Claims (6)
- 製紙用パルプを製造するための精砕機におけるステータとロータとの間の距離を測定するためのトランスデューサ装置(7)であって、磁気タイプのトランスデューサ(10)を含むトランスデューサ装置において、前記トランスデューサ(10)がリラクタンス原理によって作動しかつ磁性材料のチューブ状のケーシング(17)を有し、該ケーシングの一端に、前記ケーシング内の測定用巻き線(19−21)と相互作用する磁性材料の測定用極(15)が、該ケーシングの端部を密封する非磁性材料のホルダ(16)によって固定されており、該ホルダー(16)は第1の部分(22)と第2の部分(23)を備えて構成され、その第1の部分(22)は軸線方向に前記ケーシング(17)を越えて延在し、前記ホルダの第一の部分(22)が前記ケーシング(17)の端部に接続されて少なくとも部分的に前記端部を覆っていて、前記トランスデューサを使用している間、前記第一の部分(22)と前記測定用極(15)は軸線方向の長さが短くなるまで磨耗して、前記ケーシングの長さを維持しうるようにされていることを特徴とするトランスデューサ装置。
- 前記ホルダが前記ケーシングの少なくとも端部において前記ケーシングの外径に対応する直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスデューサ装置。
- 前記ホルダの第一の部分(22)がその全長に亘り前記ケーシング(17)の形状と同じ外形を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のトランスデューサ装置。
- 前記第二の部分(23)を備えた前記ホルダ(16)が前記ケーシング中へ延在し、前記第二の部分が前記ケーシングの内径に対応する直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のトランスデューサ装置。
- 前記ホルダ(16)とケーシング(17)とが、前記トランスデューサの外周面に配置された継ぎ目(24)で、溶接継ぎ目が有利である、継ぎ目によって相互に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のトランスデューサ装置。
- 前記継ぎ目(24)の各側に、周方向の溝(25,26)が配置されており、一方の溝(25)は前記ホルダ(16)に、他方の溝(26)は前記ケーシング(17)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5項に記載のトランスデューサ装置。
