Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger in which inner fins are arranged inside a tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a heat exchanger used for a vehicle air conditioner or the like, for example, a stacked heat exchanger in which tubes and fins are alternately stacked is well known. In recent years, the demand for a small and high-performance heat exchanger has increased with the demand for a space-saving installation. For this reason, from the viewpoint of further improving the heat exchange efficiency, a heat exchanger in which inner fins are arranged inside the tube is already well known. Such a heat exchanger tube is configured as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, for example. In the figure, 100 indicates a tube. The

However, in the
[0004]
The subject of this invention is providing the high quality heat exchanger which has the outstanding heat exchange performance while reducing the pressure loss in a tube by using effectively the whole fluid channel | path.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a heat exchanger according to the present invention has a tank portion formed or connected to at least one end in the longitudinal direction of a tube, an inner fin disposed inside the tube, and an inner fin disposed on the tube. In the heat exchanger provided with a stopper portion that regulates the position of the end portion in the longitudinal direction at the end portion in the width direction of the inner fin, the tube is formed by joining a pair of plate materials, and the stopper portion is the pair of the pair of plates. Are formed by a pair of convex portions provided on the inner surface of the plate material, and extend in the inner fin width direction from the inner end of the joint portion between the plate materials, and the inner surface of the pair of plate material and the inner fin internal fluid flow path and the tank portion is formed by the width-direction outermost surface, by the pair of convex portions, the plate member to each other in the inner fin width direction Consisting of those characterized in that it communicates by communication portions formed between the inner end of the joint portion to the outermost surface of the inner fin.
[0006]
In the case where the stopper portions are provided on both sides of the inner fin in the width direction, it is preferable that the communication portions are formed on both stopper portions, respectively.
[0007]
When the tank portion is formed or connected to both ends in the tube longitudinal direction, and the stopper portions are provided at positions corresponding to both ends in the width direction of the longitudinal ends of the inner fin, It is preferable that a communication portion is formed with respect to all the stopper portions.
[0009]
The communicating portion is formed between the inner end of the joint portion to the inner fin width direction to the outermost surface of the inner fin. For example, the dimension from the inner end of the joint portion between the plate members to the opening end of the communicating portion is A, the dimension from the inner end of the joint portion to the end of the inner fin is B, and the pitch of the inner fin is Pf. In this case, it is preferable to set the above dimensions so as to satisfy the relationship of A <B + 1 / 4Pf.
[0010]
In the heat exchanger as described above, a communication portion is formed that communicates a fluid flow path formed outside the inner fin and the inside of the tank portion in the width direction of the inner fin in the tube. Accordingly, the flow of fluid into and out of the fluid flow path formed outside the inner fin is facilitated, and the pressure loss in the tube can be greatly reduced. Since it circulates, the performance of each tube and thus the heat exchanger is improved, and a high quality and high performance heat exchanger can be obtained.
