Description
走行用の動力を出力可能な動力出力手段と、
走行用の動力を入出力可能で、走行に伴って逆起電力を発生可能な電動機と、
スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機を駆動する駆動回路と、
充放電可能な蓄電手段と、
該蓄電手段の電圧を調整して前記駆動回路に出力可能な電圧調整手段と、
前記駆動回路の電力母線間に作用している電圧の状態に基づいて、該駆動回路のスイッチング素子がゲート遮断されているときに走行に伴って前記電動機で発生した逆起電力が該駆動回路に流れる車速としての基準車速を設定する基準車速設定手段と、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
前記動力出力手段からの動力だけで走行する際には、前記検出された車速が前記設定された基準車速未満のときには前記スイッチング素子がゲート遮断されるよう前記駆動回路を制御し、前記検出された車速が前記設定された基準車速以上のときには前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機から動力が入出力されないよう前記駆動回路を制御する制御手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
走行用の動力を出力可能な動力出力手段と、走行用の動力を入出力可能で、走行に伴って逆起電力を発生可能な電動機と、スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機を駆動する駆動回路と、充放電可能な蓄電手段と、該蓄電手段の電圧を調整して前記駆動回路に出力可能な電圧調整手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
(a)前記駆動回路の電力母線間に作用している電圧の状態に基づいて、該駆動回路のスイッチング素子がゲート遮断されているときに走行に伴って前記電動機で発生した逆起電力が該駆動回路に流れる車速としての基準車速を設定し、
(b)前記動力出力手段からの動力だけで走行する際には、車速が前記設定された基準車速未満のときには前記スイッチング素子がゲート遮断されるよう前記駆動回路を制御し、車速が前記設定された基準車速以上のときには前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機から動力が入出力されないよう前記駆動回路を制御する
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (7)
- 走行用の動力を出力可能な動力出力手段と、
走行用の動力を入出力可能で、走行に伴って逆起電力を発生可能な電動機と、
スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機を駆動する駆動回路と、
充放電可能な蓄電手段と、
該蓄電手段の電圧を昇圧して前記駆動回路に出力可能な電圧調整手段と、
前記電圧調整手段に前記蓄電手段の電圧を昇圧して前記駆動回路に出力することができない異常が生じていると判定されていないときには第1の車速を該駆動回路のスイッチング素子がゲート遮断されているときに走行に伴って前記電動機で発生した逆起電力が該駆動回路に流れる車速としての基準車速として設定し、前記電圧調整手段に前記蓄電手段の電圧を昇圧して前記駆動回路に出力することができない異常が生じていると判定されているときには前記第1の車速より小さい第2の車速を前記基準車速として設定する基準車速設定手段と、
車速を検出する車速検出手段と、
前記動力出力手段からの動力だけで走行する際には、前記検出された車速が前記設定された基準車速未満のときには前記スイッチング素子がゲート遮断されるよう前記駆動回路を制御し、前記検出された車速が前記設定された基準車速以上のときには前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機から動力が入出力されないよう前記駆動回路を制御する制御手段と
を備える車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両であって、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう前記動力出力手段と前記駆動回路とを制御する走行制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記走行制御手段は、前記駆動回路のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なうことができないときには、前記車速検出手段により検出される車速が前記設定された基準車速以下となるよう前記設定された要求駆動力に対して制限した駆動力により走行するよう制御する手段である請求項2記載の車両。
- 請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両であって、
前記動力出力手段は、第1の車軸に走行用の動力を出力可能であり、
前記電動機は、前記第1の車軸または該第1の車軸とは異なる第2の車軸に走行用の動力を入出力可能である

前記動力出力手段は、内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と前記第1の車軸に連結された
駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段を駆動する電力動力入出力手段用駆動回路と、前記第2電動機を駆動する第2電動機用駆動回路と、を備える手段であり、
前記電圧調整手段は、前記蓄電手段の電圧を調整して前記電力動力入出力手段用駆動回路と前記第2電動機用駆動回路と前記駆動回路とに出力可能な手段である
車両。 - 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちいずれか2軸に入出力した動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項5記載の車両。
- 走行用の動力を出力可能な動力出力手段と、走行用の動力を入出力可能で、走行に伴って逆起電力を発生可能な電動機と、スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機を駆動する駆動回路と、充放電可能な蓄電手段と、該蓄電手段の電圧を昇圧して前記駆動回路に出力可能な電圧調整手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
(a)前記電圧調整手段に前記蓄電手段の電圧を昇圧して前記駆動回路に出力することができない異常が生じていると判定されていないときには第1の車速を該駆動回路のスイッチング素子がゲート遮断されているときに走行に伴って前記電動機で発生した逆起電力が該駆動回路に流れる車速としての基準車速として設定し、前記電圧調整手段に前記蓄電手段の電圧を昇圧して前記駆動回路に出力することができない異常が生じていると判定されているときには前記第1の車速より小さい第2の車速を前記基準車速として設定し、
(b)前記動力出力手段からの動力だけで走行する際には、車速が前記設定された基準車速未満のときには前記スイッチング素子がゲート遮断されるよう前記駆動回路を制御し、車速が前記設定された基準車速以上のときには前記スイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記電動機から動力が入出力されないよう前記駆動回路を制御する
