本発明は冷房装置、特に自動車用の冷房装置のエバポレ−タに接続するパイプと、コンデンサに接続するパイプとの2本のパイプをコンプレッサに接続するためのパイプの組み付け装置に関するものである。

従来、自動車用の冷房装置において、図7に示すように、エバポレ−タに接続するパイプ(イ)と、コンデンサに接続するパイプ(ロ)との2本のパイプ(イ)及び(ロ)とはコンプレッサ側の端部で固定板(ハ)を介してコンプレッサに組み付けるようになっているが、この種従来パイプの組み付け用の固定板(ハ)は、一方側にエバポレ−タ用のパイプ(イ)を挿着するための大径の貫通穴(ニ)を設け、他方側にコンデンサ−用のパイプ(ロ)を挿着するための小径の貫通穴(ホ)が設けられ、エバポレ−タ用のパイプ(イ)を大径の貫通穴(ニ)に挿通して溶接固定し、コンデンサ用のパイプ(ロ)は小径の貫通穴(ホ)に自由状態で単に挿着しただけの状態で提供するか、若しくは小径の貫通穴(ホ)から外した状態で提供している。

また、自動車は車種によって冷房装置の設置スペ−スを種々に相違しているために、冷房装置を自動車に設置する際に、パイプの組み付け業者によって、これらのパイプ(イ)及び(ロ)を、車種に応じて、所望の角度に折り曲げ加工をしながら現場で組み付けるようにしているので、パイプの製造業者は、通常では、前記2本のパイプ(イ)及び(ロ)を直長状態のままで提供している。

しかしながら、一方のパイプ(イ)は、他方のパイプ(ロ)を固定板(ハ)から抜き取った状態で組み付けるので、該一方のパイプ(イ)の曲折加工及び組み付け作業は極めて容易簡単であるとしても、他方のパイプ(ロ)の組み付け作業においては、一方のパイプ(イ)が既に組み付けられた状態になっているので、パイプ(ロ)を小径の貫通穴(ホ)に挿着してから、パイプ(ロ)を、種々の角度に複数箇所を曲折加工する作業は、既に大径の円形貫通穴(ニ)に固着設置されたパイプ(イ)が作業の邪魔になって極めて困難なものとなる。そこで、これとは別に、パイプ(ロ)を予め曲折加工した後に該パイプ(ロ)の先端を固定板(ハ)の円形貫通穴(ホ)に挿通しようとすると更に困難な作業となり、それ故に2本目のパイプの組み付け配管作業は極めて困難で時間の掛かる作業である等の課題があった。

本発明は、上記の課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、小径の円形貫通穴にパイプを容易簡単に設置することを可能にした固定板を形成し、2本目のパイプの曲折加工を容易簡単にすると共に2本のパイプをそれぞれの大径の円形貫通穴と小径の円形貫通穴とに同時に組み付けることを可能にして2本のパイプの組み付け時間を大幅に短縮し作業能率を向上させたパイプの組み付け装置を提供するものである。

【発明が解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のパイプの組み付け装置は、一方側に大径の円形貫通穴を有し他方側に小径の円形貫通穴を有してなるパイプの固定板において、前記小径の円形貫通穴の一部に該小径の円形貫通穴の直径より稍々狭い幅で且つ外方へ開口する切欠部を設けて形成し、断面円形になるパイプの任意の一部箇所を前記小径の円形貫通穴に設けた切欠部の幅より狭くして該切欠部に通す扁平部を設けて形成したパイプとからなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を説明すると、図1は固定板の斜視図、図2は固定板の平面図、図3はパイプの斜視図、図4はパイプの扁平部を示す要部断面図で、固定板1は、一方側にコンデンサに接続するパイプ2を挿着するための大径の円形貫通穴2を有し、他方側にエバポレ−タに接続するためのパイプ4を挿着するための小径の円形貫通穴5を有し、前記小径の円形貫通穴5の一部に該貫通穴5の直径Rより稍々狭い幅Dになり且つ固定板1の外縁へ開口する切欠部6を設けて形成し、前記小径の貫通穴5に挿着するためのパイプ5には、パイプの任意の箇所を前記小径の円形貫通穴5に設けた切欠部6より狭くした扁平部7を設けて形成し、パイプ4は前記扁平部7で小径の貫通穴5の切欠部6に通して後、パイプ4の円形部へ移動させてパイプ4が固定板1の円形貫通穴5から抜脱できないように挿着自在せしめて構成する。
