BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an accumulator fuel injection device that accumulates high-pressure fuel pressurized by a high-pressure supply pump on a common rail and injects the high-pressure fuel accumulated on the common rail from an injector to an engine. The present invention relates to an electronically controlled fuel injection device that calculates and determines an appropriate command injection amount and command injection timing for obtaining optimum engine combustion according to a load by electronic control.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, from the viewpoint of tightening regulations on exhaust gas from diesel engines, protecting the global environment, and improving the operability of diesel engines, the fuel pumped from the fuel tank by the low-pressure supply pump is pressurized by the high-pressure supply pump, and the common rail is a pressure accumulation chamber. Is accumulated in the combustion chamber of each cylinder of the diesel engine at the proper injection amount and injection timing by energizing or stopping energization of the solenoid valve of each injector installed at the tip of the branch pipe branched from the common rail. Common rail fuel injection devices capable of injecting high-pressure fuel have come to be used.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the common rail fuel injection device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-258160 has an accelerator opening as an engine load detected by an engine load sensor: ACCP and an engine speed sensor. A command injection amount: QFIN is calculated using a two-
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the injection pressure supplied to the combustion chamber of each cylinder of the diesel engine is such that the high-pressure fuel pressurized by the high-pressure supply pump is accumulated in the common rail. Accelerator opening as load: ACCP and engine rotation speed: When NE increases, command injection pressure: When PFIN is changed, the actual common rail pressure: PC will follow the command injection pressure: PFIN to some extent Need time.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, during acceleration, when the accelerator opening: ACCP increases, the actual common rail pressure: PC (indicated by a broken line in FIG. 3) is changed to the command injection pressure: PFIN (indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 3). The actual common rail pressure: PC becomes a value smaller than the command injection pressure: PFIN until the value coincides with (shown).
[0005]
On the other hand, as the accelerator opening: ACCP increases, the command injection amount: QFIN also increases as shown by the broken line as shown in FIG. Then, the fuel injection control device controls the solenoid valve of the injector so that the fuel is injected from the injector into the combustion chamber of each cylinder of the diesel engine at a fuel amount corresponding to the command injection amount: QFIN.
Therefore, the injection period of the injector is set based on the actual common rail pressure: PC that has not reached the command injection pressure: PFIN so as to be injected at the command injection amount: QFIN. That is, the injection period is controlled to be excessive.
Moreover, the command injection timing: TFIN is determined from the command injection amount: QFIN and the engine speed: NE as described above. Therefore, the calculation of the command injection timing is not calculated based on information on the actual common rail pressure that is delayed following the command injection pressure during acceleration or the like.
[0006]
When the fuel is injected from the injector in such a situation, when the common rail pressure is the required pressure (that is, the command injection pressure: PFIN), specifically, in terms of the injection rate, the command is given at the command injection timing: TFIN. Injection quantity: When QFIN is injected, the injection rate waveform is as shown by the solid line in the upper part of FIG. On the other hand, when the command injection pressure: QFIN is injected at the command injection timing: TFIN when the command common injection pressure: PFIN is lower than the command injection pressure: PFIN, as shown by the broken line at the bottom of FIG. Command injection amount at pressure: Compared to the injection rate of QFIN, the injection period is extended.
As described above, when the actual common rail pressure: PC delays following the command injection pressure: PFIN during acceleration, if the injection period becomes excessive, the optimum combustion period of the diesel engine is exceeded and fuel is injected into the combustion chamber. Will be. Therefore, there is a problem that unburned gas increases in the exhaust gas of the diesel engine, the black smoke concentration (smoke emission) increases, and the exhaust gas performance of the diesel engine deteriorates.
[0007]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the conventional injection amount control or injection timing control, and perform the injection amount control or injection timing control according to the actual injection pressure, so that the command injection pressure changes during the transition. Accumulated fuel that can suppress the increase in the black smoke concentration in the exhaust gas of the engine due to the delay in following the actual injection pressure with respect to the commanded injection pressure, and can suppress the deterioration of the exhaust gas performance of the engine It is in providing an injection device. It is another object of the present invention to provide a pressure accumulation type fuel injection device capable of enhancing the followability or responsiveness of the actual injection pressure with respect to the command injection pressure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first and third aspects of the present invention, the detected injection pressure detected by the injection pressure detecting means and the rotation speed detecting means are detected during the transition, that is, when the actual injection pressure follows the commanded injection pressure. By restricting the command injection amount below the guard injection amount calculated by the control parameter of the detected engine rotation speed, the injection amount supplied to the engine from the injector is reduced compared to the conventional method. The amount of fuel to be discharged can be reduced, and the followability and responsiveness of the actual injection pressure with respect to the command injection pressure can be improved by the amount of decrease in the fuel amount. As a result, the black smoke concentration in the exhaust gas of the engine can be reduced even when the follow-up of the actual injection pressure with respect to the command injection pressure is delayed.
