Claims (2)
- 弁体の側面に沿った弁体側面流れとして流下する燃料が前記弁体の進退動で開閉される燃料通路を通って噴孔プレートに向けてさらに流下し、そして前記噴孔プレートに形成の噴射孔から前記燃料が噴霧となって噴射するようにされ、また前記弁体は、当該弁体の周囲を囲むようにして設けられている弁体囲繞部に対する摺動により前記進退動をなすようにされるとともに、前記弁体の摺動は、前記弁体と前記弁体囲繞部の間に複数の摺動ガイドを配列して形成されるガイド部を介してなすようにされている燃料噴射弁において、
前記複数の摺動ガイドは、それぞれ前記弁体の側面から突出され、前記弁体の周方向に一定の間隔で配列され、先端が前記弁体囲繞部に摺接される平たい翼状に形成されて、該各摺動ガイド間に燃料通路が形成されてなり、かつ、
前記各摺動ガイドは、燃料の弁体側面流れの流れ方向における長さが、前記弁体の側から前記弁体囲繞部の側に向けて徐々に先細りになる形状で形成され、前記先細り形状における先細り傾斜の角度が前記弁体側面流れの上流側よりも下流側が鋭角になるように形成されてなり、前記ガイド部を通過した前記弁体側面流れに、前記弁体囲繞部の側に偏った偏倚流速分布を生じるように形成されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記先細り形状における前記弁体側面流れの下流側の先細り傾斜ラインが、前記弁体側面流れの上流側に向けて凸である曲線となるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
