100%としたとき、前記樹脂チューブが105〜180%の長さで形成されている燃料タンクの燃料蒸気配管構造を提供するものである。
カットバルブ10は、ほぼ円筒状の弁ケース11と、該弁ケース11の下面の開口部を閉塞するキャップ12と、弁ケース11の上面の開口部を閉塞する差込片13とで構成される。

カットバルブ10及び管継手20を燃料タンク70に取付ける前に、燃料タンク70内の上壁には、前記金属ブラケット50、60を、スポット溶接等の手段によって、前記角度θに応じた角度で取付けておく。

Claims (3)
- 燃料タンク内の燃料蒸気を通過させると共に、燃料の液面が上昇したときには通路を遮断する複数のカットバルブと、これらのカットバルブに接続されて前記燃料蒸気をキャニスターに送る配管に連通させる管継手と、前記カットバルブと前記管継手とを接続する樹脂チューブとを有する燃料タンクの燃料蒸気配管構造において、
前記樹脂チューブの長さを前記カットバルブの接続管部と前記管継手の接続管部とを直線で結ぶ長さよりも長くし、前記カットバルブの接続管部を、前記カットバルブの中心と前記管継手の中心とを結ぶ直線に対して水平方向に所定角度でずらして配置することにより、前記樹脂チューブを湾曲させて配管したことを特徴とする燃料タンクの燃料蒸気配管構造。 - 前記カットバルブは前記管継手に対して対向する位置に一対設けられており、
前記カットバルブはそれぞれ接続管部を有し、前記管継手は対向する方向に延出された少なくとも一対の接続管部を有しており、
前記カットバルブの接続管部を、前記カットバルブの中心と前記管継手の中心とを結ぶ直線に対して水平方向に所定角度でそれぞれ反対方向にずらして配置すると共に、前記管継手の接続管部を、前記カットバルブの中心と前記管継手の中心とを結ぶ直線に対して、水平方向にかつ接続すべきカットバルブの接続管部と同じ方向に所定角度でずらし、対応する前記カットバルブの接続管部と前記管継手の接続管部とを前記樹脂チューブでそれぞれ接続し、前記樹脂チューブを、前記カットバルブの中心と前記管継手の中心とを結ぶ直線に対して、それぞれ反対方向に湾曲させて配管した請求項1記載の燃料タンクの燃料蒸気配管構造。 - 前記カットバルブの接続管部と前記管継手の接続管部とを直線で結ぶ長さaを100%としたとき、前記樹脂チューブが105〜180%の長さで形成されている請求項1又は2記載の燃料タンクの燃料蒸気配管構造。