[0009]
According to the second and fourth aspects of the present invention, the command injection amount calculated by the command injection amount calculation means and the injection pressure detection means at the time of transition, that is, at the time of delay in following the actual injection pressure with respect to the command injection pressure. By calculating the command injection timing based on the control parameter of the detected injection pressure detected at the engine speed and the engine rotation speed detected by the rotation speed detection means, the injection timing supplied to the engine from the injector is higher than in the prior art. Advance or retard. As a result, even when the follow-up of the injection pressure with respect to the command injection pressure is delayed, it is possible to control to the optimal injection timing and to suppress the deterioration of the exhaust gas performance of the engine.

[Control Method of Embodiment]
Next, a control method for the common rail fuel injection device according to the present embodiment will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. Here, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a control method of the common rail fuel injection device.
[0018]
First, a crank angle (pulse) signal is input from the
[0019]
Further, a guard injection amount: Qguard is calculated based on a two-
[0020]
Next, the command injection pressure: PFIN is calculated based on the two-
[0021]
Also, an injection period (injector energization period) from an injection start timing to an injection end timing (injector energization end timing) based on a two-dimensional map (not shown) with command injection amount: QFIN and actual common rail pressure: PC as control parameters ) Is calculated. Further, the discharge amount of the high-pressure supply pump 6 is calculated based on the pressure deviation between the command injection pressure: PFIN and the actual common rail pressure: PC. Then, a control signal (injector drive current) is supplied to the injection control
[0022]
[Features of the embodiment]
As described above, in the common rail fuel injection device, the control signal is output to the injection pressure control
[0023]
For this reason, during the acceleration, the injection period calculated based on the current actual common rail pressure: PC (command injection pressure: smaller than PFIN) so that the calculated command injection amount: QFIN is obtained, as described above. Compared to the required pressure shown in the upper part of 4 (that is, the command injection pressure: PFIN), it becomes excessive as shown by the broken line in the lower part of FIG. Therefore, the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber beyond the optimal combustion period of the diesel engine, so there is more unburned gas in the exhaust gas of the diesel engine and the black smoke concentration (smoke emission) increases. As a result, the exhaust gas performance of the diesel engine deteriorates.
[0024]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the command injection amount: Qrequest, the actual common rail pressure: PC, and the engine rotational speed: NE calculated by the two-
[0025]
Further, the amount of injection supplied from each
[0026]
In the present embodiment, the command injection timing: TFIN2 calculated from the two-
[0027]
Note that TFIN2 in the map is set so as to decrease as the actual common rail pressure: PC increases at the same engine speed: NE and command injection amount: QFIN. Since the command injection timing: TFIN2 is set in the two-
[0028]
Specifically, as described above, the two-
[0029]
In this way, the command injection timing: TFIN2 is advanced based on the actual common rail pressure: PC and set to the optimal injection timing, so that the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber beyond the optimal combustion period of the
Note that the two-
[0030]
Here, at the time of deceleration, contrary to the acceleration, a follow-up delay in which the actual common rail pressure: PC increases with respect to the command injection pressure: PFIN. In this case, the command injection pressure: PFIN Large actual common rail pressure: Based on PC, the injection period is calculated to be shorter.
When the fuel is injected in the short injection period at the command injection timing: TFIN determined from the command injection amount: QFIN and the engine rotational speed: NE as in the conventional technique described above, the combustion chamber In this case, intense combustion may occur, and as a result, NOx may increase. Therefore, there is a problem that the exhaust gas performance of the
[0031]
On the other hand, if the command injection timing: TFIN2 is set in the above-described two-
[0032]
For this reason, even when the actual common rail pressure: PC becomes larger than the command injection pressure: PFIN during deceleration, by delaying the injection timing, avoiding the region where combustion becomes intense, the fuel is discharged. Since the fuel can be injected into the combustion chamber, NOx can be reduced. Therefore, deterioration of the exhaust gas performance of the
[0033]
In the embodiment described above, the command injection amount is limited by the guard injection amount: Qguard calculated by the two-
[0034]
In order to suppress deterioration of the exhaust gas performance of the
[0035]
Further, the command injection amount: QFIN is only calculated from the accelerator opening: ACCP and the engine rotational speed: NE as in the prior art, and this command injection amount: QFIN is represented by the two-
